Lead by example, first and foremost. If you are asking your team to do something make sure you have done it first. Real experience cannot be faked.
Communicate with them. Get to know your downline. People are much more likely to trust and follow someone they know.
Reward them for their efforts. Even if it's just a simple stream post "good job". Make sure they know when they have done something right.
Always be completely honest with your team. Do not sugar coat anything.

To develop trust with your affiliates, you must:

- begin with yourself, you need to be confident enough
- be knowledgeable, as much as you can, to be able to address any questions
- be willing to help, "people don't care what you know until they know you care"
- be someone your affiliates can follow, set an example, in a good manner of course
- be open to suggestions, comments or criticism from both your downline and upline network
- be readily

How?
You need to be positive and communicative with them .
Talk to them and help them learn the business of examples .
Show them you're a leader, you have a good sponsor .
Send them promotional materials, teaching them their examples and do not allow to repeat your mistakes if you've had them.
Listen to them with messages of teamwork, Skype, telephone, email...
Motivate them always and everywhere .
If you are a good leader and teacher of all will follow you .

If it is all about you, and all you can think about it what's in it for you, that is going to come through in all of your communication with your team, and trust will NEVER happen. "...whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant." If you are not prepared to serve your team - sincerely and authentically - you are probably not ready to be a team leader.

Contact them, don't wait for them to contact you with questions - new affiliates, especially, usually do not
