1. Reorientate him on what SFI really means, its vision and how it operates e.g SFI is not a rich quick business. It is not an overnight success neither and investment is never compulsory. He chose that.
2. Show him the ways inputed into the system to get profits for his investment. Show him where the money is and encourage him to go for it i.e the different multiple streams of income available to all affiliates.
3. Tell him/her to open an ECA Store. This cushions his expenses.
4. Teach him on how to make sales via his SFI/TC gateways.
5. Tell him your challenges in the business and how you became a success. It will motivate him at the same time encourage him.
6. Teach him the facts of life, that Rome is never built in a day. It takes time. Tell him to set his eyes on his dream when he joined SFI. He should keep his eyes on the prize.
7. Revise the launchpad Success Overnight Not to your affiliate and let him know the successes that came in the end.
8. Show him the big picture and the end result of patience. This should let him know that his investment is never lost. It has a compound interest at the end of the tunnel, if he does not give up.

Your best strategy is first of all know the desire of those people in such age bracket. Why? This is will give you the idea of what they want and how SFI can help them to achieve.
People of such age bracket wants to be successful in their Jobs, create an interesting second paycheck, look for business avenues that could meet their needs without much cost. They want to be responsible people.
With these kind of mindset, you can present SFI to them stating the 17 year success business that SFI has been incuring since its inception.
Let them know that SFI costs little or none at all showing them the various avenues SFI has put in place for this e.g Promoting their TripleClicks store, ECA referrals.
For those who already has a business, show them how SFI can promote it for them via the ECA Program.

To get the maximum support of your upline is to:
1. Be a consistent Active affiliate.
2. Be part of your sponsor's movers tab. That's one way to know that you are serious about the business.
3. Relate well with them and ask questions where you need help.
4. Connect with them. Many relate, but Few Connect. It is only by connecting with your uplines can you receive maximum support. How do you connect?
-reach out to them. Contact them via email, SFI Chatroom if they are online or through Teammail.
-Ask relevant and important questions on the business.
-Build a rapport with them by connecting with them on the social network.
5. Build your team. Upline leaders easily get the attention of their team members who are building their team and show it by building their business by their recruit system.
6. Be a Team Leader. Upline leaders watch the progress of their team members at their Movers tab. Be an EA quickly and follow suit by being at least a BTL that way you'l get their attention. They'l know that you've a star in you to rise in the business and that to their success.
7. Build a successful business and your upline leaders will flock around you to maximally support you because this way, you've their believe and trust in you.

I am an EA2 too and my next objective is to rise to the next level of rank and that is to be a Team Leader and to maintain it.
Actualy, i have a big picture in mind and that is to become a DTL which i believe is every affiliate's dream.
So my advice to you is to have both a long and short objective.
It all depends on the level of a leader that you want to attain whether BTL, STL, GTL, PTL, DTL.
Depending on your goal and desire, it would be advisable to take one step at a time and that is BTL.
What your next motive should be is to become a TL and the one you want to become.
To become a Team Leader and to fulfil it, is to follow The Plan: www.sfimg.com/The_Plan.
The plan shows you how to attain each TL rank with its benefits.
However, the fastest way to fulfil this is to build active team members and leaders in your team that should also be your next objective.
Your next objective should also be on how to run an ECA Store if you are yet to have one.

Lastly, is to see to it that you put all resources into play and down to create for you a residual and leverage income

The quickest way is through Team Building. Team Leadership is all about building a team.
Becoming a DTL is a hard and smart work, because it requires raising five active PTLs and to be PTLs with the recent changes in the new Team Leadership requalification requires great diligence, dedication, perseverance, adequate and true support, relationship and leadership skills.
2. This is by you becoming an EA2, for that is the only way you can become a DTL. When you become an EA2, all you need to do is to raise 5 PTLs in your first level PSAs and you are good to go. Their respective VPs as they advance in rank will pull you up as well.
3. Duplication.
Teaching your team members to duplicate you advances you as well.
4. The DD Invitation.
By sending the DD invitation to your active PSAs, give you a big chance to become a DTL fast.

The best way to communicate to your team is all dependent on results. any method of communication that does not yield the desire result is not the best one. i hope you will agree with me on that.
so to get the best communication is to identify also, the one that they can easily understand and at the same time be able to reach you. if your communication does not revolve in this, then your purpose of communication is zero.
Thirdly, you should know also at your finger tips the various communication that there are and which one will suit your team and what are they?
1. Whatsapp
2. Skype
3 The Social Media
4. Phone Number
5. Emails
6. Instant Message just to mention a few.
Now it is left for you to know which one of the above is accessible by your team members. how many of them have the above facilities.
if 80% uses one of the above more, then i'l advice you to go to center on that. i use that principle a lot and it works for me and what will i recommend? i will recommend the Social media. why? because, most of your team members have friends that they will love to reach out too especially on facebook. why facebook? because Facebook has so upgraded 95% of most phones to be able to browse their page, this will give you phantom opportunities to reach out to your team.
i have over 90 PSAs and i reach most of them through this way and i am having great results.
Also, some of your team members may not open their emails for a while and may not have opportunities to have access to skype and whatapps so if you have important message to them, how do they access it in their emails if you don't reach them through this way. i realize that am able to talk to most of my team members this way and letting them know about the emails i have sent to them, most replied sharing their present challenges in the business to me and am able to help them.
so go for the social media communication especially facebook. 95.5% of your team members will be there and they will be very happy that you cared enough to reach out to them through this medium.

To convince someone who is a non-English speaking prospect is a real challenge, but it is possible.
Language barrier has always been a challenge to our business.
To convince this prospect depends on the following factors:
1. Location of Meeting
what do i mean? This means your place of meeting your prospect; is it on the social media or one on one?
Why i said this is because if it is on the social media, you can easily use the google translator to assist you to build a good relationship for sign up.
If it is one on one, then you will probably need an interpreter or you learn the basic formality of the language that can assist you to pass across your SFI message.
2. Making people who are not your language will probe questions on your ability to lead them since you don't hear their language. What to do is to get training in that language using your SFI google language translator. What do i mean? Select the language of your intended prospect and use it to see how the page looks like and how your prospect will see it
3. From 2 above, use the text advs, image in the marketing tools in your prospect language and use it for your advert.

with the recent development in SFI, SFI has made another landmark and milestone that has given it a serious business and earning attitude.
Another thing is, it depends on how you relate hobby to work. What do i mean? For instance, if someone's hobby is reading and writing, this person has a potential of earning from that hobby.
How you present SFI to people will determine whether they will see it as a hobby or as a serious business.
Even SFI creates a hobby time for us through games and still attach seriousness of earning prizes to it.
Hobby i believe is what you LOVE DOING BEST and you Enjoy.
Some people's hobby is purchasing online and browsing the internet, how do you present SFI to this people? You present SFI to them by relating their hobby to SFI's earning power and pulling the seriousness and the earning power of the business to them. That way they turn what they love doing best and enjoy to work and they see the seriousness and the earning power of the business and in the business.
