Yes, you definitely should use an auto-responder. If you are new to SFI, you may possibly correspond individually for promoting friendship and trust. But if your affiliate list has grown into hundreds, you will find it impossible to respond to each one separately. The time saving from individual responses becomes imperative even though it lacks the benefit of personal acquaintanceship. You can make four or five contacts per month automatcally, personalizing the greeting, ending, etc while mailing to a list of 100s or thousands. Many times, it takes repeated contact to bring a response either because the timing was not apropo, or the need was not realized at the time. Auto-responders do keep a good record of your correspondence leaving you precious time to zero in on those who are considering buying or partaking of your offer or product. In the end, you will find more acceptance than even the personal touch if your content is properly organized and closes with an urgency to participate. They make it easier to make a variety of free offers for initial contact. The importance of the auto-responder grows with your business. I am to the point where I want to make use of one with SFI right now.

Thank you for requesting opinions of others regarding telephone directory (local)for gaining new PSAs? Looking at the quick progress you have made already, people should be asking you how you have already done so well. Asking is one signs of genius--a Biblical directive which we a;; should follow:
"Ask and you shall receive; knock and it shall be opened unto you."

So, for what my two cents worth is worth, here goes:

If you can avoid scamming and being obtrusive, by all means, use it as ONE OF THE WAYS OF BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS. Cold calling is really classified as any calling or contact with a person with whom you are not previously acquainted. But if I called you and said you had won a million dollar Sweepstakes, would you object to me doing it because it was a "COLD" call?

You see, cold calling is determined by the purpose and results of the call. From your standpoint, prospects for leads is a business expense. Buying 10 leads for $39 through SFI at $3.90 each is very expensive if none of them become active. Doing 100 phone calls and getting 3% expressing interest in what you have to offer means little cost except time spent on calling. Any leads developed in this way are far superior because you will develop a friendship with them, and all the benefits derived from personal mentoring BEFORE they enroll in TripleClicks and SFI. A correctly tutored affiliate will be worth ten times one who makes a few simple errors initially following the right steps outlined by SFI.

So the correct answer to your question is---YES---by all means, if you can offer something which have value to the one called---and at low cost to you, if it makes your call unobtrusive to the person called, and not prohibitive in cost to you. For example, would they accept Silver Dollars if you were giving them away? Or Would they join TripleClicks for FREE if you gave them a $12 Gift Card? Are you willing to spend $29 on 30 TripleClicks GiftCards to give to 30 new TripleClicks enrollees? And how many of them would enter into SFI from your newly developed personal relationship in joining TripleClicks? In a Test Run of 90 Gift Cards given away at a cost of $97, could you tell if dollars and effort expended proved to be worthwhile? I hope so. After thinking about it, I might try it myself!!

The word "Bribe" itself gives the impression of something NOT good to do. Duplication is a better concept. It implies helping those who need it (which is often every one down line from you. Bribery is what polititians use to win votes--generally with OPM (other people's money.)

With SFI, money can be looked upon as a wise investment. Helping the receiver of the gift helps the giver likewise. Financial prowess can certainly fertilize rapid growth in income depending on the actions of the receiver. Gifts should not be so large (bribery) that they are not duplicatable by any but a few in your down line. The Biblical adage of "It is better to GIVE than to RECEIVE" is certainly apropos here. I have not seen that idea widely practiced among the SFI affiliates.

I would recommend that help, whatever the form, whatever the amount, or from whatever the source would be most beneficial in the first 24 hours. SFI has a stringent limit on the time element required to get the FastTrack 200 VP Bonus, consider some way of supplementing their 700 VP to the EA Rank (1500VP) within that first 24 hours. A Gift Certificate for $20 would allow them to buy 10 TCredits @ $1.99 and would add 102 Sales VP daily. Or do some other means of gathering 800 VP to qualify for EA (1500 VP). Add one PSI per week or even one per month, and I don't think you will be unhappy with the results. I would not call it BRIBERY to give them this kind of a winning start. It would also save them from using more of their precious OTO's to help them through month #2 having most all of their 30 LaunchPad Lessons remaining. It would also put them in an excellent position to go for BTL or beyond in their 1st month.

I believe this approach for those who have $36.25 to risk on each active PSA will find they have gotten steadfast PSAs in most cases and eliminated the lazy, non-productive ones.

Whole books are written to guide you to the answer of becoming successful. It may take a book to answer your question of HOW you will know hat YOU have become successful specifically at SFI and TripleClicks. Only you, yourself will know WHEN you have become successful. Most people will agree that that WHEN is always different for different people.

So then, my answer will try to give you a measuring device in words which will be applicable to every affiliate in SFI:

1. You will have reached a financial goal that YOU consider makes you wealthy. Wealth is having enough income built with SFI and TripleClicks that continually pays for all the necessities and pleasures of life that make you free from financial worries and stress. The continuation of that income must result from enjoyable participation of time and money required to keep it growing.

2. You must enjoy the relationships you have established within your team and the day to day participation in the duplicating pattern you pass on to those who are the basis for you having reached this pinnacle of success. Without this caring for others success, you yourself , will not be a happy camper. Follow the policy of: "It is more blessed to give than to receive."

3. Similarly, financial security of itself can never fulfills the innate desires of the human soul. Honest observance of others who have plenty of money will soon convince you of this fact. Therefore, a third plank in your having arrived at success with SFI and TripleClicks will be the satisfaction of the needs of your soul. Scripture gives these aspects of measuring your Spiritual barometer:

Galatians 5:22 The FRUIT of the (Holy) Spirit is: 1. Love 2. Joy 3. Peace 4. Patience
5. Gentleness 6. Goodness 7. Faith 8. Meekness 9.Self Control

If you rate high on these, whether Christian or not, you have reached that pinnacle of success you desire. If we are honest with ourselves, we will never completely reach that point.

I am sure there would be varied opinions about which is the best individual tool because every affiliates situation is different. The most successful tool is TripleClick Credits. A successful business consists of a combination of all aspects of the information provided by SFI that enable the affiliate to build consistently within ones own team. Duplication occurs only with cooperation within the team. So ease of communication is extremely valuable when you have the various segments of that team spread throughout the many nations of the world. Part of that communication system is the capability of language translation.

In the long run, I would say , the genealogy tool accomplishes more for the greatest number of people in the most diverse number of ways and is the glue that makes all the other tools functionable through communication.

I suppose every Sponsor has his own criteria for determining the signs that a PSA is going to be a "good" one. They are all good until the prove themselves otherwise. My system of evaluating is:
How good are they at putting first things first?

1. They have to show that they are willing to do SOMETHING!
2. That something in my book is to qualify for the FastTrack Bonus (200VP) They have a short 24 hours to utilize their first login to grab those 200VP before they are gone.
3. Next I look at their VP Ledger. Did they get total VPs that fell just short of the 500 needed to get their FT Bonus---an inexcusable mistake. Rarely is it justifiable. Did they run out of time? Work one hour and quit?
4. Then I look at what they did with their One Time only VPs. Did they use all available One Time VPs to reach 1500 VPs rather than purchase a 1500 VP Standing Order that would cost them $36.25?
5. Have they tried to communicate with someone in the up line who can give them pointers on what to do after they have secured 700 VP by getting the 200 VP FastTracl Bonus? Is EA their goal? Or should be at least Bronze or silver?
6. Have they done anything with LaunchPad at all? Have they done too many trying to reach the 1500 EA level rather than get a 1500 VP standing order.
7. Have they given any indication of regular login every day?
8. Have they stopped short of getting the ten VP Badge by completing 8 of 11?
9. Have they avoided completing the ASK SC and Stream items because they seem too much effort for one VP?
10. Did they have any inventory of TCredits to manage whatever activity they would encounter for PriceBender Auction Bids or purchases from TripleClicks?

There are many more indicators, some of which cannot be discovered until a week or month has gone by. The best indicator of all is how active are they to get everything possible to move forward toward a visual financial goal. This can often be determined by their willingness to dialog with you through Skype if there isn't a language barrier that prevents it. Understand translation difficulties and do not put much weight on what seem to be spelling errors or grammer faults.

Here's hoping you find a FEW PSAs that rate high on these given 10.

"There IS NO CORRECT answer."Everyone's circumstances differ. An immediate response would be to study the basic instructions (and warnings) from SFI for PriceBender Auctions FIRST.

Then, copy the best ASK SC answers submitted here. Realize that many may be reluctant to give their best advice (secrets). There will be some answers that are very good. Others who are newbies would be unusual if they had good recommendations. But they may have learned from experience from having done years of MLM outside of SFI, but probably not..! So use common sense which often is NOT very common.

From your study of SFI instructions about PB Auctions, analyze this and see how your situation applies:
1. How many bids would you make if you paid $1.99/bid, while others paid 29 cents/bid? What if others won a 500 TC Auction like one did yesterday for $7.77? They would be bidding with bids costing one and one half cents per bid? Common sense tells you that it is better to use your TCs for the games where you win some TCs most of the time.

2. The majority of auctions permit automatic bidding. Rarely will you win unless you also use Auto bids. Auto Bidders can usually be detected if that bidder shows up consistantly as the high bidder. Also recognize multiple auto bidders when prices change rapidly without the timer ever getting close to zero. Assume that most of these bidders are FORMER winners who have won previous large TCredit Auctions in which their average bid may be costing them LESS than a penny while yours are costing 29 cents per TC or as high as $1.99!! You can cause the illusion of being an auto bidder if YOU enter your bid instantaneously and show YOU as the high bidder.
How long would you continue to bid in this way if you were paying 29 cents and your bidders were paying only a penny apiece?

This is not intended to scare you away from PriceBenders. There are times when you have an urgent need as many as 500 SVPs on the last day of the month to reach TEAM LEADER rank. What if you are going to lose your valuable down line because you haven't reached EA 1500 VP?, I often pay $1.89/TC to get five 102 SVP to reach the 2000 SVP limit to achieve BTL Rank. Some choose to bid PB Auction because they are getting 10 MRPs instead of the normal 5 plus 1 VP for each bid. Just be careful that you don't get emotionally involved because you have already bid a 100 29 cent bids ($29) and think you might win with just a few more. Every three bids is costing you nearly a $1. Limit your bids to a few at the beginning when, for a $1, you may win large TC
or valuable prizes at 5% or less. Or make a few bids at the tail end when time left is only 10 seconds remaining. Be careful not to wait too late with your bid.

Finally, do research to determine the best time of day and day of the week when the low, low bids are the winners. Compete with adequate number of TCs (1000?) Bid on several lesser items for practice. Pick the optimum time of day and day of the week. Remember, there are some Auctions where the winner is guaranteed to get 75% off of retail price no matter how high the bidding goes. Auto Bidding uses up TCs quickly.

As to the Eager Zebra games, they are fun. Use an equal amount your TCs as you use with the PB Auction. Do a comparison test to see which gives the best results. This could easily give you enough replacement TCredits to offset your trial run. Always set up the $36.25 for the Standing order for 125 TC exchanged in the first ten days of the month. If you supplement you daily/Wkly and monthly ToDos, you won't need to know which is better. You will do them both.

There is much to learn but if you do this much, you will find the answer to your question but it does take an investment to do well income wise. If you don't have money to do the above, you will need strong determination to succeed over an extended period of time.
