The best way to communicate with my team is when they’re on-line. As soon as I see the yellow light comes on under their profile, I would initiate a chat.

It’s instant and friendly, and we can discuss informally whatever issue that my team is having.

Some may like communicating thru the social network, but there’s no privacy in it, so I prefer the SFIM anytime.

Apart from SFIM, the other effective way to communicate is through the weekly group mail, or referring

What's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI?

I can think of more, but these are the ones that turned me off when talking to other network marketers before I joined SFI.

We can avoid it when talking about SFI to prospects.

Showing over-enthusiasm and eagerness, you start to ramble on and talk about the huge potential of SFI and how many people around the world are in it, you will start to sound like a used-car salesman!

That’s guaranteed to make you prospects lose interest and stop listening to you.

Buying PSAs is one way to get sign-ups in order to build a team.

You should do this as soon as you achieve EA status and have a bit more understanding about SFI and how it works. You would also need to read and learn all there is to read and learn about building SFI business properly, and learn all aspects of promoting TC products as well.

There are sponsoring tools you can use as a beginner which means you ask relatives and friends, your warm market, to join you in your SFI

I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

This is a cross we all must bear. It's part and parcel of our kind of business and no matter how much we try to help and motivate our team, others will just quit when the going gets tough. It's the natural attrition that we need to accept.

But if you keep on losing active people regularly, then it's probably time to review your strategies. I would be worried too. It may affect your performance and may cloud your judgment about helping new people joining your team, and supporting your

What would be a good invitation letter to send to my PSAs about the new Fast-Track Extensions program?

There is really no need to send a good invitation letter to your PSAs about the new FT Extensions program. This new program is aimed at PSAs who missed becoming one when they joined. They should now be aware of this new program.

All you do is ask them if they want to avail of this opportunity, and to let you know when they’re ready so that you can send an Extension.

It is important for them to let you know because of 72 hours limit and you can only send it once. You don’t

How to get re-energized with SFI for the new year?

I’m writing this answer on Christmas Day! Visitors have just left and the re-charging and re-enegising start now, not in the New Year!

My 2015 calendar is now looking old and disheveled with all the weekly goals almost achieved except the last.

To re-energise, I need to take a break, a time to think about what went wrong, where I made a mistake, and to make the New Year’s Resolution not to repeat my mistakes.

I’ll count my blessings too, along with my failures.

How do you work with and motivate an affiliate who has very limited internet access?

This has been asked before and have received many good answers but your issue is mainly to do with very limited internet access.

There are still more new Affiliates who joined SFI recently who have very limited internet access, so to address this question once more is highly relevant and very important.
It will be difficult and challenging to work with and motivate such affiliates, but we always try our best.

Was the access to internet caused by location? Is the affiliate

Building an empire takes time and needs good foundation. Start building your residual income now, not tomorrow, or next month.

Follow the SFI Ultra-Simple 3-Step Plan of SFI Basics to start the foundation.
1. Become EA, maintain it every month.
2. Sponsor 5 Affiliates, by following the recommended SFI Sponsoring Methods.
3. Teach these 5 Affiliates to do the 3 Steps.

Then follow the Plan to DTL.

Get your priorities right, learn and utilize all the

Senior citizens have plenty of time on their hands, and are generally very friendly and easy to talk to.

But they are wise and can easily tell if they are being conned, or sold to, or being made a fool, or whatever, so do be careful and respectful when talking to them about introducing SFI business opportunity.

Find out their interests and hobbies, everything about them in a way that that will not make you sound too nosy. Because they have time and sociable, they may be interested
