I recommend buying them because firstly you earn versapoints and secondly because once you learn how to sponsor them yourself and you get signups you will have access to PSA's that you purchased on TC from ECA's and auctions to reassign to the PSA's you sponsor on your own.

My own personal experience, is that I spent my first year on SFI advertising and I learned allot but I was not able to get signups so i purchased them, but I still visit the marketing center so that I can learn something new and improve my advertising strategies.

In my opinion I recommend you do both When you purchase PSA's it will allow you to get signups faster and then you have a chance to learn Duplication. By all means you must advertise because buying PSA's in large packages are very expensive so I recommend only buying small packages once a month or twice a month you could even ad a package of 10 or 20 to your standing order to get quick and easy sign ups but you must always advertise, even though it is very difficult to get signups this way but with patience and persistence you will get lucky and have additional affiliates.

If you manage to get at least two signups from your own advertising, and if they succeed in becoming EA or team leaders then you can purchase a pack of 5 for each of them ( you can even give the affiliate id to the ECA so that the signups can be given to your two PCA's)

What I do, and what I recommend to other SFI affiliates, is both: I use recommended marketing methods to personally sponsor new affiliates, AND I buy guaranteed SFI sign-ups from authorized ECAs at TripleClicks.

I buy PSAs because it gets recruits onto my marketing team fast. Even though I try to communicate with them regularly, most do not do the business. A few work at it for a while and then fade away. The odd one sticks with it. But the main thing is that it allows me to plug in a large group of new affiliates quickly and then I can try to work with them.

I work on sponsoring them myself by applying recommended marketing methods because first, it is good experience and good practice, and second, you may have a greater success rate with the ones you personally sponsor yourself. They feel more connected to you.

I use free and paid advertising.

I post blog posts on my marketing website regularly, highlighting both SFI and TripleClicks. Every time I post a new post, I then share it on a variety of social marketing sites.

I participate in online business and marketing forums and I include links to my website and to either SFI or TripleClicks (or both) in my forum signatures.

Those are the main ways I try to get traffic and sponsor new SFI affiliates.

If you are new to Internet Marketing it will take some time to learn.
During this learning period it may be to your advantage to find ways to

There are Co-ops, SFIs S-Builder Co-op, PPC advertising and so on.

However, to become a skilled and strong Sponsor you must learn the business.
Few to none are able to develop a Team of active PSAs without the ability to
lead and Sponsor them.
There is much to know about marketing, sponsoring and navigating the SFI website and TripleClicks Webpages.

Building on your knowledge base and skills will allow you to promote successfully
through various resources.
Promote by having your own Website or Blog, writing relevant articles for submission
to your blog and EZines, Email List, Classified advertising, PPC ads, dealing
with Traffic Exchanges, Safelists. Participating in other marketing Forums and
business social sites.

Any business requires an investment for success. You will be able to limit that investment through knowledge and skill.
SFI provides the Tools, Training and Materials to acquire both.

Buying PSAs can be a viable alternative for the affiliate that has limited time to manage a co-op, promote, and advertise themselves. I buy some PSAs as well as I participate in SFI team building auctions for PSAs/CSAs. From the S-builder, I have bought 6 units at a time. I got PSAs over a period of time. Therefore by buying PSAs I leveraged my time and did so according to my budget.

However, I highly recommend that every PSA learn how to sponsor affiliates yourself. You can have greater control of the quality of the affiliates you receive because you know where the ads are placed. You can measure which sources are most productive for you. Although you can monitor the productivity of any source usings key codes, you can control placement when you do the promotions yourself.

In conclusion I recommend that you buffer your efforts with some affiliates that you buy and some that you sponsor using your own advertising. The reasoning is clear. The greatest advantage of using a co-op is that it saves you time and money. The advantage of doing your own sponsoring is you control the placement. You can measure the productivity of both by using key codes. Quality is to preferred over quantity anytime.

1) HOW YOU BUY?

Some social networking sites will not allow your SFI Gateway URL to show the reason that it is a spammed sites as a lot of peoples are using the same URL to advertise their SFI business. Create a blog is very simple and easy. Sign up – register - write an effective article about SFI and TripleClicks – post it to your blog with your SFI/TC gateway link. If you are not a good writer go to Ask Sc. There is lot of articles regarding this. Choose one, copy, do some addition, alteration of your own, if needed and post it to your blog

I must admit to buying PSAs. It was a good move to set up a SO for S Builder as it recruited while I learned how to advertise. Quality of PSAs who sign up is difficult to guarantee as for some the time is not yet right for them to work with us. This is perhaps where sponsoring PSAs ourselves is very useful as we can at least be sure of two way communication before they sign up.

I suspect some sign up via an informative page without a deep understanding of the business and its demands to be treated seriously. A lot of opportunities on the internet are associated with quick get rich results which are not usual results but some of the exceptions. By sponsoring yourself you have a conversation with a PSA before they sign up so you have the chance to explain it is a real business that can build up a second income even to the point where it can become the main income if we work at it.

I doubt that many would expect a thorough training program but SFI gives it freely and gives a guide too, the sponsor to guide the new PSAs. I will always remember learning one critical fact about business opportunities: people join people not opportunities. Take good advantage of that and recruit personally if possible to ensure the relationship works well for your recruit and for the team building that is the strength of SFI.

I would highly suggest learning both. While I have heard first hand information from team leaders who have built their strong down lines into several thousands-that your own sponsoring is the way to go which I agree with, I can not dispute the fact that I also know of some leaders here in SFI who have used magnetic sponsoring and purchase of PSA to grow a very HUGE down line. I can't say the numbers because they are freaking HUGE and they did this from PSA Purchase mostly.

So whether you decide to go for PSA purchase or self sponsor certain factors remain critical but the decision is entirely up to you.

1. It is a numbers game. We all know that the law of averages works here. When you enrolled or signed up with SFI on your first day I bet you were altogether in the thousands in your class. How many of you remained to the last round of the class contest? You are as right I am.

2. Quality and not Quantity matters
What do I mean by this? While some people might disagree with this. Experience has shown that every marketer has got to know how to target their advertising to the right people if you want to score good results. I have observed that the TL's here that are succeeding faster have learned how to work this process. Take your hook where the fish is biting.

3. Chose what you are comfortable with.
What do you think would be easier for you to master fast? Is it time convenient to you? Do you have the skill and tools to do it? If yes then go for it and work it like crazy. Keep the momentum going and very soon you will become expert in it and your team will start to grow at the same time.

4. Be an awesome sponsor
The leaders I have keenly observed here have read and understood what it means to Duplicate themselves while keeping their teams motivated at the same time.

In conclusion I would like to say that both methods work just great if you know how to do it, when to to it and how to it right. If however you are still new to the advanced world of Advanced advertising then you can start with the beginner and intermediate methods of advertising. Master them then scale up to other methods.
Lastly always track your results and hits to see which ads are performing great and which ones ain't to eliminate loss of ad spend.

Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

From my experience you should do both.

If you want quality you should target you advertising for just that, you won’t get fast sign ups but you will get genuine people looking to make an income on line. Don’t mislead them in any way in your advertising if you want people who are going to work their business. This also applies for off line marketing.

You should set up the S-Builder Co-op Unit as a standing order through TripleClicks to help build your team, you may have to wait a couple of months before you see any Psa’s filtering in but it is worth it. SFI target Quality signups.

You should enter any co-ops your sponsor is doing as he/she has your interest at heart as well as their own. If your sponsor is doing well then you will want to follow.
You can bid on PSA’s at Pricebender Auctions, if you win you are buying targeted signups as well.

You can also purchase Psa’s from TripleClicks ECA’s if you want to build your downline fast or if you want a large downline.

Remember, not all signups are going to build their business no matter how targeted the advertising is. They will have various reasons as to why they are unable to commit at this time, some will be doormat for a long time before they do anything and others will do nothing.

I suggest you try all avenues and determine what works best for you, what gives you the results you are looking for.

Good Question

Buying and Sponsoring are both good for the company. Let us look at the simplicity of Both and let us be realistic everyone wants the easy way out,its true money can buy anything. In the same token Hard Work never kills anyone this is proven time and time again.
Let's analyze Buying first.
Buying is quick,easy just a few bucks and you get your PSAs and you do your teammails,fax,skype,emails and phone calls and at first the response is good, everyone is eager they take on the challenge and for some reason or the other they become Inactive and then you chase after them with all the technology you have and evrything becomess null and void and a very big full stop.Sometimes chasing behind them becomes fruitless and then you realise why didn't you focus on those who were eager to learn instead you channelled your energy on the wrong ones in the interim all become Inactive.
Sponsoring on the other hand you learn all the New Marketing Methods that was introduced to us recently is so fantastic this encourages you to advertise,advertise and advertise.
Whatever platform you use,you get results,people start asking you about SFi and you can see the eagerness to join the company. People want direct links with you and only sponsoring offers that.
I do advertising everyday very religiously and I do get results because its a method called hands on and when they do join SFI they are quite clued up.
This is my opinion weighted on a scale to give you a better view of both Buying and Sponsoring of PSAs.
