The new TC Product Collections can be used to generate sales in the following way:
1. Put products of similar use but different prices in a group and send to friends, family members, colleagues etc via email. This will give them to choose base on their budget and preference.
2. Put together products of different uses but belong to a class or place of use such as home, work or entertainment. Post the collection on your website, blog etc to enable buyers easily make decision on what they might need.

1. Maintenance of EA status- This is important in your SFI business to prosper. You want to grow? Position your for leadership.
2. Advertising- Create budget for this. Do it for both online and offline advertising. This is the soul of your SFI business. Do advertisements on recruiting affiliates and TC products.
3. Purchase of PSAs- Participate in PSA To Go as well as S-Builder co-op of SFI. Set aside fund to be involve regularly. This will enhance your building process of your SFI business.
4. Motivation- Create budget for team motivation. The items to budget for are TCredit, Gift certificate, NMP, etc. You need to plan and budget for keeping your team motivated.

Every Designated Diamond affiliate is not a new PSA in the team. DD is a reward, of hard and dedicated work, from an upline to his/her PSA. At such, every PSA given should see it as a privilege.
After accepting the DD offer, SFI has already congratulated the PSA and the Team Leader need not to worry about welcoming the new DD but open a line of communication that will ensure the commitment entered is confirmed by the Team Leader.
As a Team Leader, your first correspondence with the new DD should be focus on tips to achieve the set goals. Also, make the new DD understand the challenges ahead. Tell him/her your short and medium term plans. Ask for his/her plans too so that both of you can achieve together.
Finally, create avenue of communication outside the ones in SFI. This will ensure that both parties are open to each other.

To be a good Team Leader requires your commitment to the course. You must dedicate your time, energy and resources. You must create time to send newsletter to your group, attended to members questions, motivate as well as encourage your group. Allocate your resources towards supporting your group to grow. This resources can be in form of creating a co-op, Gift certificate, TCREDIT etc.
Another important step to be a good Team Leader is to take action daily at growing your SFI business,which includes your group. Read a lot of SFI growth resource materials, do all your daily task, participate at the Forum, etc. Making sure you are continuously improving in your SFI business.
Being a good Team Leader means you have to lead by example. Your group members will easily believe in your leadership when they see your accomplishments through your badges. You need to have a Standing Order, Product Review,Good Ask rating, EA streaks, VP streaks, Designated Diamond etc badges displaying.
