Duplication in my view is a mode of expansion for your SFI business and can help create generations of leaders who will follow the same principles of recruiting Affiliates who will succeed in SFI.

There are many benefits of duplication and some of them that I have noticed include:-

a) It builds cohesion in a team of different individuals from varied backgrounds and helps to strengthen the foundation of your SFI business.

b) It is instrumental in brainstorming and creating strategies that will generate further duplication through new leads to improve the growth of your team.

c) Not only will duplication build your own team, there will be teams within teams which provides an excellent training facility to its members through the invaluable experience of team leaders, online resources and other available marketing materials outside SFI.

d) Duplication also gives a purpose to the leader who has seen his/her own growth and is in a position to share with his members his ups and downs. This has a positive psychological effect and creates a strong impact on the rest of the team to strive for success and allows them to build their own teams.

e) The financial gain from duplication is a major motivating factor that encourages one to continue duplicating.

These are the core areas that I consider important and essential when keeping in mind duplication for my SFI business.

There are no shortcuts to SFI or any other venture that you plan to make a success of.

There is no other way to accomplish success other than hard work, resilience, grit, determination, good business acumen, experience, motivation, belief and the mental attitude to move forward despite all odds.

You are either motivated or not. You are going to hang in the business, despite all odds-giving up will be a defeat that can engulf you easily but you have to conduct your business wisely, with integrity and honesty.

New affiliates look for quick results and this will not happen unless you
- plan wisely
- execute shrewdly
- diversify and try out innovative ideas, however silly they appear to be

This too requires a significant amount of input on your part and therefore I do not see a shortcut.

Everyone who is in SFI is here because of the bottom line - that is to earn an income that he/she is happy with and which will serve their individual requirements according to what goals they have in mind.

As has been discussed in the past, success means different things to different people. If I won a PriceBenders Auction today, I would believe my day has been successful. For someone else, earning a monthly income of $10,000 would be success.

My success will guided by the following criteria:-

1. That I can manage my household on income I generate from SFI
2. That I can stop working my full time job and focus on SFI full time
3. That I can use TripleClicks to list all the products I intend to market through my ECA
4. That I have established a firm foundation and built a strong team of leaders who will carry on with what I started off with as much or more passion than I did
5. That I am able to become a PTL (Platimum Team Leader) every month through my team leaders'qualification
6. That my SFI and TripleClicks business continuously expands and I am able to diversify my investment to service my customers globally
7. That I should be able to pass on my knowledge and train my downlines very effectively
8. That I can take up the various challenges that are set up by SFI and TripleClicks and excel at those challenges
9. That I continuously learn within SFI and TripleClicks
10 Finally, if I could take that vacation that I so very much needed with the income I earned from SFI and TripleClicks, then I believe I would say that I have become successful.

I might probably add a few more points here if I was asked the same question in my 2nd year but for now, I would take these pointers as a measure of my success in SFI and TripleClicks.

Sometimes when you are enjoying what you do, you do not realise how much of time you spend on doing it. Whether it is a hobby, a business or a relationship. Your investment will depend on your passion for it and since we are talking about SFI, the bottom line is how much money will you earn on it after your expenses have been taken care of.

How much of time do you have at your disposal-it is not possible to give a definitive answer to this because each affiliate has varied factors that impact on how much time is available to devote to SFI.

However, even if you are in SFI as a part time opportunity, you will need to give it your best to be able to earn anything at all.
- allocate time to duplicate which means various forms of advertising on and offline
- being able to log in daily to complete your tasks and keep a check on your Movers
- participate in forum discussions
- generate sales and fulfill orders if you are an ECA
- reply to emails and handle PSA/CSA queries
- your continued marketing efforts will also require a considerable amount of time!

You will be in a better position to allocate your time towards SFI but remember that your income lies in duplication and being able to support your active PSAs and build a team with them. This can get to be overwhelming and frustrating especially if you do not get active members so a continuous stream of new team members requires a lot of time, sometimes much more than you anticipated initially when you set up your goals.

Nothing will go to waste so keep at it and you will reach your successful destination.

I now have an online shop!

This is my obvious answer to most of my friends and other people (who are obviously prospects) who I meet on a daily basis and who are curious to know how I am doing. Then comes the next question : "What do you have?"

I answer: over 80,000 products and they are amazed at how I managed that in such a short while not knowing that I am an E Commerce Associate within TripleClicks. To add to this detail I would also enhance the value of the site by giving them this information.

Many affiliates start with a lot of momentum and then somewhere on the road to success, they give up-the reasons are many but you must decide that your daily activity is not going to go to waste before you have excelled in your business.

I say this because you can promote your business for 365 days and then give up because you have decided its too much to do!

SFI is a long term adventure and you have so much to look forward to daily. There is no time for boredom or monotony to set in if you plan your day. Segment your time into various areas of your business and once you have decided how many hours in a day you will devote to SFI, its easy to prioritize.

- take part in Forum discussions - its a healthy area to debate and learn
- advertise and talk to people about SFI - increase your duplication focus
- build your business with the PriceBenders auction - now you can receive PSAs for your bidding
- participate in competitions on TripleClicks
- support your PSAs, answer their queries promptly and let them know you care
- keep all communications channels open
- take part in fares in your local area, put up notices/flyers around your shopping malls
- make sure you complete your daily activity that is assigned on your homepage
- keep in touch with your Movers
- Learn and read what is provided in the modules, references and lessons that will help you understand the business well

As you expand, think up of ways to improve your business and share your experiences with your team. Once you have a presence within SFI, you will be able to convince others of the authenticity of the program and this will help create a long term business for you.

If you are only looking at a win, then the main factor that will ensure a win is that you accumulate as many Versa Points as possible during your 365 days in SFI.

Also keep in mind that there will be points which will expire in the course of the year so the only way you can stay ahead of everyone is by building your Versa Points streak.

-This will mean promote the business as much as you can;
-Recruit as many PSAs as you can and help them become team leaders;
-Create a standing order on T Credits which will allow you to bid in auctions and gain points;
-Market your ECA store which can be a good way to generate sales and accumulate points
-Talk to friends and family who will support your store;
-Give out gift cards as a means of promotion; the more you give the more points you earn;
-Provide an efficient service as an ECA-this will increase your rating and generate more sales;

All your strategies that work for you will be channelled towards gathering as many Versa Points as possible and this can win you the Championship-you also find a psychological effect to your advantage when your competitors see a high score on your Versa points ledger and they are to some extent doubtful whether they could reach that level......

I can give you plenty of incentives you can provide to your prospects to get them to join your team. The list is not exhaustive and you can add your own with time.

1. Business vs Job
....this in itself is an incentive. I normally tell the prospect "For how long will you slog for your boss" and that brings out emotions that makes a person want to own their own business. I explain how the business will be conducted through TripleClicks and elaborate that when you join SFI which I like to call as the Head Office, you also get to own an online Store at TripleClicks-a ready to use website that will help you earn commissions. You can buy and sell products on it.

2. FREE Training/Support
....This is the major part of SFI where you get the opportunity to tap on a wealth of knowledge not only from SFI but can draw on the strengths of over 1 million Affiliates. When I do not find an appropriate answer on the Forum, I seek advice and help from Support and my fellow friends who I know through the Forum.

3. Risk Factor
....There are many people who join online schemes and get ripped of their funds almost immediately - there is zero risk of joining SFI. My experience in SFI is passed onto the prospects who will understand this even better when I show them my Payoneer Card through which I receive my commissions. There is no fraud or anything illegal that goes on.
I take a step forward and also help them see how I never have to pay withdrawal fees on the Payoneer Card and this makes it worthwhile because you receive cash for sales on behalf of your customers and utilise the card to make the purchases thus reducing withdrawal costs.

4. Income
....I am in an excellent position that I can say "yes I have" when I am asked whether I have earned any income in SFI. This is the reason why prospects will join SFI and to show them that my income has been consistent and grown since I joined would be even more exciting to share with the prospect.

5. Integrity/Honesty-SFI & Its History
....Perhaps the most important incentive would be that I am part of an organisation which shows stability, it practices an ethical culture of doing business online and to prove this, we have passed the 16th Year mark. The continuous expansion and various improvements I have seen since I joined is testimony enough for the prospect to want to be a part of SFI.

In today's world of the internet, I believe it is unusual not to have internet when you are on vacation - there will be some place which will either have a Wi-Fi connection or a cyber cafe would provide this facility or where you are vacationing, someone would have access to the internet.

In my view it is prudent to be able to keep in touch with your team members even if you are on vacation and this is the dedication they expect from you! I am sure that you can also arrange for a member of your family to support your business and help you while you are away and unless there is a emergency situation, they would be able to contact you and keep you informed of the happenings around your SFI business.

A lot also depends on for how long you are going to be on vacation and there are certain aspects of the business that your family may not be able to handle so I would strongly advise you to spare a few hours on vacation and try to log into your site.
