If you are being an ECA, you can control the growth of the ECA all by yourself and earn a sustainable main source of income from your store as long as you want. I disagree with the term, lazy. If they are lazy, they will not try to enroll in the program. The main reasons are other than laziness or lack of motivation. More often, I see some new members in my Genealogy with the chat bubble is live (yellow) and I try to engage them into a chat. But I wondered in dismay that they are gone before I typed a simple "Hi" and they never returned!

The main reason; I believe, that they are expecting some other type of program when logging in for the first time. May be they do not expect such an elaborated program with so many links and need a lot of reading to get started! They are either ignorant about the total perspective of the SFI program or simply overwhelmed! They are like people stranded in the middle of a thick forest without knowing the way out!

A few people may skeptical about the program, if they have bad experience with other online schemes and are cautious. This category may comeback after a long time, when they understand this is not a scam. So, try to motivate them through your weekly Team Mails, E Cards, Stream Messages and an occasional direct email. Give them a brief about the program and show the willingness to help them, if they need. That's all we can do in case of inactive affiliates.

We all know that 'Prevention is better than cure'. Give an idea about the program beforehand they join is the only alternative to enhance the conversion rate. For this, either:
1. Recruit affiliates directly or 2. Recruit them through a website or Blog having articles providing an idea about the program, what they expected to do and with a step-by-step instruction about what to do when they login for the first time. Looking back, we are all started our journey in the cyber world without knowing much about SFI or any other opportunities. Most of us are seeing some ads placed by the so called 'Internet Gurus' who made Millions of dollars within a couple of days and they are really want to 'help us' to make our millions with a secret method they or their close friends accidentally invented a few weeks ago; if we spare a few bucks of our hard earned money! Gradually people came back to reality; when the Gurus vanished from the scene! Next generation ads promised simple cut and paste work, form filling jobs, surveys, Data entry work, article rating, etc. that projected huge earnings hourly or daily or weekly and most of the lazy people think that opportunities offered through the net is really easy to do and the income is huge. So, people without any understanding about the nature of our system (SFI) expect something easy to achieve huge income by doing simple things!

Some people came to our site to take a look out of curiosity. But most of them did not understand what it's at a first glance! Only people having patience, aptitude and willingness to learn new things are sticking with SFI.

A few days ago, I contacted one of the new PSA and explain to her everything and told her that I will help her at any stage if a need arise. She did not complete her profile completely and send me an email as follows:-

Building a team within a specific language zone or build a truly global team beyond one’s mother country and language speaking zone is a personal choice. But before deciding which choice is suitable for you, we must consider the following points:-

01. Do you have good communication skills?
02. Are you fluent in English?
03. Do you know any other languages, other than English and your vernacular language (if English is your second language)?
04. Do you have good command over the English language and are you able to teach your team members in a simple, easily understandable way?
05. Are you popular in Social Medias?
06. Do you have a lot of friends within your country and abroad?

The answers for the above questions are mostly YES, it is better you build your team beyond the boundaries of your language zone. If you are poor in communication skills and using English, consider building your team locally and expand to other regions gradually.


Advantages of a local team:

01. You can communicate with your team effectively and more often, in your own language.
02. You can contact your team members personally and lend a hand in help build their team.
03. You have better leverage in your handpicked team; mostly known people compare to an International team of unknown persons.
04. Your team can grow and progress at a tremendous speed and get quick results.

For the downer side; it’s a very risky proposition to build a local team because, a sudden policy change of the ruling Government or a natural calamity or economic downfall or war will turmoil your entire team and all your efforts within hours.


A Global team beyond your language boundary is a better choice at any cost! By building a team consisting members from across the world have more advantages than disadvantages.

The downer side is the problem for effective communication between team members and the Leader. Different time zones and different cultures are some of the minor disadvantages.
The positive and brighter side is that the survivals of your team in any adverse conditions are greater than a local team. Growth potential is also huge. But it takes more time, investment and effort to build a truly global team. Comparing a local team, the growth rate is slow and steady.

From the above points, let’s conclude that building a global team is a better choice.
