Remind people on your team in your weekly letter to them to go to the leadership page and check out all the different items that are there. You'd be surprised how many people don't know that they should go to their team leader's page.
I send individual e-mails all of my Movers reminding them to go to the Page and then also asking them to send me suggestions of what they would like to see on the Page.
Make sure you recognize the people there doing well on your team. And tell others how long it took those people to get to where they are. He gives the newer people hope that they can get there too.

Your leadership page is the lead page that must be lighted up by your own creativity. People will follow because there is light. But if your leadership page is dark with poorly creative content people would never follow you.It must stand out then.
Your leadership page must be attractive enough to attract customers. Be like the jeweler who puts the best light on his jewel to make them glitter.It all starts with you as a leader.
