If you know why your downline quiting and giving up on SFI then you can and able to solve your downline’s confusion then you can stop him from quiting and giving up on SFI.But remember if the people don’t like to work on your team you can stop him from quitting and giving up on SFI by successing yourself if you become successful then your affilite come under you.

And there are two main reasons why people quiting and giving up on SFI:

1)First he having the lack of support and knowledge=Many times your downlines facing from lot of lack of support and knowledge when you alredy send a lot of motivational Team Mail every week this is because he isn’t find his own question’s answer.If you know about his problem then solve his problem immediately.if you are able to solve his problem then you can stop him from quiting and giving up on SFI.

2)Second is that you doesn’t do the leadership work you must have to do all the team Leader work and all the team leader work are given below:

You must have to train him about how to earn here=Many times people joined invest much more money in SFI but he don’t know there is no more income on self investing he should must have to build a big active team.And you can send the success story of SFI this is very motivating story.
If you are able to meet from your peoples then go to meet from him and motivate him.


Always send a team mail with huge inspirational speeches or explaining about y success story to your affiliates. This generates a hope of light for them as you are the one they speak physically.

Organise some Webinars with your team members when ever time permits and try to clarify them about to the best of your knowledge. Share your tricks and success story on live video.

When ever you find one affiliate is online, never hesitate to start a conversation through SFI live chat. This is one of the very strong way to keep them away from giving up.

Organise contests and Keep your affiliates rewards for achieving certain goal. This keeps them motivated.

First, I will tell my downline the saying that QUITTERS NEVER WINS. Then I will explain to them what SFI is all about, and what benefits SFI brings. I will advice them to read getting started, the basic and our Launchpad, where they can get all the information about SFI, and all the benefits if they understand what they read, for FREE.

Then I will share to them what am I enjoying at this moment in SFI, like being an EA I am earning some monthly income based on my time and effort invested in SFI. You cannot keep your downline from quitting and giving up, but you can give them incentives, your personal time, your coaching and a "can do" attitude. Constantly check on them, if they need their hand to be held, hold their hand. Quitting and giving up is usually due to frustration, not seeing money right away, not having the patience to see it through, and a lack of attention (sometimes) from their Sponsor. That is why is is so important to stick close to your Affiliates and make yourself accessible to them 24/7. Give them more than one way to reach you. Give them praises, and reward them for a good job. If they still quit or give up, move on to the next Affiliate and repeat the same methods with them. Sometimes the other one may come back, but don't allow that "quitter" or the "give up" Affiliate break your stride. Keep on keeping on, and you will see how much easier it gets, and how much more you will learn in the process!

When you sign up with SFI, you are part of a down line in an organization. Good leaders will take you under their wings and show you how to be successful. SFI has a system of self training, training through 30 LESSONS and other resources that you can tap into without re-creating the wheel.

All you need is to have patients first one month or more, ideally till you become a EA2 by having a standing Order, which is the only investment, and at the same time go and click every red and blue button, time will teach you all the ways to earn money, remember these are not Rocket science, everybody and anybody can learn, for that matter he has to read the chapters.

While you place an Order for a standing Order, please consider this option of making TC purchases, because these are the VIRTUAL MONEY, which can be encashed upon easily.

Fall back is easy, but fighting back is although tough but, satisfying, when you see money pouring Unlimited

This is my answer to your question. If a person wants to quit that is their choice. You can make them aware of what they are loosing but you can't stop them from quitting. I remember in 1980 at a Mountain Retreat there was a hiking trail that went high in the mountains. You were in the clouds when you reach a certain point. There was a young lady with our party that was afraid of heights and she wanted to turn back. She could not convince anyone to turn back with her so she continued to climb with the group to the top. When we got back to the campsite she was so thrilled at what she had accomplished she began to cry. We all rejoiced with her.

Some people become overwhelmed by what they are facing and see it as an obstacle, so if we can give them encouragement and point out what they will gain I think that will help. This business does freighting you when you begin but you have find the one that is your size and put it on. SFI is one of the few that offers so much to its affiliates to get them started.

Sometimes people have to quit and start over again before they realize what they have thrown away. We cannot become depressed if we lose a PSA once we have given them our best advise.

Hi:

I think that a lot of us affiliates would like to think that there is a "magic" solution for keeping affiliates, but I firmly believe it is the person themselves. If they have expected everything in their lives to be quick and easy, then they will probably expect the same from SFI!

I also believe that people who work for what they have appreciate what they have.

People that get everything handed to them, do not appreciate what they get and find it very easy to get rid of those things.

So, you can't make affiliates stay. They have to want and work for a better life and extra income. All you can do is guide them and hope they realize what a good opportunity is being handed to them.

The question of "How Do I..." is focusing on the wrong thing in my opinion. Whether it's getting someone to duplicate, get a standing order, or anything else. I believe the best thing for you...and others wanting to figure out how to get someone to do anything would be focusing on the wrong thing. Instead of placing your focus on "How Do I", just focus on doing everything that you can do for your business and, yes...this does mean explaining the importance of something to your down-line associates. The one's that want to build their business will automatically start doing exactly what you've suggested once they see you doing the same thing. If you look to your left on this...and most all pages on SFI, you'll see your badges; your associates too can see your badges and this will show them that you too are duplicating your up-line. Lead by example...always. Just remember, not everyone that becomes an associate will go on to become an EA so, if your're spending all your time and energies on trying to figure out "how to...", then you too will be slowed down in building your SFI business. Just remember..."some will, some won't, so what", just move on. It may sound a little callus but, you can't make any and every associate "do anything". The best you can do is explain the importance of something and then just lead by example. It was the "basics" that got you to EA so when in doubt, just return to the basics! To Your Success!

In a case of quitting SFI, it is a self decision. You can't force your downline to do anything against his/her own freewill. The only thing you can do is to motivate and encourage him/her to press on but if he/she insist, let go.
The reason you should let go if your downline lacks the vision of going on is that if you continue pestering him/her, it will raise some suspicion in your downline that you're trying to use him/her for your own selfish interest.
Keep working hard to improve yourself. Maybe when he/she sees you being successful in the business will be convinced to come back and strive to make it just like you did and this time will take it more serious than before.
It's a matter of time so give it some time.

Very good question. But, in fact quitting and giving up on SFI is one of the biggest problems that is difficult to solve. The reason why Affiliates want to give up or quit SFI may be because they don't see a quick successful results from their joining SFI.

You have to convince them that SFI is a sure real home business that can become a really profitable second income for everyone who is willing to work hard.
Tell them that they can become Executive Affiliates very easily by making a Standing Order at their affordable prices. Besides, they can succeed with SFI if they follow the SFI Rules of Success under Marketing Tab found on the Affiliates' Homepage.
