Regulation is one of the biggest determinants as to the longevity of any enterprise. Companies are always advising their lobbyists of there concerns. Network marketing is no different. There are some very big network marketing companies and organizations that are working everyday to ensure the future of our industry. You can do some research online yourself to learn about governance and network marketing.

Of course, your SFI business is transferable but you need to be sure that all of the details are understood. There are requirements that must be met. Honestly, the best way to communicate with your downline is to meet them where they are. If you know them personally, then a weekly follow-up call is going to serve you best. This way rapport is never lost and you provide direct one-on-one instruction in your own voice. Even though we live in the 21st century, personal communication never gets old.

Likewise, if you 'met' them online, then you can rest assured that you will find them on their favorite social venues. I always exchange my social network info with my team. Since, I predominantly operate my business online, I've used skype, email, and social networks to communicate with my team. I prefer email since most of my team is from remote places around the world. A few affiliates have tried to communicate over the phone remote and sometimes the connection is not good so email can be personable and direct.

Moreover, your active team members will be right here at SFI. So SFI Chat, team mail, and ECards still work for active members. Bottomline, communication is a two way street. If your PSAs/CSAs/ECAs are not providing you direct feedback then remember all is not lost. SFI is highly integrated so that you can follow the activity of your team. Work with the workers and always respond to your team mail, email, and other requests. By becoming an active communicator yourself, you are sure to break the ice with some members of your team and they will respond to your emails and other forms of communication. Open the door, then lead the way.

What was it that made you realize that SFI is the real deal?

Great question. Please bare with me as I share a bit of my personal experience with SFI. I joined SFI like most affiliates looking for immediate or at least short term gratification. I'd heard of the rags to riches stories of everyday people who made it big in internet marketing. So I was looking for an opportunity that would set me up for life. After placing a few ads on some free exchanges and told all of my family and friends that I was about to make it big working from home on the internet. Yes, most laughed me to scorn and some even told me - "You need a real job."

Three years passed and I had made nothing from SFI. It bothered me and I was almost ready to throw in the towel when I stumbled across some information about PPC from another internet marketer. I studied the content, set up a google adwords account (its free by the way), and funded some campaigns. At first I didn't get good results but I kept working the variables and key words until voila - PSAs from Google! I was signing up affiliates left and right to the tune of about 70 or 80 per hour! When that happened some of them became actively involved in earning points, etc. Finally, the moment of truth came in the form of a commission for less than 7 dollars. I've been hooked ever since! Why? It proved to me that I could make money online working from home. I knew if I could make 7 dollars then I could make 7,000.

Today, after more than 8 years in I've gotten commission payment, after commission payment. With every improvement to my marketing I'm getting better results. I think all of us would be better equipped to do the business if we had to start over. Hindsight is always 20/20. For sure, most of us wasted too much time trying to figure it all out at once only to confused ourselves into inactivity. Learn then earn by application! One step at a time. SFI is solid. We can definitely rule out the question of validity when it comes to SFI. It took me years to make my first commission but now I've gotten several checks over $1000 from SFI. Now I'm not guaranteeing income, I'm just saying that there are too many affiliates who think they can't make money online because of that; they have no faith in themselves or SFI. They listen to what the skeptics say. They listen to what their friends think. But I submit to you, whose dream is it? Is it theirs or yours?

Get that fire down in your belly early on in your SFI journey for success and I guarantee you that you not only surpass what I've done in SFI, you will surpass your wildest expectations. SFI is just that powerful. But it is just like anything else. You have to put it all to work skillfully. For those that do, they reap the rewards of their labor. Those that don't wind up in the casualty pile of skeptics who blog and post about what should have been, could have been but never happened. Don't waste your time on that negative energy. To maximize the benefits of Bronze Team Leader you must understand the extra benefits afforded to you as a Bronze Team Leader.

1. Matching VP on all EA2s 6 levels deep including CSAs.
2. 1 Share of second home CSAs
3. 12 TCredits

Now in order to get the most out of the matching VP you have to have EA2s down 6 levels. To get EA2s down six levels you can use your reassignment tool or it is preferred if you create 1 EA2 and help the to get an EA2 down 6 levels. Then you earn matching VP and thus matching shares from the executive pool. Your EA2s that are CSAs will also count toward the matching VP bonus so support them the best you know how.

The share of CSAs can be a welcomed addition to your network but you do get inactive CSAs as well as some active CSAs. The best thing you can do for your CSAs is to give them the same support as your PSAs. If you get some that follow your recommendations that's always a plus.

Finally, to maximize those 12 T Credits, you should monitor some auctions for 500 T Credits and try to multiple your T Credits. The key is patience and timing. You only have to be the last bid to win. Remember your first 500 bids in price bender auctions earn you 500 VP! You can also use the T Credits to enter KO Trivia Games where you can win even more T Credits and up to 200 VP. You can also download music or enter Pick the Price and get even more T Credits should you win or be the closest to pick the final price.

Accordingly, maximizing the benefits of BTL means understanding what you have and realizing how it benefits your bottom line. Matching VP can add serious dollars to your profits if you have an active network of leaders. Otherwise, you have to grow your network as you achieve milestones to realize the benefit. T Credits are the currency of TripleClicks and the more the merrier. Really they are like money in the bank. Of course, growing network is essential to reaching those higher milestones so 1 share of CSAs can go a long ways even if 99% of them are not EA2.

Basically the plan is the same. There are new stipulations for grow and support. I welcome these changes and I will continue to build onto my active business centers. Before the new requirements, I believed in the same strategy. However the urgency is definitely greater. Team leaders that wish to maintain higher milestones have to educate their team on the proper actions to take to maximize the comp plan. Therefore, my strategy will have greater emphasis on support whereas it had been focused on sales and growth. All of these are important but now the most important is support for team leaders.

As a result, I have in place steps that help to boostrap the cost of maintaining EA. This is the first milestone and the strategy consists of the following steps:

1. Silver Fast Track. Direct all team members to the 6 actions that will guarantee Silver Fast Tract.

2. Shoot for Gold Fast Track. Gold Fast Track is not mandatory but increases the benefit of bootstrapping one's budget for greater commissions.

3. Use the recommended advertising resources which pay direct commissions via PayPal so those funds can offset any costs associated with maintaining at least an EA milestone. This guarantees sustainability long term as well as perpetuating growth from advertising.

4. Achieve EA. Every team member can be EA when they use the recommended advertising resources to grow there business center and bootstrap their ad budget.

5. Build the downline of active business centers. As long as team members meet the first 4 requirements they will be placed in my team co-ops. TLs get free inclusion into paid co-ops. Movers will be placed in free co-ops to encourage them to complete the first 4 steps.

6. No member should expect a gift certificate or reassignments until they have reached TL milestone and then that is optional based on the performance of team co-ops. I will support meritorious business centers 100%.

All business centers are independently owned and operated. Participation is always free. Team members should realized and remember the words of Epictetus - "No great thing is created suddenly, any more than a bunch of grapes or a fig. "What can I do to get my new sign-ups to stay engaged with SFI for longer than one day?"

The best thing you can do to ensure your PSAs stay engaged is to be actively involved with their progress. Don't be a micromanager nor be the distant sponsor. You want to build rapport and trust early on. The best way to do this is to find time to address other topics outside of SFI. When you meet a friend or a family member you just don't hit them with "Hey I need a favor". Instead you shoot the breeze with them about topics of interest. I'm not saying that you have to get into your PSAs personal life but I am saying that you need to be personable and likeable. People like to work with people they like and trust. They don't want to be taken advantage of. So learn to keep the focus on them and off of you. Always tell them what they gain, or how it helps them. It's only human nature to consider these things. So when you show your PSAs you are interested in their success they will be more willing to follow your recommendations.

Finally keep everything as simple as possible. This makes the process totally duplicable and easy to follow. Break it down in increments so that an 8 year old can follow it. Then you will gain more active PSAs. Many a PSA has taken 1 look at SFI and said it's too complicated. Anything you don't understand is complicated. So help your PSAs to see themselves as successfully making milestones. Give them 1 or 2 routine actions at a time and then 1 or 2 more. Eventually everything will crystalize and become clear. Then your PSAs will not need your support as much. Let them know from the jump - take your time. You will get there if you follow a routine and never give up.

I like to use the affiliate manager to give recommendations to my team members to help them gain more VP, increase commission volume, and attain team goals. It is a splendid addition to the arsenal of tools that SFI provides to help us track the progress of our team. From the affiliate manager you can determine if an affiliate has a complete profile, a standing order, whitelisted email, and confirmed registration. You can click on the name and pull up their profile and send them an e-greeting or even chat with them if they are online. If not, just leave them a message and the next time they are inside of the affiliate center they will get your message.

Indeed there are many actions to take that can earn you VP. I simply tell my affiliates go to your VP ledger and follow the list of actions. Master one thing at a time. If you have any questions about anything just ask. If we get stuck of just a set of points then when lose focus of what is really behind the points and that's ACTION. We must take daily action everyday to grow our business. Not just any action will do. Follow the VP ledger and follow those actions right down the list until you have made them routine.

Then you will get all of your daily, weekly and month VP possible. Please don't forget changes do happen from time to time and a new action is added to the VP ledger. If you are checking your ledger daily then you will not miss points. Always take things one step at a time to keep it simple and not confuse yourself or your downline. When you try to learn too many things at once you not only burn out faster, but also; you are not efficient with your time. In this business time is money.
