Almost every Team leader is sending the Designated Diamond invites to there affiliates, as some really haven't read of how many invitees they got to bring and how they will be eliminated if they refused to abide by the commitments and goals. If I may remind the Team Leaders, here are you limitations to the numbers of invitees you get..

* Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
* Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
* Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
* Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
* Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL

As it stands for the very old affiliates the Designated program should be a commendation for remaining at least EA for the past 15 months, with lots of proves that he/she is ready for the task ahead. The newly admitted affiliates would only earn the DD invitation only if they are truly committed to the program seen through the E365 first month. Well, hasrh you say? Yes but am actually talking about Team Leaders who already have enough PSAs who would gladly accept the program. Just to be sure you are not wasting your time tracking an affiliate who is not ready.

But as for Team Leaders who are still struggling to build a strong team, I will advice to encourage affiliates who have been making at least EA for the last 5 month and a commendation for all new affiliates that becomes Fast Track or make a Standing Order of 1500VP, it would surely help them to want to meet up with the goals as regards the program.

Now to really use the DD program in building the team you need to ensure constant communication with all your affiliates that becomes a DD. I have just sent a message to my affiliates encouraging them to ensure they meet up with the commitment. Its easy to accept, but not very easy to abide by.

Ensure they requalify each month to earn up to 12% of their total Compensation for the month until they have earn a total of $200 dollars to end the Signing Bonus for the next 18months.

Setup a contest for only the Designated Diamond Affiliates to keep them on the move towards reaching the commitment and moving to the next level. Reward them for requalifying for the next Team Leadership level.

Its not too much to really want to include the DD affiliates in your Co-op, it is very important to state it clearly to your affiliates that DUPLICATION is the key to meeting the goals as much as you want to help them meet up.

Benchmarks and Time frames have been laid down to either advance to the new t level or drop from the program. Teach them how to meet up with the demands. Now is the time to get them involved with the PSA auctions at the TripleClicks Store, win more PSA and Share more. You must remember 1EA + 3000VP to make a BTL and it changes for all the ranks, DUPLICATION once again is the key.

Encourage the to make Standing Order to help them advance in time, Tcredits, PSA, S-builder are great products to use as SO. This way you utilize the DD program and your team continue to grow exponentially.

Sometimes we may think all the necessary methods needed to reach at least a EA2 has bee. stated by SFI, yes! but then the question is requesting for what extra things do you we do to reach EA2. aside buying from TripleClicks, Earning VP through downlime requalification, playing EZ games, daily actions etc

It may look like with all that is listed by SFi, there may be no other way to reach EA; but I say there are maybe few and here is one of such

1. Manage your resources

Yeah, to meet up with EA in the next month we need to manage all that we have in our possession to gather more VP. For an affiliate who is still struggling to recruit PSAs need not waste much time gathering VPs, instead of building the team. If you have like 500 VP over the EA Versal Point, save it for next month instead of having 2000VP for the recent month which neither qualifies you as BTL, nor help you earn Matching VPs. So save it for the next month.

2. Continue to build courage

At the beginning of a new month, new affiliates tend to want to withdraw as they have. it earn as they were thinking. But building more courage to enter the new month to want to do more will definitely drive you towards achieving the level of a EA. If there is no courage then there is no drive to want to continue not to talk of becoming EA.

3. Keep Track of Activities

Most times we realize that we had earn less Versal Point in a particular month and vise-vesal. It's no doubt that some activities we engage in help us accumulate either more points or lesser points. Such as when I play EZ games and Answer questions at ASK SC, I earn more VP and divert funds for VPs to PSAs. So its good to keep records of activities at SFI and TripleClicks that helps us gather enough Versal Points to reach at least EA level.

To it also add .more diligence to your hard work, and to your diligence add resourceful strategies to your monthly activities, this will help reach EA in no time.

To explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month is simple, though not all may understand fully until they have been constantly involved with the business.

Whenever the VP reset to it simply means a new month has started. And you have to prove that you are actually doing something to improve on the business. Which means if you are able to have more Versal Point than the previous month, you are really making use of the right tools to having a better SFI business.

The points you scored last month qualified you for the perks and payouts you received (or will be receiving) for last month. It's not feasible of course for us to pay you more than one month on the same points. Now that a new month has begun, you begin the requalification process.

And a more reason for that is if you want to earn benefits, bonuses, and commissions every month, you must earn them every month. Furthermore, if there was no requalification requirement, many people would simply do nothing

Meanwhile, the Versal point gatheref for last month has been added to your total Versal Point gathered.

Some times we tend to explore all option possible just to get our adverts noticed, while we ignorantly include phrases, articles, pictures and captions which may cause serious devaluation of the adverts. Here are few things to avoid

- Never create wrong impression
In order to have more visitors or sign ups at ones gateways, many affiliates have tend to add up impressions which makes prospect click on their ads. Many of the prospects sign up to find out the they had signed up on a wrong page. Impressions such as, SFI is a fast money making business, Make money without stress, Get $200 dollars within a week. Such phrases should be avoided.

- Never lost the flow
Sometimes when prospects click on ads from another page, they expect themselves to find what was present in the ads on the website, landing page or blog. I believe so many investors and business personal use their income or commission to open more doors of income for themselves. If your commission is enough for you to spend as you wish and still have enough to continue to grow your SFI business then do so. But if yor commission is not that enough, I think you need to invest it back into the business. Until your output or commission is greater than your expenses or investment never stop investing your commission back into the business.

So here are few ways you can spend your commission and SFI sign up bonus to yield more in the long run.

1. Qualify as EA
I believe the first thing to do towards ear ing commission and Sign up bonuses is to qualify as EA. Without which you cannot receive the next commission. Therefore if your commission is enough to buy you a product with a minimum of 1000VP monthly, then go ahead and make the purchase. Standing Orders on Tcredits is one of the SFI/Tripleclicks product with excellent Versal Points, S-builder Co-op and many more.

2. Get more PSAs
There is no doubt that to earn large at SFI, one needs to have a very active downline. And you cannot have a active Downline without acquiring them. Make purchases of PSAs at the Tripleclicks store with PSA 2 Go, or purchase a S-builder co-op to help bringing more PSAs. You can as well participate in bids for PSAs and CSAs, it's a lot cheaper at the Pricebender.

3. Sponsor/Help your PSAs
