By all means, stress the importance of keeping it simple in the beginning and to sign-up and take advantage of "Launch Pad" training.
Just remember, however, only a small percentage of people will have the "Heart's Desire" to stick with it or be successful. Move on to supporting those that are truly motivated.

First of all, it is to be kept in mind that, quitting or opting out is not required in SFI, if one is not interested or not capable of running this business, because if you don't log in to SFI, then still you remain Affiliate and at any time in future you may change your mind to resume it.
Secondly, if financial problem is the barrier, then there is so many options in VP Ledger by which we can gain UNLIMITED VP to keep us running.Later on with accumulated amount one can invest also.
Thirdly, if knowledge is the barrier, then SFI itself provides training which is unparalleled.
So first one should assess the nature of problem of the downline, then he / she should be guided accordingly.

Third, for yours best movers you can provide some rewards (TCredits, PSA reassingments, gift cards, etc.).
But, there is no way to keep someone who definitevely decide to quit. You can eventyally ask him for a reason, because this information could be useful for yours future work with other affiliates.

I think if you want to keep your downline from quitting you must set the BAR pretty high and show them how to do the business the most simplest way possible and then they should be able to follow you and duplicate what you are showing them to do ,At first we all found it hard to understandwhat our sponsor was alking about but when you do your daily tasks it gets more famaliair the more you come back and read all this business is telling you to succeed you will sooner or later pick up thses jewels and start to apply thses tools to your business after showing your downline what to do daily you show them all the other tools they need to tie into to make this business work and you must repeatly show them to come and read because the more they read the better they will catch on to what they must do to succeed in SFI

If you respect them and they will respect you!
- Be an example to them!
- Show them the right way!
- Do not be negative!
- Provide assistance to your active members!
- Congratulate them when they achieve some status!
- Praise them publicly when they do everything as it should be!
- Reward active members with some small prizes like Wave3 (this is the best)
- Just be a leader, and they will follow you!

It was said and already proven that this business remain successful because of members duplicating the works of their sponsors and uplines. So I believe that is the closest answer to this question. Keep your downlines motivated and inspired…walk the talk. And do not despair when they cannot follow you. People who quit lose big opportunity…and the sad part is they realize it when it is already late.

I feel like I only want people in my downline who are willing to put in the effort and do the work to be successful. It goes back to the 80/20 Rule. 20% of the people get 80% of the results. I would much rather focus my energy on the 20% who are willing to work.
Having said that it doesnt hurt to keep in touch with all your downline because at some point someone may realize hey this is for me and get motivated to do the work.
So the simple solution is communicate with everyone but focus your energy and resources on the movers and you will do great

I'm sure we have all asked ourselves this same question.
In reality we can only motivate and support our downline. Always be there for them. You can even set up gifts when they achieve EA. Send them inspirational messages. Let them know what you've achieved in SFI. All these things will hopefully keep them motivated and inspired to do their best and continue to do their best. I say hopefully because as they say "you can bring a horse to water, but you can't make it drink" the same goes with your downline. You can only be there rooting them and guiding them, but you can't make them do what needs to be done.

You can be a great Sponsor, but if someone doesn't want to stay, there isn't much you can do. Many people come into SFI thinking they are going to make fast money and when they discover this isn't the case, they quit.
All you can do is encourage your downline and the rest is up to them.
Eventually you will find some people who are willing to go the distance and your business will grow from there.
