Don't forget to send to all of your affiliates at least one message a week via PSA Mailer. Send them personal emails, too. Maybe you'll not receive their response, but you'll do your work. And every work counts. Ask your sponsor what to do. He or she has his or her solutions, but why not to try on the same way to keep your own team.
There are still some things we can do such sending team mail weekly to all our downline include affiliate who never do anything. We can send direct mail to their respectively email with interesting subject and encouraging content.
Keep a hope that one day any of them will log-in and be an active affiliate. But you have to remember to focus working with a worker, hence do not waste our time on skeptics or pessimists.

Honestly, if after about 10 weekly news letters that I send to my entire team I still don't see any interest I just move on.
I still send the weekly emails to them but my hopes of them ever waking up are very low - this way at least I eliminate the frustration and disappointment.
I focus my efforts on the workers and let the other ones just be.
Chances for them coming back are slim to none.
Try your level best to make them understand them SFI and their daily work at SFI !
Then also if they don't understand means just move on ! dont waste your time in teaching and encouraging inactive affiliates !
Concentrate on those affiliates who are really active and curious about learning and understanding SFI business !and make them your " QUALITY AFFILIATES "

The first month is crucial. One cannot have all but a good way is probably to offer 5 TCredits to the first 10 new PSAs and first 10 new CSAs who achieve EA status within the month of signing up. That way, your expenditure will be limited to 100 TCredits a month and the statistics will separate the serious affiliates and those who sign up for the sake of signing up.
The TCredits will allow them to try out Tripleclicks and who knows?
my advise is to go on and keep doing the same because never know when they will becam activ. This is my story too...I becam activ only after 8 months and now I regret because I left so mutch time to past away and lose so many oportunityes to learn about what is SFI and how I can earn money.
Today I am glad that I am here and hope everyone, sooner or latere to becam an activ member!
I have reassigned a few of my inactive PSAs to newer PSAs in the same country or that speak the same language, especially if they do not speak English. I hope with someone in the same country they may be more inclined to be active. They would then be second generation instead of first, but still in my down line.
