What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?
Provide support to their means to support yourself for progress.
So it should give advice or support on them.
such as sending emails every week or any other way you think is better. How to give them to forward or how they do business SFI.
By providing detailed guidance and detail I think it would encourage them to rise up and be a better future.

GOOD MORNING SFI WORLD...
We have seen a lots of people are there who joined SFI but they can't work properly may b because of time, or they can't understand the whole system of work. For them
1st I will try to encourage them with team mail SFI team chat and also through encouraging messages. but if then also I fail to encourage them I will call them and definitely I can bring them to our successful business SFI.
ANS- We can not say the Affiliates which are not responding in right way will not respond in future, so it is necessary to encourage them time to time.
As we see Life happens outside of SFI. We never forgot about aims and dreams.
We simply keep them hold in time to time.When the time will come in favour they will respond.
they can help us in achieving our rank each month. think if you have a 100 members who have made more than 600 vp and after that they disappeared from sfi but still they didn't deactivated their account. you can reassign 10 of them each month to one of your fellow affliates and it will give you 50vp each month.

This is a matter of business give them insight prove of how it was with you at first real experience motivation is the best solutions for inspiration .in this case you can never give up on your team .there are many ways of how to indulge them into being active.try transfer tcredit tell them to try bidding its fun plus they can win an auctions for low cast .the idea of business you have to keep trying
Search for affiliates who will be active and work.You can't force people to do what they don't want to do.Nobody force me to join SFI. I click on an advertisement saw the programme and decided after trying it to stick with it.People come,people go.Check on the genealogy report to see if affiliate are logging in daily, if not it's time to look for new ones.

If we found some affiliates who never do anything to develop their selves, so there are some possibility to recovery their spirits as with as:
a) Advertising about the important of SFI;
b) We ask them about their vision and mission of their wildlife (the dreams of life)then we take their dream's life upon to reality or successful;
c) We give them the true thinks about SFI
Great question the way I do is I ofter them a certificated in the amount of $25.00 for them to log in everyday and get the 11vp and also offer my help to any questions they have so they fill conferrable and to seek my help anytime they need. After the log in and began to get they 11vp everyday I offer them 3 coop for every month they stay as a EA with a standing order of 1,500 per month.

when my PCA work poorly try to motivate through the mail looking f b and become friends with them then with pleasant conversation try to convince and it gives them all the things available that They'll find that SFI is the right company that can succeed in life but mostly I'd say they have every day to learn something new to try, and that this work would have worn a permanent income but have also to be diligent about getting what SFI something that can change your life forever
