It is unfortunate you were assigned an unresponsive sponsor. It is not your job to revive your sponsor.

I would recommend the following steps to solve your problem

1. Try communicating with your co-sponsor, they are also available to help you. If that does not work go to step 2.

2. Go to https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/upline and select a person from your upline to help you.

If these steps don’t help submit a support ticket and request a new sponsor. State your problem and the steps you have taken.

It is possible your sponsor is not fluent in your language and is intimidated by this. It takes patients by both parties to use a translator when communicating. I would request a sponsor from my own country / language group if you decide to make the request.

It is not SFI intent to make getting help difficult. I am currently helping an A2A friend who has two unresponsive sponsors. There is someone who will be happy to help you.

I send all of my new PSA and CSA the following letter which gives a brief explanation of SFI:

It is like any job, it takes work to learn and get started. It seems a little overwhelming when you first look at the program but if you don't give up and you read the lessons you will soon understand the system. To explain a little about the different kinds of points

Versa points
You receive these for almost all actions you perform.
Each lesson you read, items you buy on tripleclicks , for many other things also.

The amount of Versa point you earn each month determine your status. Right now you are an affiliate.
To become an Executive Affiliate you must earn 1500 versa points each month, this entitles you to participate in the following:

TripleClicks Executive Pool
Co-Sponsor Commissions
ECA Royalties

To become a Bronze Team Leader you must earn 3000 versa points each month, with this you also benefit from all of the actions of the people you sponsor.

The first day you are a member you have the opportunity to earn an additional 200 point bonus if you earn 500 versa points. Go to the Todo list and complete the first 8 items.

The other thing you will see is what is called the green line. If you are in the upper half of your class (all people who joined the same day as you) you are eligible for prizes from a daily drawing. If you are below the line it will be red on the top of your page, it turns green when you are in the upper half.

T-credits
This is a currency used to buy items, and participate in games, auctions, etc.

MRP
The Membership Reward Points is a TripleClicks Loyalty Program. You receive reward points whenever you shop at TripleClicks, participate in actions and games. This is also a form of currency, they can be used to buy items on the Tripleclicks website.

The key to your question is you need to thoroughly understand the ECA program first. When dealing with businessman you need to know what you are talking about to have credibility with them.

Before promoting the ECA program to a business you do need to determine if Internet Service is available in their area and that they are willing to use it. If the Internet is new to them you may need to provide training.

You should not try to convince them.

If you share your success with the program with enthusiasm. Telling them what your success has been and telling them you are ready to help them have the same success.

Then if they are motivated they will want to join you. If they are not motivated they are just going to waste your time and it is better to move on.

You need to recruit quality people who will make your team stronger.

Your motivation should be on helping your team to succeed. Helping them to learn the program and teaching them how to find new people who are motivated to earn extra money also. If you do this the rewards will come. If your focus is on yourself, people will feel like you are using them and don't really care about helping them succeed.
