That primarily concerning the matter of how long are you in SFI and what are yours personal achievements. According to that, you can offer only what you get so far, i.e. what you have.
For example, at the beginning you can offer some TC or MRP's. That could be a great reward to a new affiliates who have almost nothing.
Personally, my offer after 3 months in SFI was reassignment of 2 PSA's. That was mine most effective reward so far.
In the future, everyone can consider about the possibility of some Standing Order's promotions.
Every promotion encourages, and develops mutually relationship and trust between Sponsor and Affiliate.

I am brand new to SFI and dont have a downline yet. I do plan to lead by example and never ask my downline to do something i Wouldnt do myself. I will suggest to them they like at the Triple click stores and Purchase items there that they would normally Purchase elsewhere. I would also advise them to take advantage as free advertising like Classified Ads, Forum posting and Article writing. SFI ahs great resources for these in there training materials
It is very difficult to convince each EA to re-qualify as EA2 in their second month at SFI. However, if we start contest among the EAs who re-qualify as EA and give them tcredit or reassign PSAs then some one will ready to do so. It will be appropriate, if SFI give them some incentives to become EA2.
