It is very important that you set your goals each month because these will give you the energy to face all the difficulties that you will have during the month in order to reach them.
For not to be discouraged and run the risk of not have success you should set achievable goals, feasible, not too high. The big success will be built one step at a time.
Each month, if you can achieve its own goals, will set new goals a little higher so that even if you make more effort than the previous month you will still be possibility to reach them and go higher and higher.

Setting appropriate goals SFI depends on the following factors:
- Your Capabilities
-Your Financial Status
- The financial resources available
- Your Limitations
- Your Time
As you set your goals, make sure you consider all areas of business from SFI:
- Duplication
-TripleClicks sales / purchases
- Tenders PB and others.

Setting your goals completely depends up on your willingness and ability to improve the business.If you find any possibility to generate more PSA,you can set up your goals according to it.
In my case,I estimate the amount i used to spend at SFI.
Then i divide the estimated amount into three parts.
1) To spend for advertisements,
2) To spend at TC for minimum EA2 status,
3) To spend for my front line.
So based on the above partitions,i will set up my goals.I think this will help you.

But be carefull! Set your goals wisely. Try to make them reachable. So that when you reach them, you will be satisfied.(you can always set them higher again) If you keep seting your goals high and unreachable, it could lead you to lost of interest for the work.

Look at what amount of time your are willing/ prepared to put in for your Business. Are you prepared to buy at your trippleclicks store instead of your local store?
Can you afford to set up a standing order?
Do you have stuff that you want to sell at TC?

I feel to set proper goals..there should be attainable goals within a month or two. make a goal that is also challenging. for when you achieve your goal in a month or two that is a little challenging than you can take a deep breath maybe go out for the evening as a reward because you gained an ability. for example i am working on talking to people about adding to their business by having an eca, and also trying to understand the computer networking, blogging advertising. I plan on getting 1 eca and prm per month as well as maybe getting my affiliates gaining rank like me. these are all attainable goals with a challenge. I hope this helps someone else to succeed.

Hmm , i don`t really think that there is such thing as a "proper goal" ,i mean it`s a matter of personal believes. Some people just go straight for the top ( i wanna be number one in this right now ...so i won`t accept anything less then no 1 in everything ), that is known as dreaming big , some other people just go step by step but the end goal is the same ( hmm this month i wanna go up 100 positions in the VP ledger, next month i wanna get 300m PSA , etc) and some other people just set lower goals just so they can see them accomplished fast.
All of them are proper goals because each of us choose the ones that fit for us. Of course each of us wants to be number one in everything ... we just choose different steps to go there .

However, if you want to do your best to talk to your sponsor giving him some information, such as:
- How much time you want to spend a week at SFI
- If you already have some experience in Internet marketing
- If you would like to eventually make money with SFI
A good sponsor should then prompt you what purpose you can expect in relation to your expectations and experience.
Objectives can not be excessive, better set them smaller and more realistic and correct it in version during their crossing than to disappoint if it does not reach.
At the beginning, however, more important than entering the correct purpose is to learn the principles, training and opportunities SFI.
