Most affiliates like to be helped. They like support from their sponsor. So it's great to send them a message regularly to ask them the way you can help them better. It's also great to tell them that you would reward them if they attained a certain amount of versapoints each month and keep your promise. The reward could be a sharing or reassignment of new affiliates under them or TC credits reward or any others rewards.
Good question. Education, Motivation and Encouragement are the key ingredients. Educate them by directing them to specific articles and hints already provided by SFI, or actions you are finding to be working. Motivate them with Triple Click points or Gift Cards for accomplishing specific tasks. And finally, provide recognition for accomplishments and advancements.

So, i would encourage them to continue with their current progress and to do the daily tasks each and every day. Unfortunately there is no way you can force your affiliates to be active, everyone as a mind of is own. They are independent and they have to make they own decision. The only thing you can do is to motivate them by sending e-mails two times per week, or make that an offer that if they log in everyday and place a standing order you will reword them with a gift certificate or 10 or 20 TC in the hand of each month.

Also, when I first began my Sponsor had offered up that he would provide Tcredits from his account to mine once I achieved EA. Everyone like getting something for free.
