From the very first to the very last, LaunchPad Lessons are important, helpful for starters in online business and a very good reminder for advanced users.

Of course, this depends on what point of knowledge you start out here at SFI. If you already know a lot about internet marketing and affiliate programs, some lessons like Day 3 and Day 4 will only help you to see the translations and locations for SFI. They are still useful: experienced users can fast read the lessons and pick out the SFI / TC specific information where to find what or use them as reminders.

For those that do not have confidence in online businesses or are just missing the basic knowledge, every single lesson in order will create a good foundation and reminder for later. You can always take another look at launchpad and combine it with your daily tasks to see more possibilities and chances for your new business.

While having said that all lessons are precious, if I really had to take one, I'd go for Day 4: Marketing = Money. My reason lays in one single sentence there: "3. Put one or more of the methods into action...RIGHT NOW!"
Most join an online opportunity and are not able to start out immediately, thus are loosing quite some money. This lessons tells you quickly how to find advertising methods, how to advertise - and more important: TO START RIGHT AWAY. Don't waver, your enthusiasm lessens with each hour you wait, but good marketing needs your enthusiasm and immediate actions.
A wise mans words: Experience comes through actions, not through sole reading - and sole reading does not create income.

In my opinion Autopilot is only semi possible and depends on lot of things.

"Full" autopiloting would need the best preparation and a huge investment.
For autopilot, your goals would rather lie in advertising Tripleclicks than becoming Teamleader. Your goals would be to get lots of good and continous selling ECAs as well as frequent customers. Without much work (aka autopilot) you need to put in massive amounts of money to open up longtime advertisements on online portals, newspapers and other media.
Still, question is whether you will be able to get a positive balance there, so you need many calculations, adproving, adsite and economical analysings beforehand and also in regular frames (like at least yearly). If you excell in such statistics and know how to use analysing tools efficiently, your program would be able run mostly on autopilot.

Semi-autopilot is easier, maybe even cheaper and even possible for Teamleadership. Auto-tools for this would be a standing order, the different multi mailsystems and things like PSAs to Go or S-Builder Coop. Wave's car sticker is another tool like that. Furthermore, you can also set up paid longtime advertisings like mentioned above.

But what you definitely can not autopilot is
- communication with others,
- flexibility of actions toward certain events that demand reaction,
- building up trust and credibility,
- "making a name for yourself" aka standing out from the crowd
... im sure theres even more to add
These are also the points that make the most money and, of course, are also what makes business fun and interesting.

So my fazit: It is possible up to some point, but I wouldn't advise it.
In the end, it is just another choice which opportunity you grasp.

Sadly, 100% rates are impossible. But there are some things that increase your rate drastically.

Highest duplication rate method goes normally like this:
Don't use unpersonal advertisings, only invite the persons directly, hold weekly training meetings with action checking (can also be done online but checking might be harder), be able to guide them whenever and with whatever problem they come to you. Last but not least, be successful yourself - proove it to your PSAs that there is more to SFI and them on their newfound path.

Of course, high rates are also possible with mass advertisings, but a lot harder since the individual needs of your downline are easily overlooked.

In general, the keyword is Quality. Quality in both words and actions.
A few basics for this: be a great leader, teacher and human.
What it means:
You yourself, your actions and feelings toward your business and towards others, your communication with your downline and environment define the quality and thus enable you to increase your duplication rates.

But beware, there will always be some black sheeps that just don't want to copy you ;)

What I would say (not 100% literally):
"Don't give up now and hold on!
Did you have a plan? Tell me and I tell you how you can improve it and where you have to change it"

As I see it, it is impossible to ask every single one of your downline to copy you - each PSA has their own favorites and shortcomings which may hinder them from duplication. Thus, an individual plan is essential for your PSA. Without a decisive plan, one is bound to invest endless sums of money while sinking deeper into the reds.

Here's the basics:
Any SFI affiliate must always follow the principle: Learn the business, plan your business, put it into action and ask for help without hesitation
The teamleaders job is it, to encourage their PSAs, improve their plans if necessary, share experience, ideas and advices.

So if your PSAs are thinking its time to quit because they already have too much negative balance, reviewing the actions and the plan is vital. As teamleader, you have the optimal position to advice your downline how they need to plan and to work so that they are able to steadily grow their income into a positive balance.

When the wall becomes too big for the both of you, take a 2-3 days break from SFI. Then get back and start from the very beginning with learning and reviewing the training lessons (basics, launchpad, RoS, marketing methods) and internet income course.
Learn together, review together, discuss the learned stuff together and work out a new plan together -> Don't let your PSA alone in that hard time.

If the plan is set, you can still give him encouragement and starting aid by giving him TCredits, gift certificate or best - invite him into your Coop. Make sure to review the new plan, the actions and the achievements together with your PSA on regular terms.
It will give him/her the strength to carry out the plan and reach a good positive balance.

Hi,

SFI offers a lot for nearly anyone.

I said Nearly because in SFI you are building up your own business thus you shouldn't be a coward or too thickheaded.
A coward won't be able to pull through when it's absolutely necessary to get things done fast and reliable. The coward would doubt and maybe think too much, then run away from the best opportunity instead of continuously pushing forward to your goals.
One shouldn't be too thickheaded and accept possibilities and failures. Only if you accept them, you are able to advance. Also, thickheadedness is a communication stopper, but communication is the most important point in a successful business.


The following are the characteristics and some training tips which I learned to be the most useful in any selfstanding business not just for SFI. But as useful they are, if you don't currently possess those, does not mean you're unqualified - you can still train them.

Tolerance: not just with ethnics but also the way others talk and think - we are all part of the same world, and in SFI any encounter might be a businesschance for you!
Courage: to be able to go forward since the path of your own business will always be stony and sometimes even dark from doubt and failure; if you loose yourself, try some meditation techniques to calm down, then find at least one good point and start looking forward and walking again!
Intuition: a good intuition about your communication partner helps greatly to hook them with the right words; the more people you talk to, the easier will be the handling of different types - but beware there will always be surprises ;)
Discipline: there's no boss around that tells you to work harder, you need to do that yourself - it's one of the hardest characteristics to learn or improve, but daily routine, setting own behaviour rules and concentration techniques will help
Charisma: hard to learn too, though if one talks about something (s)he likes others will like to talk tenfold more times about that than about anything else - they will get drawn to you
Perseverance: Never give up and always search for ways to improve! This one can be trained by doing daily tasks and routines, while looking each day at your goals and your reasons for doing this

Core charistic:
Seeking for your path: i don't want to say success here because that may blind you like a damocles sword; but you need to want to move forward, you need to want exactly that path you've chosen - all the others mentioned above will come a lot easier to you then

A really essential skill would be:
Learning receptivity: In business you never can have enough knowledge, there will always be the need for more; make sure you do cognitive training at least 10 minutes a day and also learn how and when to relax so you can take in more knowledge


There might be many more that I forgot, but for me those are the most important points to become successfull and happy with my path. Hope it helped you.

If you are not used to talking to other people, it will be even harder to represent a business.
But there's always a point where we start to change, isn't it?
I'm sure that when you notice someone talking about a thing you absolutely and really love, your heart will scream "Join in! Join in!". Even if one is really shy, one just takes a deep breather and just do it, the conversation will be natural for you.
Try to find parts about SFI and TripleClicks that have such a magic for you and you will be able to start up conversations more easily and naturally.

If it then still hurts to talk about other topics, give it your best shot and fight against shyness and doubts. Train yourself with joining forums, talkrounds and so on. Get under the people and just try to talk each day a bit more. The topics aren't relevant for training, just go with the options that suit your interests best.
You can also train against shyness by just beginning to greet strangers that you pass by daily - first with a nod or smile, then when you're ready, greet them with a "Good day".
After some time, you will not only see how easy it is just talking to others but you will also find numerous opportunities to talk about your favorite business.

This is quite an interesting question.
There are some points peaking pro and contra separate blogs.

Contra more blogs:
* very high time input necessary for regular updates on ALL of your blogs
* articles that connect SFI and Tripleclicks are hard to place because posting it on both sides would be a negative double post (for those reading both blogs)
* traffic needs to be directed to more sites/links
* some visitors may be confused by having more than one site for the same topic

Pro more blogs:
* better clarity and comprehensity possible for specific content (content is easier to arrange neatly)
* visitors can find and navigate to their specific interests faster
* mostly only topic interested traffic with higher chance for selling and opt-ins
* more place for more content, more news, more info

In general, it doesn't really matter if you have one or two blogs - as long as you have a good and slightly flexible strategy and enough time on your hands.

For example, I'd take a strategy like this one:
First go with a general website that links with banners to SFI and has one section guiding to one SFI/TC mixed blog. Those two will be the mainweapon for a little time while feedback is being gathered. If the traffic to that blogs gets too huge, it suffers informations overload and there's feedback asking for a separate blog, get a new blog and divide the content.
For connecting articles, only post on the SFI one linking to the other blog indirectly (for more information) - while also trying to link to TC directly (difficulty in there: do NOT overload your articles with links, readers won't like it.)

To be completely honest with you - I'm a hobby gamer but I don't like gambling at all, thus most current games at SFI won't ever be touched by me.

What's the difference between gaming and gambling?
1. A true gamer aims for skill, not for lucky strikes and lotteries

2. paying a fee for lotteries and lucky strikes with no skill attached turns it completely into a gamble, not into a game

Since free T credits have a heavy limitation (Status, Wave, T-Time) but no other means to collect more than by paying real money for it, those games are mostly gambling for me.

If your affiliates have a similiar mindset like me, it is going to be very hard to persuade them unless SFI offers games like flashgames with highscore reset (1. place or first 3 get some Tcredits) or as I wrote before, widens the range of skillbased games.

Nice question there.
Even though I have to admit that I'm currently not using giftcards, I already put a plan up how and in which situations I will use them. Here are my thoughts about it:


"Which is more effective?"
Certainly, both online and physical cards have their own pros and cons, which define the best methods to use them.
As the hook for your local advertising, a physical card will help you more. If the card is just to encourage a prospect after you already caught his/her interest, sending an online card might be easier.

Let's start with the digital cards:
With cheaper shipping fees and fast shipping time, they make up a good supplement to your advertising talks and could even be bought while the prospect is still in your reach. > Fast purchase / usage with not much planning needed
You can easily distribute digital cards all over the world, no matter where your prospects are located without the need to store them. Also, they are easy to handle: you just need to click the link and are already at TripleClicks. No need to copy the whole address manually.
If you already have the possibility to reach your prospects online, you can also remind them to use their cards and give you a feedback.
It is necessary, because in general, online codes, coupons and vouchers tend to be forgotten easily. Even more if they are sent in another long advertising mail, but we do have nice e-cards to make this more enjoyable for our prospects, don't we?

The Physical Cards can be used more directly for promotion.
You can use them like flyers, distribute and "loose" them without many words necessary and still have a high chance to get redeemed.
The physical presence of giftcards presses people to use them even if the shop details are unknown and could even be given to others that might need it, when the prospect itself doesn't need it (coupon exchanging doesn't really work with digital cards).
They are great for multiple types of local promotions but it does need more input and planning. You need to invest into shipping fees and shipping time and always carry them with you. A fast purchase is not possible.

My fazit:
Physical gift cards are really great for local advertising. But whenever you are able to talk to others, the digital ones are more handy. Even so, most people prefer in Face2Face talks to recieve physical cards, so best would be to have both available if your budget allows it.
