What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?
Before you start judging yourself or your affiliates, try to be completely honest. Not all of us were born with same leader skills.
-Try explaining to them how they can profit from SFI.
-The focus should be on finding new members and work with the employees.
-Not to mention all the SFI sponsoring lessons which can be very helpful as well, but every lesson and tip you read try to express in your own words.
Very interesting question.Any one can lead a horse to a water pond but no one can make it to drink the water.What we can do is,we can suggest them through the mails repeatedly.That much.Except that what can we do?
To avoid this problem,here is a remedy.Never give much importance to develop your down line through internet i.e web traffic....and so on.
Try to develop the down line on your own that too,very best friends to you,that too after analyzing completely and then only educate your friends,about this opportunity.First,you better observe your friend weather your friend is capable to do this business effectively or not.
Give your complete support to them.You can get at-least,80% results where as this percentage would be 30% comparatively.
I think this can help you lot and it can make a fullstops,to your problem.

I think it's important to give all YOU for your PSA in first theirs month in SFI!
Weekly reminding them what are benefits of SFI,
why is this a great job,
and after a month, leave them be,
maybe one they they'll come back maybe not,
but you gave your best, that's important,
go foward with the ones that a working,
good luck, all best
Still we have to encourage them very often.
They may be afraid of the things as because it is Internet Market.
Very often they may have cruel experience from other sites.
Show some result oriented experiences to them.
Try out video calls to make them inspired.
Lastly, look for the next one, some time someone will click like you & ME.

Hi! This is a good question and the answer is: nothing. You can send team mail once a week and that's all. You should be focused on active affiliates and share your tips and your time with them, because they will help you to succeed.
Maybe they realized that SFI is not for them and if you don't have any feedback it's best for you to move on.

With affiliates who are less active I keep communicate with them knowing that some day will be on top,prouve that SFI business is number one online and must be proud to be part of it.Show them some successful stories in our SFI Community. Lead by example and be sure that one day the affiliate will follow you.

You can just hope that they will change their mind about SFI. There is too many people that join and they are not interested in working they are just courious and they join. If they dont see your first e-mail of support they just dont log into SFI home page. The only thing you can do is hope that they will read the team mail what you keep on sending and change their mind and communicate and start working.

I have a few that have not logged in for a while,but I still send Teammail to them,MAYBE one day they might change their minds,all you can do is keep going send them TEAMMAIL,and wait to see if they change their minds

As per my experience I do sent many emails, welcome letters, tips to increase their motivation and to make themselves active. It is very important to realize themselves that SFI is a Tree of United Work of all the affiliates and Teamwork. I write suggestive emails mentioning these important factors.
And hope for the positive responses from at least 1-2 affiliates among them.
As per Old saying, "WE CAN RIDE HORSES TO WATER BUT THEY HAVE TO DRINK IT'.
I don't expect much more than this.

I try giving them couple free tcredits or a small gift certificate, if they don't respond I forget about them!!! Seriously there is nothing else you can do! They don't want to be part of SFI or they don't see the potential in SFI! If they have 600 vp or more in 90 days , you can reassign them to someone else, although you might be missing out if He/she becomes active later on!
