To make yourself be the best SFI affiliate ever is a great aspiration. But don't make it hard on yourself trying to be one.

Be teachable. When you're new learn all you can, follow your leader's example. Read as much as you can and apply the knowledge that you have acquired and keep learning some more.

Be patient. Know that SFI business is not an overnight success. You have to start from the beginning, suffer some frustrations and disappointments like everyone else, work hard

You are assuming that the affiliate is now well verse in setting short-term to medium-term goals and you are just asking what long-term goal(s) an affiliate should be setting for himself/herself.

Only the affiliate will know what he wants when he joined SFI. We can only suggest the following:-

. To become PTL, say in 2-3 years' time.

. To attain this, he must build a very deep active, successful downlines around the world by sponsoring and duplicating and promoting

Getting started properly is obviously the most important thing for a new person to do upon joining SFI.

When you send a Welcome Letter, it is important to give a simple instructions on what to do to get started by performing these three core actions:

START
SFI BASICS
LAUNCHPAD

Clicking the grey START button and watching Gery Carson’s short video will teach the new person how to navigate the homepage and get started.

There are pros and cons in advising new PSAs who are fast workers to slow down, if they haven't qualified as Team Leaders.

If the new PSA has no problem with setting up a Standing Order, is showing leadership skills by sponsoring PSAs on his own on his first few days in SFI, and doing all the right things by educating himself and participating in the Forum and other SFI activities and contests, is enjoying the EZ games and the auctions, he is an ACE a future DTL, by all means encourage

Personally speaking, I think it's a good idea to reassign PSAs to someone in their own country for several reasons:-

. Sharing the same language, they will have no problem in communicating. Even if they have different dialects, they can still talk to each other in their national language and therefore explaining how SFI works will be much easier.

. Sharing the same culture, religious beliefs and practices is also an important factor in forming a business relationship based

It depends on your needs - if you're having problems with performing or understanding a task at your to-do list, for example, by all means communicate with your sponsor and co-sponsor, as soon as you can and as often as you need to.

If you want advice on other aspects of your business, your sponsor and co-sponsor will only be too happy to hear from you any time during the day or week because you're showing them your commitment, dedication and willingness to seek advise and learn from them.

Promoting my SFI business involves different actions on my part. We can promote SFI business in any way we can, so long as we are comfortable in the way we choose to do it.

The most important is to log in daily, not only to earn the 11 VP but to read what's on the Alerts for the day. It is also crucial for the growth of my business to check my Genealogy daily, to see who's new and needs help and attention; who's moving and needs praise and encouragement; and others who need prodding, encouraging,

An honest and brief explanation about Tripleclicks without so much sales pitching will get someone interested.

People who are curious about TripleClicks will appreciate your honesty and professionalism by providing simple facts about TripleClicks, such as:

. TripleClicks is SFI’s international superstore which features more than 90,000 products and services, with more being added weekly to buy and sell worldwide.

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

It’s better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about than giving the full story of SFI or you will lose him quickly, especially if it's your first meeting.

It’s been written that the first two to four minutes that you speak with a prospect are more important than any other four minutes that you will ever have together.

Emerson wrote, “What you are speaks so loudly I can’t hear what you are saying.”
