How do I get the maximum benefits of being an SFI affiliate?

To get maximum benefits as an affiliate one has to start by:
1. showing up for work everyday. A day missed is valuable VersaPoints lost.
2. Learn the business by reading the available information for yourself.
3. Ask questions if in doubt.
4. Complete the daily action in the to do list. It is better to use the to do list tab as a guide to ensure that you are not missing out on any valuable points.
5. Create a standing order if you can afford to as it ensures your next rank.
6. Invite new affiliates by using the marketing aids available to you.
7. Communicate with members on your team regularly.
8. Support your team members.

What are the personal characteristics and skills you need to become successful with SFI?

As a SfI affiliate since February 2014, I have discovered that there are some skills ans characteristics that I must have in order to be successful and so I am sharing them with you.
1. Once you have set your goal, you should a strong desire to reach it. So keep dreaming it and believing in it,
2. Be determined to be successful. If you have not won anything do not give up.
3. Have a positive attitude about SFI.
4. Be willing to learn and put that learning into action.
5. Have good time management skills. Set your time to show up for SFI business and be consistent. A day missed is a valuable point missed.
6. Be willing to learn from the top affiliates. Learn from them their personal strategies they employed to reach the top. We are in this business together and none is selfish.
7. Be a good team leader. Offer assistance when needed. Communicate with your team members. They will reward you by being strong members.

What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

Many newbies are overly anxious at the beginning of any thing when they have no idea of what the outcome will be. However that is okay, but with SFI here are some things you should not do in your first month.
1. Do not think that SFI is a get rich quick scheme.
2. Do not just click away just to earn points, and not taking time out to read and learn.
3. Not setting a definite time to visit their home page and completing the daily tasks.
4. Getting frustrated and giving up.
5. Not getting distracted by other online programs.

How can I get my affiliates to see the benefits of playing games like Knockout Trivia so they will play them?

Having played Knock out Trivia I will share the following with my affiliates:
I am literally having fun being knocked out and the silly answers I select that are obviously wrong.
It stretches my mind as I really have to think especially if it is a question I have no idea of.
It is real mental exercise.
Improves focus and concentration.
Quick thinking and decision making. You have to eliminate possible wrong answers fast.
The joy of passing round 1 and even going up to round 10
Earning VersaPoints.

Having your badge displayed on your page.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

We are all born leaders because we have the ability to read,think and to follow instructions. SFI has made being a team leader easy for each affiliate. We simply need to educate ourselves with the vast information that has been prepared for us. What you don't understand you simply ask. An informed experienced affiliate armed with confidence is now ready to lead.
What are the easiest ways to become an EA (Executive Affiliate) every month?

After about three months in SFI I recognized that achieving EA status was becoming a challenging should I rely solely on the daily do able actions. After much research I decided to choose a TripleClicks product that will yield 1500 VersaPoints every month. So now I don't have to sweat it every month. I am able to complete the relevant actions daily, play Eager Zebra games, advertise because I aim to reach the next level and have fun.
What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

My greatest challenge to success in SFI was trying to earn those VersaPoints every day before midnight. I do not have access to the internet during the daytime, therefore I have to wait until I reach home sometimes as late as nine o'clock or minutes past nine. Amidst sleepiness and hunger I had to make up my mind to complete all the task and remain in the E365 challenge. I made E365 my focus and it was a race for me to remain above the green line. Though I am still an E365 finalist I still maintain my time of visiting my page as soon as I reach home. It has now become a part of my daily expectation. Determination is the key. Having a goal is the focus.

This get-together would have had an agenda and there would be a time limit to the meeting.
Start with prayer.
Play getting to know you games.
Discuss challenges each is facing and share possible solutions.
Sharing strategies that work.
Helping persons create blogs or webpages.
Partake in refreshments.
Make plans for next meeting, venue time and format.
As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

With leadership comes responsibility. As a leader you are expected to know the business. It is therefore imperative that you learn what SFI is all about. Your team members are going to have questions they need answers to. You will be expected to give correct answers and to guide them in their quest. So the single most important thing as a new team leader...Grow your knowledge base and you will find that right here at you Affiliate Center.
What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

The first thing that made me persevere with SFI and not is the company's potential for growth.Therefore I do not want to be on the sideline but to be in with the action.
Next thing I allow my goals for success to give me that driving force.
I use other affiliates as my example. If they are doing well then I will do well.
My participation in all the Eager Zebra games have gained me some amount of success because it is a win win situation here.
The information I gained from the training materials I am able to apply outside of SFI.
There is a feeling of oneness that emanates from places like the forum and the fact that our leader and directors are available to us and listen to us. They are real.
Lastly this medium ASK SC gives all of us the opportunity to express ourselves by giving our opinion on what we have learnt in answering questions with a chance to also be rewarded.
