Obviously I would recommend the To Do List tab. Every VPs that is available to you is already listed there. All you need to do is follow them. You may need to click the blue lettering sometimes in order to get more information. Like for example "to learn how to generate sales, click HERE". So click further to find out more.

But the 11 free daily VPs are the ones to focus on. Because if you miss them, then they're gone and never coming back. The weekly ones, you have 7 days to collect them so you have some time. And the ones for the Team Leader Actions are for long term. You develop (ie teach and coach) them now so that in future you can get matching VPs and overriding commissions.

So focus on your dailies.

By losing people do you mean they opt out or are just inactive for some time?

Keep in mind that we all have personal lives out there. Something may have happened to your downline that prevented him from logging in for a while.

In my example, I have an active member who was suddenly quiet for some time. I finally sent an E-card asking if everything is alright. He replied back saying that his home was hit by a typhoon and he just got back eletricity to login.

Obviously he was gone again after that but I assume it was to get his personal life back together again before turning his focus back on SFI.

What can you do? Be a friend. Don't just concentrate on the business alone, but extend a hand of friendship. They may have gone into surgery, had an accident, and many other possibilities. It must be something really big to get an active affiliate suddenly not logging in.

Business is business but sometimes a friend is what you relly need.

You can succeed without investing money. But you will need patience and be willing to put in a bit more effort.

Here are the tasks you can do that will generate money without you having to put in money:

1) Sell TripleClicks products. There are thousands to choose from. Jewellery, books, clothes, teas, coffees, handphones, tablets, etc. You can target your promotions for better likelihood of sales. With sales you will get commissions.

2) Promote the Eager Zebra games. People like to play games. Especially the kids nowadays with the online games which I see around me everyday. So there is Card King, Knock Out Trivia, Gold Streak, Time Machine, Pick the Price. There is surely people out there who would be excited at the prospect of a new game to try out. To play, they will need TCredits. So each sale of TCredits will get you commissions.

3) Promote Pricebenders Auction. Imagine getting an iPad at 2.99. Or a Kindle, or a Bluetooth Speaker, or a Chromebook. People can get addicted to auctions, believe me. To id, they will need TCredits. Each sale of TCredits will get you commissions.

4) Promote the ECA programme. You say that there are already sooo many products on TripleClicks, won't it get saturated? No way. If you go by country, not all countries have many ECAs. If you are from one of them, then it is your opportunity t make money by getting local stores to become an ECA and list their products on TripleClicks. There are many who wanted to buy something but the ECA doesn't ship to their country. A great opportunity for you there. And you will get 10% commission from each and every sale!! I think this is the best programme yet.

And while promoting all this, make sure you login daily and collect your VPs, True that the daily VPs will not be enough to get 1500 VPs monthly. But remember that with each sale to a PRM (not to PSA or CSA), you will get the VPs too!! So start selling enough to make up the 1500 VPs.

You can do it. See what I mean by patience and effort?

I promote transfer buying together with the ECA programme. Why? Because you do not really know if your team's country has enough ECAs to enable them to do transfer buying. Let me explain....

Transfer buying is just buying your groceries (bread, tea, coffee, etc) and toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, etc) from TripleClicks instead of from the store around the corner.

But what if those stuff are expensive in TripleClicks (considering the shipping fees)? You can reduce the shipping fees by buying several items from the same ECA, but you won't find one ECA selling everything that you need (not yet anyway).

So here come the promotion for the ECA programme. You said you bought those stuff from the shop around the corner, no waiting time, no shipping fees, cheap. Can you perhaps sign them up as an ECA and continue buying your groceries and toiletries from the shop around the corner but this time through TripleClicks. Still no shipping fees as you collect them yourself. No need to bring money as it has been paid through TripleClicks. You will get VPs and MRPs every month easy. And you get commissions whenever other people buy stuff too!

I know that it's really frsutrating having to guess what exactly the propsect is asking. And it is really illogical to write back to them to ask. Hence this is where warm marketing is better. You can slowly start to explain one aspect and if it seems that's not the answer he's looking for (you can see it in his expression), you can change direction.

But basically, how do all of us make money is by selling and promoting TripleClicks. You get DC when your PSAs and PRMs buy something from TripleClicks. The TC Executive Pool cosist of 40% of CV of all products sold in TripleClicks. You get CSC when your co-sponsor buys something from TripleClicks. You get 10% of CV when your ECA sells something.

But the most important thing about SFI is buying is NOT a requirement. Selling is! If you want to buy, there's no one stopping you. But you should not be forced to buy something from TripleClicks. Advertising and promoting (both SFI and TripleClicks) is what you need to do.

So why all this hype about team building? I can just sell as any normal store would sell, right? No, because we use the power of leverage. We do not want to spend 8 hours a day in the store selling products for the rest of our lives. If we get sick one day and have to stop working, what happens to us? No income becausse we have to close the store. With SFI, the store still opens!

That is the power of SFI and why all the hype about team building is all about.

I can only answer on behalf of myself and what made me decide on SFI in the first place.

1) Its multiple stream of income. Yes, you need to sell to earn. Yes, you need to build your downlines to earn. With SFI though, you have additional ways to earn. You have the games to promote. You have the ECA programme to promote. You can open your own store. You have CSAs. All these brings income in different ways.

2) The second aspect I love is the existence of a co-sponsor. In many programmes I have been involved with sometimes the sponsor is non-existent and sometimes the sponsor is too busy. But with a co-sponsor to pick up the slack, you would not get lost.

3) The TripleClicks Executive Pool. This is a form of revenue sharing. Although what we get from the Pool based on our own VPs collected is small, it is a start to give the new affiliates a taste of what they could attain if they only work harder.

That is really a hard question to answer. And you won't even know where to start unless you start a conversation with them. That is the hardest step.

People who don't like affiliate programmes thinks they are MLM. I don't want to go into the difference between the two because you can actually find it being discussed in the FORUM some time ago.

So it is actually what they THINK that makes them have this negative attitude towards SFI. If you can open up a channel of communication with them you can actually start finding out from them what they think SFI is.

Then when you have found out what they THINK, then you can start explaining what SFI really is. And illustrate the difference. I have said, time and again, that TripleClicks was what made the difference for me when it came to making a decision about SFI. Having many products (instead of only 5 specialised products) makes our customer base much larger. The difference in prices from the cheap to expensive makes our customer base larger. The existence of ECAs from your own country makes our customer base larger.

Everyone is different. So open up a channel of communication and start listening.

First, look at your Geneology. Do you have inactive members? Sure you do. Look up their Primary Language. Not English? So one way you might want to use is to direct these people to the My Country or My Region Forum.

If you are not from their country, then you can only direct them to the main Forum where they can see the sub forum categories. But if you are from their country, just send them the URL. Like this for Malaysia; https://www.sfimg.com/forum/threads?forum_id=86

Tell them (with the help of Google Translate) that this Forum can be conducted in their native language. Urge them to post a question there. Someone from their country will see it and answer. With enough answers, it might get the inactive affiliates to become active. After all, there is nothing frustrating than being in a business where you don't understand the language.

With luck and help from other affiliates in the Forum, your inactive member might wake up and become active.

I would say that I love TripleClicks and its concept of ECAs. Affiliate programme are numerous. But I have never found one that supports local ECAs as SFI does. Amway has their own products. Elken has their own products. Tupperware has their own products. But SFI understands that we are different in each and every country, where one person loves Tupperware, another might find it a waste of money.

With SFI and TripleClicks, no issues there. Don't like that brand of coffee, never mind, look for another. You will most likely find several brands that you like. You might even find that one particular brand that you tasted while on holiday with your husband 3 years ago which you can't find locally.

Shipping fees too high? No worries look for local ECAs. Most likely you will find one or two. Or ten. Or twenty. Might find one just around the corner in your neighborhood. Buy from TripleClicks, collect from the shop around the corner.

If your target are mothers buying baby stuff and your method is warm marketing face to face, you can search for ECAs selling those items in TripleClicks. Use your smartphone to show the alternative product options to them.

You may need to do some research to identify what items people are buying online nowadays. Maybe you want to sell jewellery for brides and wedding. Put your ad (if the method is oline advertising), in the correct place in the classifieds section.

Basically, what I'm meaning to say is, create your strategy first, then do your research, then start advertising.
