Go to your upline with your questions, but I wouldn't be offended because of no response. We all have many strange things that occur in our lives that keep us from doing the things are some consider "expected" and though they could be right.
I would look at your upline and try contacting someone in your upline if you have unanswered questions, or go to the Support link for your answers. And continue with your determination that you will succeed! :-)

SFI is a serious company but not all people realize who start this business to be serious and act serious, first to treat this business as their own business, second to help their PSA and their down line.In this business you have to be the utmost professional and you should be aware that your success depends on the success of your team, some of us do not realize that it is a team effort in the first place. SFI is, fortunately allowed us a lot of tools for this business, so that you can, and work alone. You can also get all the information on the forum and post a question. Be a reader and improve your knowledge by reading.

Sponsor non-responsive is due to being new themselves and lack of knowledge.We as an affiliates can always turn to our up line,admin support for help and also we can post our question at Forum.By reading through Forum and ASKSC we also gain lots of info and knowledge from worldwide affiliates. There's a lots of tips and ideas in Forum posted by most of our fellow affiliates worldwide.
I hope most of you don't get discourage by your non-responsive sponsor's attitude. Keep on doing your daily task maintain your EA status and further advance to Team Leader.

In a situation of having a non-responsive sponsor, I
would say go to your co-sponsor next. He/she is also there
to assist and also wants your business to prosper.
I have done this and got great results from my co-sponsor.
Sometimes your sponsor or co-sponsor may be new and
just learning the business. Thats ok because you can go to your
upline who has leadership experience and will most likely give
you great tips and more assistance more so than the forum or customer support
because your upline also benefit as your business grow.
You are a part of their team and they want their downline
to grow.

When you register , in a company like SFI , the truth is that you are assigned a sponsor, who is here to make you aware of the initial tasks in SFI . But it happens that sponsors do not do their job , the more they known reasons . This should not discourage you , or because they need to cancel. On the contrary , take matters into their own hands , because thanks to the internet , so our information is accessible to everything you need , you can actually find yourself , if you want, and if you are persistent . In doing so , there are detailed explanations within the site , including forum , where you can ask questions regarding anything that confuses you , because you always find a person who is willing to help you. And then when you try it yourself , and move toward its goal set start making money first ... You'll be proud of, because it will all be thanks to you , you'll be proud of yourself, and your hard work , because you alone accomplish your goal , I will not be no one who would rather you not be able to collect the credit.

With my SFI experience, I want to explain what I had to do when my sponsor did not help me, nor did I receive any encouraging messages besides sales offers. In this business you need support when you start, exceptional advice, as well as your own persistence.
I was no one special, I requested a change of sponsors to my CoSponsor.
My original sponsor now took a great interest in me, told me how he could not do that.
So I contacted SFI Support... and ultimately he agreed to let me go.
Now I have a Sponsor who has sent me over 1500 PSA/CSAs in the past year.
So what would you have done under the circumstances? Hopefully decide to take ACTION.

There are different trainings, glossary, forums, etc. which can help you understand better the business.
You can see "marketing" and "support" tabs at your SFI page and choose which training and support you need respectively. You must also keep in mind the 3 basics of SFI: 1)versapoints, 2)tripleclicks, 3)duplication. You can review these basics by clicking the blue 'SFI BASICS' tab found at the upper right corner below your photo. You can also review the launchpad.

My opinion is that in this business can succeed without sponsors, but of course it's nice to have his support. Try to send him messages from time to time and that's all you can do. But you can try to contact the co-sponsor or your upline, and also a2a friends. Participate in forum. Read launschpad and SFI basics, training .. explore, be persistent and do not give up because this is YOUR job.

Just get started with the LaunchPad training which gives an exciting and clear pathway to follow on progressing to the next level in your SFI business. Go through your to do list daily in order to learn more and gain valuable points. My sponsor and co-sponsor got hold of me not long after I joined and the forum, A2A tips and ask SC in one way or another helped to progress and grow my SFI business. Buying products at Triple Clicks and then rate and review them proved a valuable method to gain those important points in order to qualify for the ranks starting from EA and above.
SFI is great in that by doing a number of actions each day result in the growth of your business and team.
