Know your target market.
Know what they want, what they want to achieve, what their motivations are.
Think like how they think.
"Walk in their shoes" so to speak.
Go to where they meet.

If it is ECAs you are targeting. Have you tried your local craft market? Ask if anyone wants to market their craft items online and be seen by millions of people.
I'd imagine they would jump at the chance.

Hello, this is a great question. Advertising takes on a mind of it's own. If you are looking to hit up a certain demographic when you are advertising then the best recommendation I can offer is GEO Targeting by location, gender and age.

Work from home opportunities are great ideas, and they always bring an income given time. When you target the right demographic it helps. You can do this on MANY traffic exchanges for an extra credit cost, (less views, but more targeted views).

In my humble opinion some of the best ways to target your advertising campaign to the various targeted groups of prospects can be from focusing on your social network friends such as Facebook friends to Business Opportunity Seekers to Jobseekers to Retirees to Single Parents to auction or Bargain seekers to college students

Hi,
to get answer on your question, you first need to find out which age and gender you are looking for, which locations and MOST IMPORTANT what are you promoting.

For SALES find countries which countries are best buyers.
So, you can use location filter.

For PSAs find countries where they google "online work" or "work at home" the most,

There are no any limitation of the ways by which you can be achieved to certain group of peoples. Advertising is depends upon the tag(Head) line and the website, where you going to advertise.

It is obvious from answers I have seen that many people do not understand what Targeted Marketing is.

I treat every one as equals. Explaining that their is a wealth of opportunity by participating with SFI. Existing businesses I tell them triple your sales and explode your customer base. I have proven results. I then tell friends and everyone I run into that they can start earning a second income working from home.
