What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

In reality, one builds on the other. By sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs, you can find the smaller number of EAs within the PSAs so you can share your experience with them and they can learn how to create EAs for themselves. So I say build and teach and then repeat! The PSAs you have, the bigger potential you have for building EAs who follow your example.
Text Ad Exchanges or Safelists...which is best and why?

Both Text Ad Exchanges and Safelists are frustrating because of the saturation from SFI affiliates. This is counter productive because you are just adding to the pool of like-minded ads that can cause the people to grow numb to this business opportunity. While it is good to reach people who are already searching to promote their own online businesses, if you see too many SFI ads, it would be best to pack up and move to another site. As far as which one is best, I think they are both equally frustrating and equally rewarding as long as SFI has not saturated the sites you are on.

For me, the 125 TCredits is the way to go because it is within my budget, and you can use them to play Eager Zebra games for a chance to win more TCredits. Not only that, but you get awarded action VPs and MRPs when you play the games so you can build up more opportunities for gaining the Bronze Team Leader rank.
Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

This is a good question, and the short answer is both are good to pursue. However, since you asked for a choice, I would say that PSAs are better to pursue. CSAs are awarded every month to team leaders so as long as you maintain a rank of team leader, you will have a fresh batch of CSAs every month. For this reason, it is better to pursue PSAs so you can have a balance of both.
How can I win a Pricebenders auction?

This is a good question and most answers have already given you great advice. For me, I have had the best luck early in the morning on a Monday or a Tuesday because most people are trying the auctions over the weekend. By picking the early part of the week, you reduce the number of people you are competing with and that gives you the best chance of winning.
Aside from TCredits, S-Builder and PSAs to Go, what other TripleClicks products are great for international members and why?

Any of the Eager Zebra games are fun to play and you get a chance to win TCredits that can help you gain more products. You can check out the "Digitals" tab to find many E-Books and software that might interest you. You can also search for products using the "Advanced Search" function to find those who ship from your country or offer local pickup near where you live. And if you can't find enough products in your country or near where you live, this is an opportunity for you to either sell your own products or find some local businesses who might be interested in selling, and you can pocket a portion of their commissions!

In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?

I would say that less is more because the attention span of the consumer is not as long as it used to be. In this day and age of social media and constant advertising, people will not stay focused long enough to read a detailed description if it is more than 140 characters. Be concise and offer enough details to hook the person and you will see better results. Too much information at one time creates "Analysis paralysis" and that prevents people from making a decision about joining your team.

Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?

There are different levels of commitment in the business world. The first level is the employee who shows up at work, does the job required for the position, then goes home. If a better job shows up, the employee quits and moves on. The second level of commitment is where the employee takes an interest in the company beyond receiving a paycheck, and this is when a personal investment is made. If a person feels like he or she belongs to the company, the interest level will increase. Taking a leadership role will help the person feel more like a partner and less like an employee and this will help the personal investment happen.

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

While you should focus your attention on the movers in your group, you should maintain communication with everyone through your weekly group messages. This helps you stay in contact with everyone without having to spend too much energy on people who are not responding for some reason.
I think the important part to remember is that everybody experiences "dry" seasons where they are not as active as they should be. The people who are not responding may not be ready to get moving yet or they may be overwhelmed to the point where they don't know how to proceed. Don't assume that inactivity equals losing interest because even those who decided to put SFI on the shelf may end up coming back to give it another try. I am an example of that kind of person.
A couple of years ago, I got frustrated and gave up. I deleted my account and decided to move on. However, after a cooling off period, I decided to try it again and the people at SFI reinstated my account. This time around, I am definitely more active and the results have been great! So don't give up on anybody because you just never know who your next leader will be.
