How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?

Hello,

Well basically quantity to me describes the number of sign-ups that you have on your team roster. You can have a lot of sign-ups and still have a lot of inactive members for quite a while.

If you do find active members within that bunch, consider that a gold mine mainly because your active members are your valuable members that will want to work hard. This right here is where we transition quantity into quality because it's the quality of hard active workers that count

In my own opinion and in line with my experience in the past few months that I became an affiliate with SFI , I realized that being honest to the prospective affiliate or intending member of SFI is the ultimate. Be open to them , make them realize that SFI is not a getting rich quick programme rampant on internet this days, Let them know that this is a real business that take a little time to mature before they started getting reasonable income.

It is always Quality that matters than mere Quantity. Our greatest asset would be the Quality of our Team but not the Quantity what you have in our Team.

We can see to it that the quality is being maintained by enrolling near and dear acquaintances in our Team, this can ensure that we have a Team of performers but not a Team of mere numbers. Unless you have a network of strong salespeople and teambuilders already in place, you are going to have to advertise for more signups. There are several quality ECA's at TripleClicks who will give you guaranteed signups. Try a small sampling of each and see which one works best for you. Also,you have he full force of SFI's marketing budget in the S-Builder. It's slow, but I find a good portion of these to be "quality" sign-ups.

Hello everyone!!!

I was worrying a lot about this matter - as being quite new in this business myself I was trying hard to make my new PSAs work. When they did not even bother to answer my e-mails or add me as a FB friend, I felt very disappointed. I thought I was doing something wrong!!!

Then I realise, you need a quantity and the quality members will show by themselves! You can't force anyone to work, if they decide not to work, they won't and we just can't do anything about

Too much ego, too much time in the spotlight, too much superior and care free feelings, fear to relay ourselves due to language spoken on both us as sponsors and sign-ups are barrels that cause failure to build an effective teams.

We can shift from quantity to quality with our sign-ups by leading them with our own example. Duplication has great power!

We can shift them by working with them one-on-one in the beginning, to guide them to the world of SFI and to teach them to be independent.

We can shift them by answering at their questions.

But there is one thing very important:
We can shift somebody only if he/she want to be shifted.

However ive learnt, that initially u ll have to go for quantity, as u ll need that space and time to learn each of your members before u can select or identify " The serious n focused people". I think it all depends on targeting the right audience. Weather it’s via blogs, paid advertisements or other channels.

Keywords can be an important matter to get to the right target audience to your advertisements. Furthermore lead generation is the ~ little longer way ~ but in my opinion the best method for conversion and quality signups.

Try to reach out to business opportunity seekers and capture their email. Then get them in an email cycle of soft selling or soft stimulation

Just a short note.

Day 16 Launch Pad Lesson.

The Big Funnel: the reality is that many will just be checking things out and a few will be trying to get after it. Most of us will have to cast out a wide net at the top of the funnel to have a few that will actually become active and productive. Advertise relentlessly but work with the workers... As we have all been told by the Rules of Success.

Above all, be a worker before you expect some else to duplicate your efforts.
