Most of the people at first are thinking that this is some job where they can try, take some money in short time and left. Those people who understand what marketing is are clear with that they need time, efforts and that results are coming later.I think we need to be honest at first time when we are explaining this job to someone. Personally, I avoid to attract people with words like get 500$ in one month. You gonna get only sign ups and after a while non active affiliates.Would be more appropriate

Right at the beginning when a person is interested in the job you do explain to her that this is not a job that will be rich overnight. Do not fool yourself by promising huge profits in short term investments. Tell her to take this job for the long run, it takes a lot to read and learn, but at the same time apply lessons learned. All we learn and work. Tell her that if you really want to be seriously engaged in this business, it will have all the support from you as a sponsor of the company and other

"How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?"

Great question! I don't think there is any great answer to this question. Why? Its up to the affiliate. Most successful businesses do not happen overnight.

In fact most riches do not come easily. It takes time, effort, investment, dedication, commitment etc.

Whether internet based or physical business, in my

Honesty and firm hand is the best way to get your affiliates to approach their SFI business like a real business, you shouldn't give them any false hope or promises. You can share your knowledge and experience with them and if they want to work seriously they will listen every word you say. Most important thing is showing them your interest for their work as a sponsor, letting them know you are there for their questions and ideas, always acknowledge their work if it's done great.

Always be honest. Find people who are already active on the internet everyday and normally buy online. Get them to try one of our products that is normally on their shopping list. Suggest a list of such products and explain that there is no risk in buying a familiar item online.

Once they are shoppers they will share a common interest, then show them how they can benefit by referring others and so you guide them into the SFI family.

Thanks

I think the best way to get your affiliates to approach their sfi business is to let them understand that their sfi homepage is just exactly the same as running their own company or business and that their input definitely determines their output and. Also make them understand that they can frankly build a residual income for life if they put in their best. And if possible give them examples of other affiliates who have made it when they ran their sfi business like their own company.

I would suggest that you are up front with your affilates. Tell them they will not earn a large income immediately, but that as they work steadily on their business every day, it will slowly and surely bring them an increasing monthly return. Keep in touch with them so that they know they are working with a group of others who care about their future.

I would believe, that a new affiliate should be able to get some help from their sponsor; but, know one thing. This is the real world that we live in today, and just like a kid that comes upon a apple tree; which contemplates how they are going to get those apples, and take some home to his/her mother to make a nice apple pie. Well, sometime it comes to improvising and being creative in this world of instant everything right now; but, SFI has provided the blue print for anyone to succeed in this

It's simple: as their sponsor, an example being exemplary. Lead by example means being visible in the forum, be visible through the number of badges, be as visible via communication. In fact lead by example: myself that I would like my team to do, this is to lead by example. A palpable since I started this business example, I make a little effort to be worthy: I retrains month after month Executive Affiliate status. Jen also make a effort to connect me and validate my daily actions. I also make an
