Prepare a sufficient fund as the simplest solution for any financial problem.

Go to My Account, My Report, Genealogy, Click on T=Credits, Transfer Credits along with your work hard affiliates in particular, then specify how many T-Credits you want to use as your rewards.

SFI will do the rest for you.

I am just mentioning this from my first experience in doing this just this week. There are other means such as Gift Cards, etc., but I won't talk about them as I haven't

Before giving an answer to your question hard-working PSA/CSA are not only affiliates who do daily/weekly/monthly actions.

Apart from above action ask them to go and interact with Forum, submit Ask SC Answer and take part as much as possible with all the games, go through My Account VP ledger and see what further actions he could do, auction and place items at TC (Garage sales) which is all free.

Above all the most important aspect of SFI and TripleClicks are sponsor more affiliates

Give him/her the necessary finacial and advice support monthly, offering gift certificates, enough T-Credits and good indications. Try finding him/her even a job in his/her area if you and your upline can.
However, if these two things are not possible or are not possible every month, try at least to help the PSA to create a dowline, offer him/her or (re)assign him/her some active members in his/her team till he can become an EA monthly from the commissions he/she obtains.
Here it depends

You can pay your affiliates out of your own pocket. That means if one of your new affiliates on the first month becomes an EA then you can give him/her enough money to set a Standing order for IAHBE which is $29 each month.

The next month you can give your affiliates $30 bucks to buy giftcards and you also transfer as many t credits to their account as you can so they can buy advertising materials (business Cards, post Cards) so you can pay them 10cents for every one they distribute.

So many new affiliates join SFI daily, like I did several months ago, looking for new education, new internet marketing methods, because they know it is the business for the future, and even if you cannot invest now, at least do the courses and teach yourself daily, for no cost, only time and effort, interest and desire, with plans.
When the time is right for you, your sponsor will recognize you, and contact you.
You are a major factor in your sponsor's success and you should be sent PSAs

Great question.

It is important to properly determine who should help.
All members must achieve their first two months the state of EA without spending a dime. The program developed by SFI gives enough points for it. So a user who has achieved that status for two consecutive months is worthy of your help.
Send Tcertificados or TCredits for the user to learn in turn interact with the possibilities offered Tripleclicks consider to be the best option. Of course you should be guided

Many ways you can help financially. TripleClicks as a reward for obtaining VersaPoints. Gift Cards for obtaining certain levels etc.

But I am not sure if giving away the above is the best way to develop a team. Contests are great or as I said above rewards for exceeding expectations.

Just as what your sponsor has done for you is what you need to do. Train and duplicate what has already been done. Thats the best you can do to help every team member.

hard working csa/psa, if your csa/psa are financially challenged and you decided to help them this month may be by funding there account and they were able to make EA status, will you do the same thing next month by paying money into there account.

will you say that because they are hardworking you continue to help out, there will be no difference if you continue helping such one.
please just teach them the system of duplication and encourage them to advertise more. this can help

Tell them, teach them, guide them, coach them, and lead them in making sales. We all came here to earn money. I think a few sales for an affiliate, or in the downline is a big motivator to keep them building with gaining knowledge and levels, and more sales. You can advance by buying and gather points to the point buying any more will not help. Put a thousand or more into it and without sales happening in your business you are going to be hurting. I strongly believe selling is the name of the game.

Something you can offer your team is rewards like TCredits, a gift card credit or transferring affiliates under them. Any of these rewards will encourage your PSA/CSA to continue to build his or her team and it can give them credits to try and win more PSA/CSA associates on the Price Bender Auctions. This would increase their downline, which would in turn give them more of a chance to make EA2 or higher without spending money.
