I would say that if you communicate regularly with your team it tells them you are on here working the system. If you start sending team mail about gossip, then that is unnecessary. It's when a sponsor sends out team mail to their downline, they see that as a leader in the front forging the path. You can't lead a horse to water without leading, and you can't make them drink if they are not thirsty.

My point is that you need to communicate and if your downline doesn't want your help they

If I will answer your question as what would I considered to be too much and unnecessary communication with my team:

More than twice sending emails and group mailings can be considered too much, because as our weekly action states, once a week is enough and that's the reason why we are awarded certain vp for that action, unless our CSA/PSA beg for help to explain some topics not clear to your team can be given some consideration.

Let your team be aware of the information that

As a team leader you don't want to push your affiliates away by
sending emails daily or more than four times weekly.

So instead you can communicate for example on Sundays or monday
as a general news mail, team mail or just as a PSA at the beginning
of the week.

However, if your member contacts you more than four times in the week
you will just have to try and be understanding and patience with that
affiliate.

No unnecessary and excessive communication with the team. The more you communicate with your team, the greater will be the chances of success of your team.

You should communicate with the team as much as possible, and send them messages about the job, the steps they need to take to be successful.

Notify them of what you are doing to improve and progress in your work and encourage them in their efforts to take the same steps.

Also, you should send them encouraging messages

The concept of “too much and unnecessary communication” is individual for each recipient. Some individuals are what I call ‘social creatures’. They seem to thrive through interacting with others. Then there are the opposite, individuals who need to be away from people to rejuvenate. These individuals have a limit on how much interaction they can tolerate with others.

Now, let us look at communicating with a group of people in business. Many of us have worked for companies

Good question,
I don't think that there is too much or unnecessary communication!
I appreciate the time my sponsor and co-sponsor takes to send me messages, even personal e-mails!
It shows me they do care and by sharing what they do and great tips that I have received from them!
That is why I send out weekly e-mails to my team, team mail and have some on facebook and I also encouraged some of them to get Skype.
That way you get to know them better, see that it is real people

In the beginning, when a person becomes a part of your team, he needs to give guidance on how and what to do. Also, it should be familiar with the basic concepts and explain the importance of continuous reading and learning about the work of SFI. When I come out and see if he understood what his job is, let him know that I still do. I need to gain some habits to break that fear might be hiding within himself. If you constantly monitor and do not talk so, do it like this, will never gain confidence

Hello Catherine Wanjohi

I think that the contacts are never too much.

New members need to help and point out the important things

Otherwise it will be proper to send your members and downlines messages once per week targeted at actions and encourage.

When there's a issue that needs to be solved communication should be current via telephone, cell phone or e-mail and etc. depending on what is available.

Your team (downline PSA and CSA) should

In this business, constant communication is vital. However, one must be careful not to overwhelm your affiliates with too much to digest. The Launchpad series is already designed to walk affiliates through the basics of the business.

Your main job is to motivate your team. Your weekly newsletter and your stream posts should be enough communication. Then you respond to any individual questions you receive from your affiliates.

The importance of communication with the team cannot be overemphasized. Communications should be robust and no amount of communication is considered too much or unnecessary. There must be constant communications via the PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, or Genealogy Group Mailer to motivate them, give team members a good start about the SFI business and to clear their doubts. This support through communications should be maintained to make it a cohesive team. To conclude constant communications is the cornerstone
