What's the best way to approach a new PSA with regards to discussing their goals with them?

Hi,
A very Important question. First and most important is to make your new PSA comfortable with SFI Program. They should know what SFI is all about and what he or she has to do to make it big in here.
You can only set goals to your PSAs, once they know what they have to achieve. Don't load them with goals once they join SFI. You will have to initially build a good rapport with them and make them understand the benefits of SFI.
Once they are confident about the business then you can discuss with them about Goals and Achievements.

Why do we set goals?
-We set goals (professional or personal), because we want ourselves to reach that particular stage in a specified time frame.
We also set Goals in SMART way, i.e Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Bounded. So in short Setting goals, whether for SFI or for any other purpose is a must. We all strive to be successful and this is the answer to your question.

Firstly, to start any business, you need to have loads of information and proper knowledge about that business. Even in SFI, you need to have information about the business and know how to succeed in here.
As Gery rightly said - Readers are Leaders. You need to read, read and read to understand this business better. Once you read the manuals of this business you would know that SFI Business is not as complicated as many people says it to be.
Coming back to the main question, I will do the 3 Step Plan
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
2. Recruit 5 Affiliates.
3. Teach these 5 Affiliates to follow the same 3 Step Plan.
I have been doing this the day i started my work at SFI and would encourage my Affiliates to follow the same.

How do you use SFIM (SFI Instant Messaging) to communicate with your team...and what are your best tips for this?

A very good question. Basically there two forms of communication.
1. One way communication
E-mails are one form of one way communication. Effective but not on live time.
2. Two way communication
A Very effective way of communiction. Instant chats like yahoo, gtalk and even SFIM is a form of this communication.
Now coming back to the question, how do you use SFIM to communicate with your team. The same way that you are using skype, yahoo messenger or gtalk.
Best tips :-
1. Use SFIM, whenever you see any team member online.
2. If you are not using any form of two way communication with your team, then SFIM is the best option for you to communicate effectively with them.
3. Chat with your team regularly through SFIM and give them more information about the latest activity in SFI.
These are some of the ways, you can use SFIM to the best.

A very Interesting question. For a beginner, a Splash Page is an Introduction Page that you promote to get more hits to your webpage. This page has to be the most attractive page so that you can induce more people to hit your webpage.
Your Splash Page has to be visually appealing. They must contain the following to attract more and more people to your site.
1. Animation

4. Graphics
We must also keep in mind that Splash Pages takes longer time to load and are not recommended for people using low bandwidth.

My upline has always helped me whenever i have any regarding SFI. The best Advice for my Upline is
1. Follow the SFI Basics.
2. Keep Reading and Learning. Readers are Leaders.
3. You are the boss of your business, so you have to take the initiative to lead and grow
4. Be an EA and continue being an EA till you have a team under you.
5. Teach your Team to do the same what you are doing.
This has helped me a lot and i am doing the same with my PSAs and CSAs.

Each country has some potential and that potential is the people of that country. That's why densely populated countries like India have higher potential. Even in the country where you are, you can get lot of success if you advertise properly. Conveying proper message to rightful people would give you more yield.

Hope my answer helps all those who are looking for an answer for this question. To start off, just visit your Genealogy page and see all you Inactive Affiliates and I am sure there wouldn't be anyone who doesn't have inactive affiliates in their team. you will have to mail separately depending upon their activity
1. Affiliates with 0 Total VPs and hardly one or two days active from the date of join.
These Affiliates are those who doesn't know anything about SFI. You can see most of our affiliates in this category. Mail them with the benefits of joining SFI and what are the prospects of earning in SFI. I am not saying that everyone will come back after seeing your mails but there might be some chances of people returning back.
2. Affiliates with certain VPS and active for certain period of time.
These affiliates knows about SFI and might have left for a specific reason. Try and find out the reason for the leaving. The reason might be personal or even lack of knowledge of SFI Program. Whatever it is, try and resolve the issue for them and you would definitely see them coming back to the business.

The probability of getting good affiliates under you is less. Like what we all have learned that appointing 5 good affiliates under you would create significant income. So if you have 5 good affiliates under you recruit more and reassign them to your 5 Movers. This would increase your Gens and your income too.
