The real truth is, affiliates are joining to make a substantial income, and not to play ranks and perks. That's why i recommend to guide your affiliates first to earn a real profit. The executive pool can not do this, no meter how much the firm is making.
If you want your affiliates to remain with you and SFI, teach them hoe to promote sellings from ECAs and make money. Only after they have their Income you can begin with versa points , ranks and executive pool earnings. and that's my opinion.
