How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Leaders are not born, they’re developed. Everyone is unique. And because you are so unique, you can develop those special talents and abilities you have to fulfill your purpose and destiny and become the leader you were meant to be.

In SFI we are all given equal chance to be one, by making it easy for us to achieve the first rank of leadership- that of becoming Executive Affiliate.

The title itself

There are so many reasons for many affiliates becoming inactive shortly after joining SFI.

Inactivity will set in soon after joining while still trying to understand the SFI procedures. After only a half-hearted attempts at doing the Daily tasks, with a sprinkling of VPs here and there, they stopped altogether, confused. Instead of seeking help, or accepting the offer from their sponsors, they decide right there and then that SFI is not for them- not what they are expecting, whatever

To build and develop a 12 wide 12 deep downlines. This is the most important goal I have set for my SFI Business.

It may take several years to accomplish this, as finding 12 active and committed workers from the monthly batch of new sign-ups is a really big challenge.

With this kind of structure, having 12 Team Leaders on my front line, who each will have 12 members of their own down to 12 deep, and duplicating successfully, will give me the financial stability and security

Convincing your life partner that investing in your SFI business Is prudent may take all your power of persuasion depending on your financial and economic status.

If the household money is really tight or if one is dependent on the income of the other, and you have kids, then a subtle and simple explanation may help.

Tell your partner that you need his/her understanding and support that investing in your SFI business by paying for the standing order will help you get your business

One way to demonstrate to your team members the importance of reading a little daily at the SFI Affiliate Center is to mention it in your weekly newsletter.

The new Spin and Win is a clever way of making sure you read it first so you can tell your team that they can win heaps of VersaPoints from this new game by reading the latest in SFI News.

As soon as you receive a notification of a Spin & Win contest, you have to read the blurb on the article mentioned. If you are

Is it better to build a team within your own spoken language and environment...or go beyond these boundaries ?

I don’t think building a team within my own spoken language and environment will make any difference to how successful I want to be.

SFI is global- it has no boundaries, and the internet makes it so easy and convenient to communicate and to work with people from other parts of the world, any time, anywhere.

It is also very limiting to confine your business to those around you. While communication may be much easier, it can also breed some unhealthy competition and personality

There's really no secret to qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month. SFI is an open book. Just be consistent in your application of the SFI procedures.

Put in place a standing order for a combination of 125 TCredit Pack with 1500 VP and a share in S-Builder Co-op with 280 VP that will ensure you keep your EA rank.

Then concentrate on earning action points every day. Review your VP Ledger to ensure you have not missed any actionable items there, like checking to see

One of acronyms and terminologies new PSAs are likely to encounter is MRP. As their sponsor, it is our duty to explain what it stands for and its uses and how it relates to the products and services at TripleClicks.

I would try to explain it as simply as I could.

MRPs are points you earn for specific actions performed at TripleClicks. These points can be redeemed for products and services at TripleClicks.

TC Members earn 5 MRP for each bid on a Pricebenders penny

What's the best way to get new affiliates signed up without having to answer a lot of questions first?

This question is like putting a cart before a horse! I am presuming that you’re trying to get a new affiliate into the business and not wanting him to ask a lot of questions.

If the new affiliate is a friend who trusted you well enough to join without asking any questions, you may be able to avoid answering questions for later.

However, it will not work for some people who are naturally inquisitive and curious. The best way will be to be upfront and honest about the business.
