I think it is best after you Identified your 5 future PTL’s help your
Down lines to find Their 5 future PTL’s and teach them to duplicate
That process as a team till you reach 12 generation deep then come back
Build again as your comfort level wide to do the process over again.

In my opinion Proportional Distribution is the key to balance your growth
with in the Team members as you all grow together and help each other

I think probably you need to understand the aspect of the business, that it might
Need duplication on the surface of it to achieve the ultimate financial freedom.
While it is true in many aspects, but it is not true for every one. It differ from
Person to person. I for myself love to recruit and train people. But for my other fellow Affiliate might not the route he/she want to go. So you need to embrace when they follow the road they want to use.

By what I mean is there success is not measure by duplication only but since
We have multiple income stream here at SFI which ever business they do have
To be commended and supported.

I see affiliates here who do a lot of auction bidding for certain Items only, such
As bidding on Tcredits then on Electronics Items. So they might not interested
Recruiting but want to buy and sell items, which is ok, that’s why we are supporting
Multiple income sources, and it should work and looked at as equal as recruiting.

Also they could be one of our SFI Affiliates other than your PRM’s.

So if that is the route they choose to succeed in this business, that’s a great
Blessing.

So Just check where they are spending most of their activities either buying and
Selling or promoting something else and help and support them on their given
Niche.

In the business world it is not really about the business but it is about you. You have to have the

SFI is strong and profitable and reliable company already and everyone know that, new or old,

People are not buying the product but buying me, if I am honest and trust worthy they come to

One of my friend was telling the story about his good friend , that said “ I sold him a Lemonade

All your SFI members are TripleClicks members also, First you have to make the
Distinction between the two to make clear the cloud. The reason I mentioned this is
To take out the assumption of Free.
SFI is free one can succeed without spending an money even if it takes long time and

I believe you need to guide your down lines to the right
Direction for them to be productive and knowledgeable
Especially and critically for the first month. Since 95%
Of them making an honest mistake not understanding
The business in different areas.

For one you can suggest and guide them how they can accumulate
Their VersaPoints and how far they need to move on their Rank level
While they are relatively new to the business in the first month.

Most of them don’t know once they achieve the EA status and above on
The first month that they are going to go back to affiliate on the next
Month, so when that happens it’s a big disappointment.

It happened to my down lines even if I stressed it out gently so many times
Every time. They kept moving forward but since it was their decision I
Support them when they achieved it, but still put few tips and suggestion.

If you guide them, help them, explaining them the advantage and disadvantage
Of different agendas on their progress on positive constrictive ways they will
Come to the point to understand your emphasis and will help them to pass

Your affiliates have to have the desire to work and need to be
