Which TC Direct products (not ECA products) have you used and really like?

My absolute favorite is Advanced Liquid Nutritional Supplement! I had been having some health issues and I am big on home remedies if at all possible. I was feeling tired all the time and didn't want to do of anything so I decided to give it a try! I am really glad that I did because I could tell a big difference after only one week!
If a friend or family member asks you about your SFI business, what do you tell them?

Thank you for your question because it helped helped me by making me consider my answer and to be better prepared with my answer.
1. First I tell them how much I enjoy being an affiliate of SFI. I have had jobs in the past that I have hated so I really appreciate the fact that I am doing a job that I like and that I look forward to doing every day.
2. I tell them SFI provides the information and tools needed to build a successful business free of charge. I don't know of any other business that provides the opportunity for you to begin training for your own business without you putting money into it.
3. I am my own boss so I work at my own pace and set my own hours. I alone decide how much time that I spend each day working and the type of work that I do.
4. I tell them that SFI is not a scam or a pyramid scheme. It has been in business for 17 years and is built on a solid foundation. It attracts members from many different countries and backgrounds. It has continued to grow and expand even through a downturn in the economy. It has great leadership.
5. I also tell them about our TripleClicks store and the benefits of being a member. Most of my family are enthusiastic Internet shoppers because it saves them time and money so that fact is an important incentive. A lot of my family members are also fond of games and auctions which makes it easy to bring up the Eager Zebra games and the Pricebender auctions.
6. Finally I log on and show them my leadership page and my badges because these two things show them exactly how serious I am about SFI and my participation in it. I mention the fact that my only regret about being an affiliate of SFI is that I didn't join SFI earlier.

How do I convince my team members that playing Eager Zebra games is beneficial to them?

The main benefits are the vp and mrp's that we receive when
playing the games because they help us meet our monthly total.
The games are fun to play and even if you don't win the game, you
don't lose either because you receive the vp and mrp's.
If you do win the game, you not only receive your prize you also
receive a winner's badge. I love those badges!
For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?

There is no time limit on how long your PSA'S and CSA'S depend on you for help! I have been in SFI since 2012 and there are still times when I need help. I am thankful that I have an awesome sponsor who has always been willing to provide help,support, and encouragement. I admit that I don't need help as often as I once did but I have the assurance that if I need it, he is always willing to give it.
It is also beneficial that I can discuss new ideas with my sponsor. When he updates his leadership page, I pay attention because he has given the other team members sound advice that has helped us to improve our own teams and helped us to be better sponsors. You can succeed in SFI without a good sponsor but it is easier when you know that you have someone with valuable experience who is willing to help you!

How can I become a good supporting sponsor when my communication skills are not good?

In my opinion, the most important skill that you need as a sponsor
is the ability to show that you care and that you are willing to help them.
All other skills that you need including communication can be learned.
I am lucky to have an awesome sponsor who doesn't give up on me
even when I want to give up on myself. He is available to answer my
questions and patient with me if I am slow to catch on. He offers encour-
agement when I need it most and he is the first one to congratulate me
when I succeed!

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

This is a good question because a lot of affiliates seem to
think that doing the daily 1 vp actions are a waste of time because
they aren't doing them.
My response is that each daily vp action is for a reason and that
reason is to help us to learn. By doing section, you will find a lot of
information. Some of this information may be new to you or it could
just be a reminder. I recommend that the forum be checked several
times a day because that is where you will get the latest news.
As an affiliate, checking in each day and doing your to-do should be
Important because it is your business and your responsibility to learn as
much as you can so that you will be successful.

Thank you for this question because it covers a situation that as affiliates, we face daily. I have been blessed with an awesome sponsor who provides support and encouragement not just to me, but to all his team. When he needs to offer us advise, he offers his opinion about the situation that needs correcting and how he thinks that we can improve but he leaves the final decision up to us without any pressure. Best of all, he leads by example. Because we can see the results he obtains, we willing follow his advice because we know it works!
If you think that you may be coming across to your team members as selfish or as a dictator, ask your sponsor to look over your communications with your team members and offer you his/her opinion on the situation. Be open to the answer you receive and be willing to make changes if they are necessary.

How do I convince new PSAs that purchasing a NMP (New Member Pack) is a smart business move?

Thank you for your question. I really don't think that you should try to convince them. I think that you should tell them the benefits that they will get by purchasing the NMP and explain why you think that it is a smart move to make the purchase before the window of opportunity to make the purchase expires. I may have misunderstood your use of the word convince. When I think of someone trying to convince me to do something, it makes me think that I am being pressured to do something that I really don't want to do. Since one of the big attractions of becoming an affiliate of SFI is that it is free, a new PSA should never get the feeling that you are pressuring them to make a purchase. I let them know of the opportunity and that it wasn't available when I joined but that when it was offered, the reasons that I made made the purchase and then I leave the decision to make the purchase up to them without any other mention of the product.

What can we do to help TripleClicks compete with our larger competitors this holiday season?

Thank you got this timely question! I think that the first and the most important thing that we can do to help TripleClicks compete with larger competitors this holiday season is for TripleClicks members to support our store by making our own purchases from TripleClicks. How can we honestly recommend that others use TripleClicks unless we support it ourselves?
We can also promote it by sharing the deal of the day with our family and friends. If you see an ECA with products that will appeal to someone, let that person know that you have found a great new place to shop. Most of my family do as much shopping as they can on line because it saves them time and money.
You can also create a blog site where you can give a review of products that you have purchased and used. You have too be 100% accurate in your reviews and rate the bad as well as the good because you will lose credibility if you recommend a bad product or an ECA who has a slow response time.

For me the answer to this question is easy because I have an
Awesome sponsor! He has been there since day one and if I have
a problem or simply need a bit of encouragement, all that I need to
do is let him know. He NEVER makes me feel stupid if it takes me
awhile to understand something new and all questions are welcome.
He is willing to offer constructive criticism to help me improve without
discouraging me. I hope that I am as good a sponsor to my team and I try
hard to follow his example!
