Your own website or blog is best long term.

With your own self hosted blog on a domain name you own you can educate people looking at SFI about the program and even start their training before they join. This is called pre-selling and it increases the join rate and more than triples the chances your referrals will do well in SFI.

You can build an e-mail list. This is a great chance to give a free gift and build trust in you and SFI. Instead of readers visiting your site once

Carrier pigeon with a note on it's foot works well unless it's a rookie pigeon and get's lost on the way.

Smoke signals are a personal favorite maybe because of the Sioux Indian in my blood.

Or I guess you can try contacting them by e-mail using both team mail and directly from your own personal e-mail account.

No matter how you contact them you have to be regular and consistent and inform them about the joys of SFI as a Home Business. Don't mention standing orders.

Youtube is your promotion tool of the two.

Develop informative training videos not advertisements unless you have funds to invest in in-video advertising pr pre-roll commercials like you see at or near the start of every video on the site.

If you blog and if you're planning to be a success you better, then you can do a video edition of the content on your blog, or simply host a Video Blog.

One BIG MISTAKE some of these folks are telling you is to post your gateway

First off Fear of Success is more common and real than most people think.

I couldn't believe the number of people telling you that you meant fear of failure when in fact you asked an even better question. See we all have fear of failure, but we all have stories in our life where we got past that fear and had some success.

Fear of success though is deep rooted.

We see in a good number of movies and TV shows growing up where the rich guy has a bad attitude, they're

Since SFI has been around for many years, is the playing field fair for someone who have just started in SFI like me?

SFI being around for so long makes it a known and trusted name. Recruiting has never been easier and you will never fall short of positive testimonials.

SFI has never had more training than the amount available tomorrow. I say tomorrow because tomorrow never comes and the training never ends, so the longer SFI is here the more knowledge of marketing is at an affiliates hands.

Why would you want a boat with no human pilot, or a plane, a car, a business?

This sounds like you are looking for the easy way and those systems that promise the easy way and automate this and automate that come and go by the thousands with only the owners ever getting rich. The secret to every one of those automation systems is they don't work long, don't work well, and don't create millionaires.

You can take a few shortcuts if you are short on time or while you learn marketing

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

NO NO NO NO NO!

Plain and simple, you would be avoiding a challenge and not solving the problem. This is an international business and the PSA also has to learn to conduct an International business. There are too many tools like Google Translate that can help bridge the gap. There are Bi-lingual affiliates here for just about any language who would be glad to help as well.

Avoiding contact because it's difficult makes your business and your PSA's business weak and ready to fail!

Are you planning to use the new JMT Gateway...and will you recommend it to your team? Why or why not?

I love the JMT gateway.

This new gateway is the perfect place to continue the conversation once you have opened communication with a prospective member. If you are on Facebook you can meet other home business enthusiast or interested parties and start a chat with them. As a relationship develops you can ask them if they would take a look at SFI, if they agree you give them the JMT link and it will reinforce the things you have already been telling them.

DO NOT post this gateway

This is an international business, you are not here as a nation, and shouldn't restrict your business growth by focusing on what is easiest.

I cringe when I see this question asked or someone talk about assigning all their Hindu, Russian, or Spanish Speaking affiliates to PSA who speak their language as opposed to the idea of trying to support that member.

For what can be gained in terms of communication improvements you can lose in terms of control and growth for your business.

Be a awesome sponsor and lead by example.

Be focused on keeping your team members motivated and doing the training task. Learn to seek out the issues they are fighting against and figure out new ways to get them past their own hang ups and issues.

When the need motivation that's your job.

When they need Information that's your job too.

When they need a friend let them call you that friend.

Be connected by as many streams as possible so that your
