What is leadership if you do not have PSAs and CSAs?So the requirement is to have your trusted down lines. You can not fight a war alone you have to have your followers.Look for your followers in order to achieve your goals in SFI. It is not simple said than done but that is the ultimate. That is the one and "Only Thing" that promotes you to success.

I think the answer is obvious. There is no other requirement. A team leader must also have a team. And one can obtain a team by qualifying. When he makes 1500 VP he obtains two new affilaiets |(CSAs) in his team. He is team leader. More requirements are necessary for a team leader to be productive, profitable.
A Team leader is expected to have businesses relationships at TripleClick meaning a minimum VP above 2000

A Team cooperative would be advantageous
You will be expected to encourage your team in as many ways as possible advising and encouraging them.
Prove your experience of knowledge of the SFI way by pointing out the way to them on how to be successful.
The manuals does say the sponsor as well as his/her affiliates should not be afraid of growing continously (you will not know everything in one day) despite the large knowledge base,more information is added continously.
