Try to encourage your team to review SFI Basics and the LaunchPad lessons. Everything one needs to understand about SFI and TripleClicks are found on these two very important parts of our Homepage.

When sending your weekly group message, include a Friendly Reminder to review SFI BASICS as their guide in building SFI Team and promoting TripleClicks and the LaunchPad Lessons for reference and continuous learning what SFI is and how it works.

It is only through the process of repititon

Congratulations if that happens to you! It’s our main aim in SFI to find such gems for our own success.

You may think that because of your PSAs success they will not need you anymore, I think your continued support will still be appreciated.

At higher level than you, your PSAs have all the more reasons to need your advice and moral support, knowing that you have more experience in training and supporting your team, including themselves

You will get many different answers to your question, because it involves characteristics which are very common to all, yet complex , as every person has different reasons for being lazy and unmotivated.

I will give it my best shot!

To try to motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates, you would have to be in their shoes- to understand why they seem to be indifferent to what SFI has to offer and they are not taking action at all since they joined SFI.

You would have

Others have given great advice about having a website or owning a blog to be successful with SFI.

It's great if you're a tech-savvy person and love doing these sort of things in addition to minding your SFI website, but if you're someone like me, then I'll just put my faith in my Homepage.

It contains everything that we need to succeed in SFI. For promoting TripleClicks and for sponsoring affiliates, PRMs and ECAs, the Marketing Center is brimming with marketing aids and tools

Your question: How to convince an affiliate who has abandoned SFI to get started again, needs to be clarified.

If the affiliate is still listed in your Genealogy but has been inactive, it may be easier to convince him to give the business a go. But if he has totally abandoned it for reasons of his own, and he opted out, it may be a bit hard to convince him to restart.

Foe one thing by having abandoned SFI, he must have opted out and if he did, you are not allowed to oontact

We are all faced with this responsibility of explaining to affiliates the reality of SFI business.

Affiliates have different expectations. When they signed up for free, many don't realise that they have just started their own business.

To help us explain to Affiliates about their SFI business, Gery Carson wrote this powerful guide: SFI Rules of Success No. 1- "Treat your business.. like a business". It is the No. 1 Rule in the 20 SFI Rules of Success, for a very important

I have missed being in E365 competition when I started for many reasons. Thinking back, it would have been nice to have participated and won the Class Champion, as it is one nice Badge to have and an accomplishment that should give pride to every SFI Affiliate.

So I can empathise the feeling of disappointment if my affiliates have been knocked out of the E-365 competition.

There's good news for them though! There is a Second Chance Program that they can avail of.

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

If you have developed a good, friendly and trusting relationship with your EAs you will be able to ask what the expectation was when they stop.

There are many reasons for this and the reasons maybe are within your ability to solve. Let your EAs open up and listen well.

If the reason has to do with earning quick bucks on their first month, then you can enlighten them. Suggest that reviewing Day 11 of the LaunchPad lesson will help in understanding this quite common expectations

While using the SFIM, check which country your PSA is from whom you wish to converse with, open the Google Translate window, so you can easily use it.

Start the communication with a friendly hello in your PSA’s language.

When your PSA responds, copy and paste the words onto the Google Translate, selecting the language and click the English translate and read the translation.

Highlight the translation then press Ctrl + C, go back to SFIM window and position the
