It is a scientific truth that when enough quantity is accumulated, this inevitably leads to change in quality. Hopefully a change for the better.

To apply this universal truth to SFI recruiting PSAs, you have to accumulate a considerable amount of newly signed affiliates to achieve a small number (experienced leaders confirm it’s about 1% that become active) of really good quality PSAs. Then it is your responsibility to assist them and lead the way to success for them. Remember, their

In all human beings we are dealing with mindset. All sign-ups will have a particular mindset when they join - positive or negative. Mindset is easily determined by viewing the initial performance of every sign-up. The positive person will start immediately, is willing to try things on his/her own, and it will not be necessary for the sponsor to put in a huge motivating effort. The negative person will sit back and wait for something to happen and needs constant motivation to do even the most basic

This question I will answer believing that you want to sign more quality people and not just shooting for high numbers with no activity.

First off the manner in which they sign up. Did you advertise get rich quick or
how to build your own business the proper way?

After answering that question look at where you advertise this great opportunity.

Was it in free traffic exchanges with many bogus claims of making tons of money?

or

Was it sent

If I ask family they respond with I can't sit at a computer like you and similar negativity. So, instead of asking people who might normally be considered as helpful to anything I do, I then went to blog and post comments and articles myself.

Advertising myself so people know who I am and talking about my own experiences in SFI has helped people who join with me because they can see my own progress and know me well enough to ask me for help and guidance.

I suspect this is a

Hi Emma
I wish you were more specific in this question. This question seems a double edged sword. One would be moved to ponder whether you mean 'how does one qualify or move our quantity Inactive sign-ups into becoming Quality or how and what methods can we employ to get Quality sign-ups?' I will address both just in case.

In answering the former I think it's your role as a leader and sponsor to apply all of the leadership tips of being an awesome sponsor to try and help your team

This is a very tough question. In my own opinion, we can shift from quantity to quality with our sign-ups by doing the traditional Multi-Level Marketing way of sponsoring affiliates. We will do the one on one presentation ( discuss the co., who's behind the co., compensation and benefits, ways to sponsor, answering objections, observing prospects' reaction and closing the sales) and after the presentation, you'll do the meeting after meeting ( discussing to be humble by having a good learning attitude,

In any business , as in SFI, we have no yardsticks to QUANTIFY. We don't know the quality of of a person and need some time to decide. In MLMs, where recruitment is purely personal - i.e., we talk to the person before recruiting,- You can see the person, gauge his reactions, try to know whether he has appetite for that business etc.(Even after all the above people fail to come upto our expectations and do business) But in our business - SFI- it is very difficult because it is online- mostly. So you

Hello Emmanuel,

Thank you for your question.
I totally agree with you that there are many people who sign up but only a few are really committed. When one gets a long list of new PSAs or CSAs, I think it is difficult to separate quantity from quality on the first day until you have seen how they perform in the first week. On the 6th of January 2014, when I was answering your question, the growth page at SFI showed that the total number of members was 2,044,968. Mind boggling indeed

Good question. Yet this way of thinking can be along the lines of the "get rich quick" thinking - trying to get a large team of active affiliates quickly without spending the time and money to work it.

The statistics tell us that 1 in 200 signups will work the system properly. So you need to sign up 1000 affiliates to get your team of 5 Aces - and that takes a lot of time and money. Which it is supposed to, you are running a real business and you reap what you sow.

This is a good question and I will attempt to give my input.

It is difficult to separate the two quantity and quality in SFI because depending on the goals you have set you need both. While it is true you may have 100s who may have signed up and do nothing, imagine if they all were to do something the impact that could have on your business.

To answer you question in a more direct way, to move from quantity to quality would need to start with you, you ought to be enthusiastic
