1. When you talk to a prospect of same age as you are:

You should introduce yourself by shaking hand & saying my name is so and so. How about you?. What are you doing these days?- ask him/her. You can earn a second income in addition to what you are earning now – tell him/her ans hand over your visiting card with SFI/TC Link printed on it with your Name & Contact Numbers.

2. The second case is when someone is younger to you.
Your conversations should be something like this; Hi Young man/young lady may I ask you what job you are involved with?. Depending upon the answer you can suggest him/her to earn additional money online working part-time/full time in a similar manner as told above.

3. The third case may involve aged people who may have retired or sitting just idle at home. Suggest them not to be burden on some one. They can earn additional income to their pension online using their PC at home. They too deserve better living even after retirement.

Thanks for asking such a nice question. Affiliate Manager can be Snap Shot Area or from the Genealogy. You can also access the Affiliate Manager for a new PSA by simply clicking the special link contained in the your New PSA Notification e-mail from SFI.

It has four sections as follows:

The first section is the header. The header contains key, "at-a-glance" information, including signup date, keycode, contact information (if applicable), relationship to you (i.e., PSA, CSA, Generation level) links to the affiliate's TConnect page and VP Ledger, E365 status, and badges awarded so far. If the affiliate's currently online, you'll also see an SFIM icon that you can click to bring up a popup window and initiate a chat!

The second section is the Profile section. Click the Show button to expand this section and view the data (you can expand or hide each of the sections by clicking the Show/Hide button next to each one). You'll see a rundown of the affiliate's profile information, including prior business experience, goals, favored business strategy, and preferred marketing methods.

Section three is My Best Tip section. Here, you'll see the affiliate's submitted best tip for the SFI program, along with the average rating that tip has received from other affiliates. You can also rate this tip from here (5 stars is the best; 1 star the worst). If the affiliate has not yet submitted their tip, encourage them to do so by clicking the link that will appear in this section.

Section four is the actual Affiliate Manager section. This section contains informaiton culled from the Affiliate Profile if the affiliate has chosen to make this information viewable for you. You'll find valuable insights here that can help you identify your affiliate's needs, challenges, goals, and more. Look for common threads! This is a great way to start building a strong relationship with your affiliates. This section contains several tabs: Start, Contact, Checklist, Notes, Activity, and Upline.

It’s not a big problem unless your new affiliate is just a ‘tyre kicker’. The tyre kickers are the only people who just sign up and never even visit the email to check whether they have been registered or not.

2. Generally, we are required to upload a default welcome letter and whenever a person signs up, this default welcome letter lands up in the email box of the signee.

3. Communication is the main thing which establishes the connection between you and your PSA. So it’s of paramount importance that you establish contact between you and him by email, e-card or PM. Also try to search him/her on phase book and get connected with him/her.

4. Once communication has been established, guide him step by step how to ‘Get started on SFI’. Advise him to go through the video and get acquainted with SFI.

5. Do not overload your PSA with lots of links. Because SFI also starts sending him Launch Pad lessons daily. You can just advise him/her to go through these lessons carefully and answer each question that is given at the end of the lesson.

6. Also ask him to complete his/her profile. Inform him/her that completing the profile is important and they would be awarded with Versa Points for completing their profile.

7. In this way you can keep them engaged for at least 3-4 days, then automatically they will start visiting their home page. You need to keep in touch with one message to guide, support & help him/her.

Your question is good and valid. In order to answer this question we need to know what are the benefits of a team leader with or without a team. In my opinion a person should go for a rank of Team Leader even if there is no team yet.

1. Team building is a continued process, it goes on the day you join SFI. If you do not have a team does not mean that you would never have it. Be an example and lead by becoming an EA first and then team leader.

2. If you are minimum an EA, you would get 2 CSA every month, but if you are a BTL, you would get around 50 CSAs every month (one share).

3. A minimum of TWO (2) CSAs are allotted to you each month you attain the rank of EA (minimum 1500 VP).

4. You can win CSAs in the Daily Grand contest.

5. CSAs/PSA can be won via Price benders Auctions.

6. CSAs can be won each day in the Entrepreneur365

7. Every month, thousands of Co-Sponsored Affiliates are forfeited and need a NEW co-sponsor.

8. Become a Team Leader and a share of all of these forfeited Co-Sponsored Affiliates will be automatically added to your team, with YOU as their new co-sponsor!

9. You receive 1 share if you're a Bronze Team Leader, 2 shares if you're a Silver Team Leader, 3 shares if you're a Gold Team Leader and 4 shares if you're a Platinum Team Leader

Social Media are a latest aids for promoting any business. If we need to go out of Social Media, we have to resort to the old method of advertising as the have stood the test during the good old days.

1. The first thing comes to my mind is advertising your all SFI business Ads through Safe Lists. Safe Lists are the means where you agree to read Ads of other members in exchange for sending your Ads to them. Safe Lists can be free or paid.

2. In paid system, the top method is Solo Ads, where you need not read the mails of other members but your Ads is sent out to thousands of members on various Safe List with just one click.

3. Then comes the Traffic Exchange Programs like Traffic Swarm, Easy Hits4U, Traffic Era, Soating4Traffic, HitSafari, TopHits4U, ILoveHits, Traffic-Splash, Tezak Traffic Power, Hit2Hit etc. There are dozens of Traffic Exchanges.

4. You can take 5-6 Traffic Exchanges in a day and change the set of your Traffic Exchanges for each day. Like this, you can cover literally all of the Traffic Exchange website over a period of one week.

5. You can make blogs and post SFI, TC, EZ Games, Price Benders or ECA banners on them. Also you can post updates from SFI News and good posts from the Forum on your blogs.

6. You can get some Flyers printed for your SFI and TC business and paste these fliers on electric poles, walls of Restaurants, Gates of departmental Stores, bakeries etc.

1. You are missing a lot. But let’s see what SFI has for us because to communicate with our teammates. Everybody in this world cannot afford to have a Smart Phone.

2. As you yourself admitted SFI has a great way of communication with your PSAs and CSAs. SFI has the following facilities in-built for our communication:

(a) E-Cards
(b) Personal Messages (PM)
(c) Weekly messaging to PSAs & CSAs
(d) Genealogy to target the specific groups

3. Of course, you can add yourself among the others who are missing these ways of communications like Facebook, What’s Up etc. But you can compensate it by using email messages. Emails are the best source of communicating only with active PSAs and CSAs.

4. Moreover, the number of most active PSAs and CSAs generally does not exceeds 10 or 15. Therefore, it is easy to send them motivational or instructional messages as an attachment to a mail message that can be sent as a Group Message to all the active PSAs and CSAs.

5. In conclusion, do not consider yourself as missing something but on the contrary find the alternative method of communication. I myself, do not possess any Smart Phone yet. Never think negative. Be positive and work hard with persistence. You will surely succeed in all your endeavors.

Dear Ritu

It is very important that you set up communication channels with your newly recruited PSAs as soon as possible, the only you can succeed in pursuing them to speed up their SFI Business.
Use the following methods once communication has been set between you and them:

1. Gift them 10 Tcredits as a gift (you are allowed to gift only 10 Tcredits once). The PSA now can take part in EZ games, play Card King, Gold streak etc.

2. Tell them if they log in everyday for at least first 10 days you will reward them with Gift certificates.

3. Gift them with $ 20 Gift Cards to purchase a New Member Pack (NMP) to accelerate their business.

4. Tell him that you are always ready to help/support/guide in case of any doubt/inquiry.

5. Also advise him/her to read him/her START, LAUNCH PAD, SFI BASICS from the home page.

6. If he/she does well, appreciate him/her on the very near opportunity available to you by email, PM or e-card.


7. Promote his/her gateways on your blogs, website, traffic exchanges without telling him/her. See that he/she gets one or two PSAs in a month.

8. If that does not happen, transfer few active affiliate of your downline to get him/her started. Educate him/her how to welcome new PSAs.

9. Constant training is a must as it helps in the process of duplication. Make sure you new PSA should become independent in three months.

10. If he/she does not become independent even after 3 months, contact him/her by all communication channels and asked him/her the difficulties faced by them and provide immediate solution.

11. The above points would certainly contribute to your and your PSA’s progress.

HOW TO WIN THEM

1. Do not start the auction in the beginning, just keep watching them when they start.

2. Now get into them with one credit.

3. Never exceed the actual cost of the PBA unless you are ready to lose more credits and gain VPs and extra MRPs.

4. Keep bidding on and off.

5. Open the bid log to see how many people are bidding. If more people are bidding avoid the auction to bid.
