Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

Yes, reach down to them and develop a relationship and cement the parts of your team together. By looking at your genealogy and checking each of your PSAs who have sponsored affiliates, you can tell if he is in a position to be of help to his downline. Look at his badges, his total and monthly vp, if he has earned all of the available communication and stream vp, if he has completed his To Do List including the LaunchPad. These can indicate that this is a good or bad sponsor.

It is very easy for a busy person to get into SFI and even buy a share of S builders and begin to sponsor affiliates without having read any of the training materials. Or an excited person can get in and tell all his friends what little he knows about it and enroll many new affiliates without having read any of the training materials.

OH NO! What does he do then? He's a sponsor with no answers so he does not answer any communications. He might get excited and read and learn and then communicate.

How do I go about finding ECAs in my own city?

This question does not express the full idea that is being asked and it is very frustrating to read answers covering two different questions.

If the real question is "How do I find businesses in my area who will become ECAs", then the answer should deal with finding and recruiting potential ECAs. And some have answered thusly.

But the question reads more like "How can I find ECAs (that I can support and not have to pay shipping)in my own area", then the answer

The question asks about TC Members. If a TC Member is an affiliate, he is called an affiliant. All affiliates are TC Members. Yours are PSAs. A TC Member can also be called a PRM. You get contact imformation for your PSAs but not for your PRMs.

SFI does not give out contact information about PRMs so they won't feel spammed to death by Sponsors hammering them with sales letters.

When we recruit, we do much better in the long run when we pre-qualify our sign-ups. Our ads must

Is the best option the Cheapest option? Is the best option the most useful to building your business at this particular time? Do you absolutely need to have a standing order for 1500 vp? Do you need to be on autopilot with your vp?

If your money is tight, then do all of your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly VP and any of the To Do List that you have not done so far. Then pick out items that will be necessary and useful for your SFI Business, like any of the marketing aids.

Make sure that your body is ready for a long session on the auction. If you have to use the little room, the auction will end while you are gone. Also don't drink much water or anything else before or during the auction.

Have your TCredits all ready bought. Don't use more than your limit.

And don't go to another page while you are waiting for the next bid.

There is more to international communication than just word translation. Scott Wright is the only answer on two pages that has addressed this.

With the frustration level so high when we use translators to communicate, we must show that we have patience and love for those in other countries. We must also have some understanding about what they have to do to build their business in their country. Finances can play a major part in how a business is built. Farther than just buying product.

Why are there so many approved ECAs who do not list any products? How can we encourage them to list their products?

How do you use the information in your Genealogy about the VP your affiliates (individually and collectively) have generated?

First thing when I get notice of a new PSA, I look to see if he has gathered any VP. My welcome letter will reflect what he has already done. Those with several hundred VP have probably figured out how to go about getting started, those with less may need encouragement. Then I check to see his To Do List to get a feel of his strengths and weaknesses. Some people do the activities, but balk at the reading and quizes.I send a welcome letter and if he has not earned very many more VP in a few days, I

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

I am only BTL, but I believe that you should not give up on the inactive affiliates. Send them a few messages at first, then just send them your group mailers. Every month or two send them an inactive group mailer and tell them that you will write to them privately and personally if they write to you.

I have had a good number just recently "wake up" and get involved with building their SFI business. Remember a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. These people have already
