Since its two questions I will start with the first one.

Its a good thing to have active downlines but managing them is surely a different thing. Here:

1. To manage your large team you need to communicate with them, always be ready to give them your attention. Response to their mails and chat is very important in other to have a good relationships with them.

2. No active downline is too large to manage when there is teamwork. ensure you use your PSA reassigning tool adequately. Assuming you have a downline that includes 10STL, 20BTL, 50 BTL and hundreds dereds of affiliates, you can resign PSAs to the VERY SERIOUS Team leaders so there will be division of labour.

NB: No insensitive is lost on any affiliate you reasign as long as you remain a Team Leader yourself.

3. You may not have answers to all questions asked by your team but ensure you encourage them to be part of the Forum talks that relates to their questions as many affiliates with same challenge in the past will be there to help out.

Now to provide a personalized attention for them, here:

1. Use the geology. mail to send messages to team members

2. Use ecards for individual for a particular need or tips to encourage them.

3. Organize webinars for each levels of leaders in your team once in a month. For example
1st week for all PTLs and GTLs
2nd week for all STLs and BTLs
3rd week for all EA2s and Affiliates.
This way you have created a personalised attention for them.

4. Its good news with Follow the team leader in forum. Send the links of your posts in forum to them so they can read.

5. Setup contest in various level, this one personalised way of getting your teams attention.

So this way you will be able to manage your large active team and as well as getting their attention, I hope this helps.

I call it serious cos it is. So many people not just affiliate are looking for quick way to success; which its not right according to the Bible.

You have to help them realise themselves didn't just start walking as they were giving birth to. Everything in life has it own time; time to sow and time to reap.

Hey you may be playing with sure fire if all you want is to think you can start earning big without hardwork and focus.

Thanks to SFI for giving this step by step guide to how you can earn with them. Launch Pad and other notes, it shows trully ''there is no such thing as free lunch''.

1. Make them go through all there launch pad at least once a week. I get new ideas just by going through them

2. Take them to the commission plan to see how well they can earn if they work hard and make them understand its a life time earning not a one time earning.

3. Just in case they are losing out and considering it as waste of time, I encourage my team to sell Tcurrency and to recruit more Tripleclicks member, it means they dont have to worry about daily stream and weekly messages.

4. And please try to talk them out of making money in a quicker way, they wont value what soever they earn in such way.

1. A memorable brand


Your best step is to have a memorable brand that clearly tells everyone what you do and how customers can benefit from your work.

Make sure your business name or logo clearly and fully projects what you’re offering in a way which will appeal to your customer base.

2. Online customer enhancement programs


Start an online customer enhancement program that encourages consumers to become customers and customers to become advocates.

Send a short email to every customer asking for a referral and then send a personal thank you note each time that you pick up a new job.


3. Meet your customers

visit the local community newspaper to offer to write a blog about the services you offer .


4. Testimonials

A well-branded product that is supported by testimonials and follow up contacts to replace stock, retain relationships and review relevance could work for you while you are away dong other things. Get others testimonies and paste them on your blog

5. Business cards


Collect and respond to business cards.
You may not have time truly but you must let your card be with you. hand it over to those whom you meet


6. Community


Get involved with local community and religious organisations that generate demands for senior support. Let your customers know that you are involved in these community projects and invite them to consider joining you in them. You can have small samples to give away, or hand out a voucher for a discount at your business.

7. Have a professional phone manner


During work hours, make sure every call is answered within three rings and that the greeting you give is friendly and personal. After hours or at busy times, make sure your answering message is professional, helpful, and proactive.

Not just “please leave a message” but “we are so sorry that no one is able to help you right away, but we promise to call you back by 9.30am tomorrow if you would be kind enough to leave your number.”

As an ECA using drop shipper you might want to consider this for effectiveness

1. One of the costs of drop shipping convenience is the expense of remedying logistical problems. If you accept it as cost of doing business – and always make sure to put your customer first – it shouldn't be a long-term issue.

2. Have your suppliers and customers address to avoid logistic and fulfillment error. Also to avoid fraudulent activities and assuring security

3. Wholesalers and drop shippers are notoriously bad at SEO and marketing, carefully search for the best for your ECA store. Select them base on price, location and availability of Goods

4. Utilizing multiple suppliers has a number of benefits that we've discussed: it increases the likelihood that items will be in stock, offers geographical diversity for faster delivery times and prevents you from being reliant on any one source for your products

5. you'll need to offer value in a different way, usually through top-notch product education, service or selection. This is because of price competition.

Is it good for affiliate to have their ECA store, Oh YES. If you have your product either manufactured by you or the ones manufactured by some companies, as long as they are part of the products that can be listed in Tripleclicks store.

Since the main aim is to make more profit, tripleclicks store provides room to get your own online store without any investment, and free listing of your products.

Over a millions affiliates will be able to see your listed products including your downline as you get free Advertising, Promotion and Marketing.

In fact having you store makes it easier for you to sell product to other affiliates in your country as you can chose to be paid in cash once you have purchase the local pay licence.

I believe having upto $200 to invest in the SFI business is a very nice idea and anyone with a perfect strategy would be able to build a perfect foundation for the business or grow the business to a greater level.

Now to begin investment on SFI it all starts with DUPLICATION, without diplication all investment made on SFI would result into a few or no result thereby reducing volume of income to be earned at the end of the month. Therefore, if you must invest well you must be able locate the particular products which will enhance and advance the growth of your business. I will recommend you purchase the following product with the $200.

- Make a standing order of one unit of S-builder Co-op for three months each cost $22, Total = $66. This will help you get affiliates who will start working as your downline and you start earning income right from the first month of investing.

- Buy PSA Go Special Bonus, for making S-builder a standing order, you are able to purchase a unit of the Special Bonus for $1.99. If you are able to purchase 10units each month, by the end of the third month you would have spent upto $20 on the PSA Go and probably over 20 affiliates would have joined your team.

Now banners are SFI resource tools made available for easy advertisement to prospects.
In choosing a banner that is best attractive and also inviting is a matter of who the target is...

For every level of target there are different use and would be preferable. For example.

For older prospect, putting an advert that says "earn $250 per week" could sound more like a scam but a banner which has this "worried about your retirement" sounds more convincing enough.

For middle aged prospect banners like "I fired my boss" or "Having any financial worries" or "grow a second income" or "worried about the economy" would be best.

If your attention is drawn towards entrepreneurs or people who has a business already, the best banner could be "Expose your products to millions" or "sell your products on line" or " get free advert for your product"

Also if its the lover of football that you have as target the banners such as " think you know the NFL" or "play the new time machine" and many more

The rule is different banner for different target and more affiliates

Over 100 banners are available for advertisement at the Market center , free and each on at its best.

I found out most Sponsors fail to notice their affiliate because they refuse to be responding to the advice and support from the sponsor.

Firstly, as a new affiliate, every sponsor expect to recieve a message from you about your commitment and dedication to the SFI business. Every sponsor will notice an affiliate who is really determined to go far with the the business and grow the foundation of the team. As a sponsor I will be on the lookout for such affiliate incase he or she has any challenges.

Secondly, You need to fill in your Affiliate form. Its very important so that the sponsor will know you strenght and area of concentration. If you are interested in Pricebender or duplication and you have challenges, your sponsor will always have information to send to you, especially if you ask question about them.

Also, there is nothing that earns you more recognition as when you qualify for at least EA every month. All sponsor tend to notice EAs as they will be expecting more incomes from the Executive Pool. You can make a Standing Order upto 1500VP to make you a EA. I receive at least 1PSA from my Upline sponsor for becoming EA, that means becoming EA made him notice me and I was rewarded.
Participate in pricebender and EZ games, become a Fast Track member. Its one way through which Sponsors recognise their PSA. They recieve badges reading the numbers of Fast Track theh havs in their downline.

Participate in team contest, ask questions and be ready to sponsor more.

Every prospective affiliates on joining the business always expect to start earning at least hundreds of dollars at the start of the business without investing. Before the discouragement they may have thought SFI is a get quick riches which is a wrong idea.

I guess some where encouraged by other peoples testimony and pay home checks, with out them knowing how much money and time they have invested over the years before they could boost of the amount on their pay home checks.

I guess doing the daily actions will become more boring after the first month and gathering of Versal points will make the whole issue more frustrating if they still don't understand the rules of the business.

So to begin with those who must continue the busines, as you will always have those that will never be serious with the business, state clearly to the that SFI business is not a get quick riches program.

To keep them on the business you must emphasis on their daily login as very necessary then ou can start doing the following

1. As the sponsor, you can start encouraging them by sending Tcredits to the affiliates

2. Teach them how to go about recruiting and duplication.

3. Inform them about your Co-op and encourage them to continue to login daily every month to continue to receive a share of all you sign up affiliates

4. Any affiliate that makes at least an EA should receive a minimum of $2 gift certificate.

5. Encourage them to always play the Eager Zebra games to win Tcredits and cool badges for their home pages.

6. Encourage them to have a budget every month towards growing the business.

7. Encourage them to buy PSAs, buy S-builder Co-op as well.

8. Setup contest, this will encourage some to stay and have reasons to continue the.business

I believe the best business that provides a large range of opportunity is SFI, and its only those who understands how to stay focus, determined and aimed to be successful that will really have a head way in SFI. You don't need to be learned just Do the DO's and you will see yourself doing great at the business.
Also, as a Sponsor and Mentor develop your mentoring skills as that will be one way to help some stay focus since they have you around. Because so many stop and start saying its a waste of time as soon as they find out their sponsor doesn't know about the business.
