To determine if your autorespnder is still working maybe quiet difficult if you dont know much about auto responder.

Autoresponders operate on what’s called conditional logic. Conditional logic
works like so: if you choose A, then B will happen. This means that when you're
setting up your autoresponder, you're creating specific conditions for an email to
send.

Viewing autoresponder reports is very similar to regular campaign reports. Under
Reports in your account, navigate to Autoresponders . There, you can look at data
from each autoresponder you’ve set up. You’ll see information like open rates,
click throughs, unsubscribes, and more. Autoresponder reports will continue to
update as subscribers meet the trigger settings for that autoresponder and are
sent the campaign.

Once there is no reports or information about the autoresponding setup then you may begin to suspect that something is wrong with your autoresponder.

If your messages are delivered within time frame and you have your reports as expected then you might still have a good autoresponder

firstly let me inform you that so many affiliates who join SFI were miss informed. They joined hoping to earn big within first week or few more, and some were compelled to join and after joining never knew what to do with SFI program. Some may have been scared away by ''how to gather 1500VP each month''. Now what to do as a Sponsor is first inform them what SFI is all about, how they have to gradually build their business by recruiting affiliates, ECA and tripleclicks members. How they can make purchases of their own at retailers prices and still get shares in tripleclicks pool, tell them about price bender auction etc. Encourage them by giving 1 or 2 affilliates to help them grow. Hello, this is one important question.
The only thing that creates a good relationship between you and your affilliates is communication. I don't consider sending messages which could turn them into better sponsor of their own to be too much. The only thing I will say gets too much is when you keep pestering them to make EA. Its your duty to truly help them become EA which is necessay but instead of pestering them make a contest available for only EA2 and above. Discussing your family issues may be unnecessary and personal challenges could be boring. Not everyone may like jokes while some may demand for them. Learn how to use few words to explain your points using too many words may be too much always go to the point. I hope this helps.

Methods for recruiting new affiliates via social media starts with your ads writeup. Once you have a wrong ads then you get no response or people with no interest in the business.

To do this here:

1. Write a meaningful, short and irresistible headline about SFI.: Your headline must be inviting else you will have very few people following your links in the group you are advertising the business.

2. Get active: To get followers on twitter, Facebook, instagram etc takes a lot of time and effort but with time if you are active in almost all chats the result is going to be worth it.

3.Join groups on various networks: You can make use of any chance you have to promote your SFI gateway in a group that has a relevant hashtag.

4. Always submit adverts in English: Lingustic diversity is great but majority of social media users are from English speaking countries.

5. Get a good website or blog.: If you are referring people from social media to your website or blog, ensure your site is fast and also give room for questions and feedbacks.

6. Incorporate Videos into your content strategy : Text based contents is all well and good, but Videos can be a valuable asset in a social media advert as many would lime to stream and watch immediately.

7. Host business group chat for like minded people who don't know about SFI. It helps make your discussion flow better since they are business oriented.

8. Post contents to LinkedIn as it has become much more than a means of finding jobs. Its the largest professional social network with valuable publishing platform in its own right.

Becoming a Team Leader has no specific time. Once you begin your SFI business go ahead to becoming a Team Leader.

The best thing to do once you begin your business is to purchase PSAs. You must go ahead straight way to to developing your team.

Upgrading should be within the Team Leadership. Its is very possible to become a Platinum Team Leader in you very first month, and you could be very lucky to have upto 5PSAs who will make at least EA every month from the PSAs you bought.

The important thing is to work with the PLAN, so you are to move from BTL gradually to DTL.

Therefore, start your team leadership campaign as soon as you start your business.

Gathering Versal Point is one of the main tasks to carryout when you are an SFI affiliate. Different means has been put in place to help all affiliates gather enough Versal Point if each means is well utilized.

Firstly, as a new affiliate you must go through your TO Do List to see each point at which you can gather your Versal point. Sending Team mail weekly, White listing your Sponsors address, uploading SFI banner on your blog, Answering questions on your Launch Pad and many more.

Next, Haven recruited more affiliate to your team, if can ensure that each one of your affiliate can qualify for at least EA2 every month then you have your Versal Point growing. For example For each EA2 you earn 100VP
For each BTL you have 100VP + 150VP= 250VP
For each STL you have 100VP + 150VP + 200VP = 450VP
And so on. Now the calculation is at each stage of new level the VP for your affiliate to have attained that level is added to you. So keep recruiting serious minded affiliates.

Another means is, get more PRM and ECA affiliates. The Versal Point for each of their sales is added to your Versal Point and most of the time your PRM and ECA sales Versal Point keep coming because at every purchase made on any of the Tripleclicks Product the Versal Point is added to you. For examplea PRM purchases a Tcredit of 125pack, you equally get 1500VP which is enough to make you an EA2 already, the think about this 6PRM has to purchase 10packs of Tcredit you have 230VP x 6 = 1380VP. Good one right? Buy products to for yourself and earn unlimited versal points to your VP ledger. Make Standing Orders and more.

Also, consider playing all the Tripleclicks game, such as Knockout Trivia, Pick the Price, Gold Streak, Pick and Punt and etc For every Tcredit used in playing any of the game 1vp is added to your VP ledger. But remember only 200VP can be gathered from playing games or downloading songs from Tripleclciks store. If you have to use 200Tcredit in playing games then expect 200vp to be added to your VP ledger.

Don’t stop competing in the auction at Tripleclicks, you can add up you total VP to be earned in playing games by bidding as well.

If I must say, the affiliates that login to carryout only daily To-Do activities have not eally understoodhow to go about SFI. Seriously, because in my first two months of my joining SFI I was doing same because my Sponsor had no time to explain things or maybe himself never understood much. Infact I never knew about Tripleclicks and I had very little growth until I started reading articles on my own, because I needed to keep to my first goal.

Now if you most motivate such affiliates lets start by applauding their effort by login on daily. Then:

1. Remind them of their goals they have set up that's if there is one, if not help them setup one. Encourage them that their goals can be met as long as they will keep coming online, reading articles and team mails.

2. Now go ahead and help them understand the benefit of having their own team through advertisement and marketing. Encourage them to start with friends and family because it comes with no cost and its easy.

3. Encourage them to own a blog or set up a website which ever one thats convenient for them, so that they can be part of the duplication process as they keep learning. If not encourage them to get a S-builder co op that will help them have a share of PSA just for $20.

4. There are variety of Standing Orders that can help them qualify as EA or TL monthly. Now oncw they had become TL, commission from downlines will be paid to them monthly upto their 12th generation.

5. Gradually introduce them to auctions and games available at the Tripleclicks Store. Help them believe the amazing wins of great products by other affilates which can also be their testimony too.

6. Tell them about little advert that can earn them great rewards such as joining W3 and putting the sticker on their vehicle. Wave 3 kit cost $1.96 only. By sharing the W3 card they can get free Tcredit and cash for sponsoring affiliates.

You already call them successful which made it simple. To become successfull as a leader in SFI, you must study.
How do I mean, Its a business you must understand far beyond just doing your Dailies, Recruiting affiliates and Tripleclicks member. Some have watched business aiding Videos but still can make it becos they don't understand this:
1 Strategy
2 Focus
3 Determination
4 Risk
5 Agility
6 Advertisement
7 Management
And more are what the leaders must know, what to be put to placeat the right time, when risk is necessay.

They dont neglect their downline cos they pose more power than the sponsor. If they grow you grow else you may not make past EA monthly.

Its simple, you register for free
List your products for free either self manufactured or those you sell for others with right to sell.
Fix your price at your own convinice but have costumers in mind.
Get costumers by advertising your product online, postals, emails or one on one.
Recieve orders, make refunds if you cant deliver the goods
Deliver goods to the costumer through shipping or other means and get your pay. Either by check, paypal etc
