What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?
The best way to build a TEAM is to help them, be with them and assist them 24/7
You should lead by example. You do it first and show them how to do until their familiar with what they are doing.
You have to treat them like your only child.
Parent will teach their only child how to eat, how to drink what not to touch etc. Same way child is also confident when his/her Parents are near by and follow you where ever you go hanging to you finger.
I believe the best way is to let your team know that you think of them as your team and that they can ask you any thing they might want to know about SFI. That you are there for them. You need to keep in contact with them and share what you do. Let them know what you are doing. If you find a good site to advertise or place where they might not of thought to try advertising share it with your team. So they know you want to help them and not just trying to make money from them.
I would say to always communicate make it fun encourage give them ideas things that have worked for you to help you succeed also do contest and give prizes everyone loves to win just keep things interested and help them succeed always remember you succeed only if they succeed also gift cards are a fun gift idea for everyone I wish you the best of luck you seem ambitious and that's what it takes also never give up and always give 200% !! *Best way is to make your team aware of the total SFI & TC before they join team.
*Teach them to earn 1500 vp per month, explain them all possibilities.
*Teach them how to earn from SFI & TC,ex:PPA plan,TC Sales.
*Make them aware that success allways needs dedication.

This is a very interesting question to build a team with true team spirit you need to understand the way the system works, sponsoring(duplication) if you understand the system well enough you will be an awesome sponsor since you know what to do and to build a team with true team spirit all you need is to teach your downline what you always do and teach them to teach their affiliates the same way by doing this you will have a great team and success will run your way

Yourself be very knowledgeable about SFI, so as to answer question's and offer advice to all your PSA'S and CSA'S. Teach them about SFI and its value's. Advice them about Duplication and being a great leader. And be Prompt and Honest when doing so.Commit and Lead by example.

Building a team is probably the most difficult part of SFI because we cannot control the actions of others.
That means that we can only be there for our team and keep motivating and encouraging. When we do find responsive affiliates, the feeling is great though and really makes it all worth while.
So, never give up on anybody, and keep supporting and encouraging!
In my opinion, in this case the team is not just a group of people who have the same goal as you and doing common work with you.
but it is a group of people who are your clone .
If you act ,they act certainly , if you have a doubt, they also.
So At every welcome message, explain by choosing your words what you want to achieve with SFI stating your organizational constraints: time, resources to implement by you or others.

Well, here the word 'Team' mean to say coordination on both (affiliate & sponsor) sides.
so when an affiliate coordinates with the sponsor and vice-versa,then we say a coordination as well as team. Here the communication emphasizes true team spirit.
If these are in good condition, then it is non other than the team will be in a WIN-WIN situation. This could the only best way to build the team.

You need to create a team atmosphere within your Affilates with a sense of mission.
You need to share your vision of what the SFI can be, so they have a common purpose.
To get a group of individuals to think as one positive team, they also have to see you as a positive, good spirited and motivated hard worker.
