We are aware that the most important part of SFI is to have active PSAs and that referrals on TripleClicks is as useful to build your commissions so I would maximise my time in finding active PSAs. CSAs are usually rewarded by SFI so we need not focus on them as an urgent priority but finding PSAs who will become active is a definite pre-requisite to you becoming successful.

After duplication follows TripleClicks and marketing your products through various mediums which I shall not get into at this time.

You must also devote a certain percentage of your time to your PSAs, to work with them, answer their queries and be a motivational support for them to move forward. This is as important as finding new PSAs!

There are various other areas within your business that require your attention and that help you boost your income. With the recent changes and advent of new games in Eager Zebra, this should not be neglected. Work around contests and games that you are good at and that will benefit your business and you will learn. Participate also in contests that your upline organises.

The Forum, the learning references and lessons that are so valuable in your progress. Reading the tools that are on your homepage and reinforcing the concept of your business is a valuable component of both SFI and TripleClicks.

If you have studied the concept of the SFI business well, then you would understand that your residual income starts building with active affiliates. You will build an income without active affiliates but this will take you much longer than if you had affiliates who log in daily and achieve a minimum of Executive Affiliate(2) status and above. This is where you accumulate valuable action points which are vital in building your qualification to leadership level.

You also would want to keep in mind that you can also become Team Leader with investment, purchasing products and referring PRM's easily but this is not going to happen right away from day 1 that your PSA joins.

By all means, develop your PSAs to Team Leaders right away (from the day they join) provided you have outlined the necessary detail and the importance of having a team to support their leadership level. I would say that if they can find at least 2 active affiliates in the first month that they join, then becoming Team Leader requires no persuasion or encouragement, it is inevitable. In my first full month with SFI, this is how my 2 team leaders took me to leadership level very fast.

From experience I know that affiliates who are on their own without an active team do not see much happening to their income level and this can be a discouraging scenario.

I would strongly recommend that the PSAs you are encouraging to become Team Leaders right away fully understand the outcome of their actions because maintaining leadership levels can be a challenge without a strong, active team. You do not want your PSAs to be relegated to a lower rank after starting out with such enthusiasm!

For you to understand the needs of your customers, you need to carry out a little bit of research into the likes and dislikes of your customers, get to know them and build a rapport in the process.

Whether the product is purchased from TripleClicks or any other store, you must know what your customer likes. A simple example would be if you are trying to market a black handbag - there are various details you must keep in mind before trying to sell that bag.

- does the customer like "black" as a colour in a bag
- does the bag have long shoulder straps or short
- is the handbag pure leather
- does the customer want a big handbag or a small one
- is the bag going to be used as a casual carry or it is an office kind of a bag
- how much room is in the bag

The above likes and preferences can only be appreciated if you are close to your customer and sometimes you have to ask these questions to determine what your clients will like.

You must keep in mind that because you are dealing with online marketing, it is not possible for your customers to physically see the product - this is all the more reason you should provide as much detail about the product as you can. If you are not sure it is advisable to connect with the ECA and pose your questions on behalf of your customer so that you are clear about the requirements of your customer.

At the end of the day, you must make the customer happy and this is the only way you will receive repeat orders so find out as much as possible what your consumer needs.

Having been in the SFI business for just under 60 days, I would share my experiences considering the financial constraints:-

1 In the 1st month learn the business, make as many Versa points as you are able to and invest in W3.
2 In the same month, prospect for 2 self motivated individuals who have no financial constraints and join them both to the W3 program. This gives them the opportunity to experience online shopping if they have not yet. Train them to become EA and/or Team Leaders
3 In the same month browse through the Tripleclicks site and search for products that family or friends would be interested in-market these to them with a view to making some sales
4 Utilise the marketing resources available on SFI to advertise your online store-being aggresive in your campaign will get you some buyers!
5 By the start of the 2nd month, you will have strategised on which product you can utilise for your Standing Order that will benefit you in Versa Points, Member Reward Points and if lucky, you might win the PriceBenders auctions should you invest in T Credits.
6 Referring prospects to purchase T Credits also enables you to build up your revenue
7 Strong team leaders in your TEAM will raise your rank easily and therefore also your income
8 Either re-invest what you earn in the 1st and 2nd months into the 3rd and as you expand the benefits increase

This is the minimum you can invest in your SFI business without jeopardising your rank or goals and once your knowledge of the program improves by the 3rd month, you will have your own ideas to expound on which will generate the income through your team leaders in your TEAM.

This is the basic concept I have followed keeping in mind that there will be different scenarios that individuals will follow to reach the same goal.

My friend you need to change your thinking, attitude and believe in yourself. These are my own experiences and I have not completed a year in SFI.

...I came into SFI not expecting miracles in a short span of time. I knew it was going to take a lot of hard work to not only stay in the program but an equally resilient attitude of not giving up.

...If you are already a year old in SFI then you must also now understand the system well in order for you to take your experiences into your 2nd year.

...When you say you have had no success-I would not agree with your viewpoint because look at the amount of learning opportunity you have received. Do you mean to say that you have had no success there too? I doubt it.

...If you are measuring your success by the monetary benefit that you have not yet received, did you understand that you would start earning a four or five figure income immediately? Of course NOT.

...I do not believe that you have given it your all in the 1st year. Persevere into your 2nd year and make it a success. It is in your hands to make your goals a reality and I would not be able to give any further advice because I do not know what your circumstances were in the 1st year that made you not become successful.

...I am sure you will forge ahead and do things differently, improve on your performance in the 2nd year and when you believe that you will become successful, then there is nothing that will stop you from achieving that objective.

...Give yourself 3 years to dig deep into the SFI concept of getting at least 5 active affiliates who will take your business to the next level. I am sure you can start right now to find at least 1 active person-do not say this is not possible.

If you put your mind to it, you can become successful and I am sure your question in the 2nd year will not revolve around "What should I do now", you might say - I have now become STL or PTL, where to next!

From my personal experience, unless you

- win the PSAs from an auction; or
- recruit the PSAs under a tent pitched in a public area (where you may need permission to do so and a likely fee paid to the council); or
- have a Co-Op where you are guaranteed 100 PSAs;

it is not going to be easy to get 100 PSAs on a modest budget!

Therefore go for quality not quantity. Better to enrol 5 active PSA than have 100 who are not going to give you much in revenue or be useful in helping you build your business - you will only spend more time and resources trying to activate them!

I have been in SFI for over 1 year and during this period, I have been privileged to be part of a team where my hard work has been recognized and rewarded graciously by one of my upline team member.

I started on my own without an active sponsor and I have gradually tried to build my online business. I must say it has not been without its challenges and pitfalls but I have tried.

This is my business and I have to make it work so the rewards are self-made. I support a good team and I am rewarded through better commissions-I have myself to take credit for that input. Therefore I would not understand why I would want to give out an incentive to an affiliate at the early stage of placing a standing order - the decision to place a SO must come from the affiliate and one does not need to offer an incentive or a free non-SFI gift for this.

After completion of 1 year with SFI, much to my amazement, I received a $50 gift certificate from my upline team member. I had never expected this to happen. I realize, this was because I was top of my class. And, I worked hard to remain at the top during that period. I would have no hesitation gifting my PSAs or CSAs for outstanding performance but I would definitely feel that it would not be right to encourage such a practice of freebies. It might have a negative effect in the long term.

Whenever I discuss SFI with prospects, I give them a full overview of SFI and the importance of logging on 24/7. Therefore my work becomes a lot easier when they join. I make sure that they have understood these factors which will be instrumental in the Affiliate becoming successful.....and being successful means generating an income which is the reason why they join.

* the business is based on making daily points
* the commissions are calculated on the points, whether they are sales or action points
* your progress is directly related to the points you make
* you have goals to guide you through your progress
* therefore logging in daily is or prime importance-it is my responsibility to ensure that I have pointed this out before they join.

SFI is your business and when you do not log in daily, how would you expect the business to prosper, how do you service your customers, how do you know what is going on in the world of SFI?

The SFI system has been set up in a way that if you do not log in daily you speed up a negative ripple effect so:

1..You do not make points - this impacts on your minimum status requirement.

2..When you do not make the minimum status requirement, you do not earn any income

3..When you do not earn any income, you obviously are going to be demotivated to continue.

4..The end result is that you give up on SFI

Therefore a committed affiliate is bound to understand that logging in starts off a series of events which help you towards financial freedom which is main reason Affiliates join SFI. I doubt it that I would need to provide any further explanations to support my reasoning or convince the Affiliate to log in daily.

I will answer your question in retrospection because I feel that SFi has worked for me despite the fact that I am only giving SFI a few hours of my working day. You should not take it to assume that I am not focused. I remain focused on SFI and not once in the last 11 months have I sought to take up other opportunities. In fact, I don't want to segment my energy to any other program.

- in the first 3 months of my joining, I earned commissions but I also recovered my investment and made a profit. It's not enough to earn a commission, I was also assured of the payment in time through the Payoneer Cash card. What assurance would I have with other companies that my earnings are safe?

- I became a leader and 2 of my PSAs also surpassed my expectations. My commissions were real and I realized that developing and helping affiliates become leaders was a sure way of progressing and earning good money with SFI. Which other company guarantees a 16 year record of operating online and that too, successfully?

- I know for a fact that not only should I focus on SFI but TripleClicks sales and purchases also boosted my income so why would I want to look around for other companies who allege to have similar opportunities.

- I received 2 websites for which I did not have to pay a cent - can you say the same about other companies?

- that aside, the ethics and integrity of SFI is one important reason you should remain adhered to SFI. do other companies provide you with such a strong infrastructure? I doubt it.

This list of factors helps me remain focused with SFI but I would say that my list is not exhaustive. I could think up of so many other reasons your commitment to SFI should continue. My year has been full of "ups" and "downs" and this is normal in a business but the main reason I am still here is because SFI has never let me down neither have my friends. The Support I receive from everyone undoubtedly would help you conclude that you should remain on target for greater achievements with SFI rather than join other companies.

Your Movers Tab gives you an insight into the activity of your downlines at a glance. It provides you a quick look at who is doing what. It is therefore important for you to spend some time on this Tab daily and read your workers.

- at what level (rank) are your movers
- for how long have they been away from the SFI site
- when they joined
- what is their progress in their class, country and overall
- whether they are part of the E365 challenge
- if you need to chat with them, you can see if they are online
- you can also see their phone contact if this is made available

Apart from this you can click on each Mover's name and come up with further details about them, how many affiliates they have sponsored, you can use this area to also send them an e-card whenever they reach a milestone. You can encourage them to move up in the ladder - a praise or recognition first thing in the morning can brighten up your mover. Make a habit of keeping in touch.

I look at the Movers who are serious individuals who would like to make it in the SFI business and it is therefore your prerogative to create time for them. I do not overwhelm them by sending them too many E-Cards in the course of the week but for instance if I have seen one of my movers to be quiet for 5/6 days, I ask how they are and not so much about SFI. They could be ill or have other pressing commitments so it is good to show some compassion and not judge them believing that they are not serious.

Your movers list will keep on shifting and some affiliates will disappear after strong activity while others may come in shortly and make an impact. You can never tell who will be one of your best PSAs therefore, try and understand each affiliate as best as you can and give them space to handle their business in their time!

You can also decide to show 10 of your movers or increase this to 15 to guide you on the activity of more of your workers. Their progress means you are also moving forward. Do not neglect this Tab or hit it just to accumulate your monthly points from this. Very often, I re-assign affiliates to those movers who have just started so that they have someone to work with and this can be very encouraging to the newcomers.
