There is an overwhelming amount of information, resources, help, support and "things to do" when an affiliate joins SFI. To digest this for everyone you have as an affiliate will not be easy; some can pick up the details easily, others will take time.

Tripleclicks is an interesting branch of SFI and once you realise that, to be a part of it requires investment, however small.

In my experience give your affiliates at least 15 days to a month to get to know the system.

With the various new developments on TripleClicks including introduction of new games, the rewards for winning the games are plenty and this boosts your business. How?

1. First for participating in T Time and Daily Crown which require no monetary input, you receive T Credits as your prize. T Credits are a useful business boosting tool because they give you Action Versa points (AVP).
AVPs directly impact your position in the business and your perks in SFI

2. The very popular

I have a perfect example to understand that you must know your affiliates first before you can assess them and realise that they can use their skills in the SFI program.

Over a year ago, after I joined SFI, I wanted to recruit another member but she kept on delaying her sign up - Outside SFI, I knew her well enough to know that she had the experience having been in other marketing assignments that she would be able to handle this business. I was right. She joined and we are still together

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

In SFI it is not easily identifiable to see which PSAs will perform well and which one will not. This holds true for CSAs. There have been times when I have felt that the PSA is very enthusiastic and will prove to be an asset to my business but it has turned out to be contrary to my expectation. In my 1 year, this has occurred twice so I would not have presumptions about any affiliate who joins SFI.

However there are indications that allow you to assess the PSA/CSAs capabilities and

How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

In my view it is important to keep the following points in mind when helping affiliates move forward:-

1. Ensure that you do not offer financial support to the affiliate because this can get the affiliate to become dependent on the sponsor; it will be become a complicated issue and likely to create friction later on between the Sponsor and the affiliate;

2. The purpose of the SFI business is to get as many affiliates to work independently as possible, each one to expand his/her

Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?

It is a definite advantage to your team if you recruit members who have a good command of English and a working knowledge of the computer/internet. If they have both these requirements before they join, you will find :-

- that it is easy to help them understand the concept of SFI without too many explanations;
- you will not need to take your recruits through each and every step in their online training
- the progress of your affiliates/team will be faster and so will your communication

Unless you are dealing in illegal activities, the idea of QUICKEST INCOME brings in a lot of negativity-STOP THERE and rethink. Can you climb a ladder from the TOP-No.

The way I say it, if you are in SFI with the intention of building a business which has a strong foundation-there are 3 main things you will need to keep in mind.

1 The leader has to lead
2 The TEAM has to be made of strong leaders
3 This will bring in your income depending on how STRONG 1. and 2.

In my opinion and experience, your SFI HOMEPAGE is the best source of information to get our answers from. When we start out, there is a lot of detail which we sometimes get overwhelmed with but this is the core of your training and most of your questions are answered here.

Within your homepage are sub-divisions of information centres from where you can search for answers. These are:

1. The Forum - this provides a continuous learning opportunity where members interact with

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Communication remains the core tool for you to utilize not only with new PSAs but with almost anyone! You need to spend some time to understand that your new Affiliates will not all be from your country but will represent a cross section of the Globe. Language may be a barrier. I therefore use various criteria before I send out my mail and some of these include:-

- if you have an advertising campaign and receive more than 100 enrollments in a day, l would want to keep my welcome letter

Thousands of SFI affiliates are doing the same thing. How do you stand out from the crowd?

Standing out from the crowd literally means being the best or be amongst the TOP Affiliates who are in the system. There are basic rules that govern your progress and achievements in the business and in my short span with SFI, I strongly believe that the following are prerequisites for that TOP category.

- commitment to your business - that requires time and effort
- how much you invest - this can be in advertising, having a standing order or any other initiative that helps to build
