Second, connect as soon as possible by skype (free service) and talk personally with him.
third, summarize the system in 3-simple-step-plan and teach you how to achieve being an EA = 1500 vp.
Fourth, every day give a greeting and wish encouragement and commitment to the SFI business.

SFI is, basicly made very simple : Read - Learn - Apply.
Just follow SFI & TripleClicks guidelines, and that's it.
Of course, time is important factor. You cannot expect money-over-night scheme.
Look at your up line’s Leadership pages, and learn how to achieve all those badges.

Explain them they must be patient and persistent.

Tell them how important is to read and learn everything on SFI so that they can be successful. Everyting to learn, they have on 'Training' tab.

Tell them about 'Daily Grand' end 'T-Time' and to collecting daily versapoints.
So they don't have problems on the end of the months with VP.
Some of them will be able to set aside money for tc credit,for 'Standing Order'and got easy 1500VP every month,but not everyone can do that.

You have to transfer the knowledge that you made, to them. All the mistakes that you made,with them you will prevent.
Because your success and earnings depend on your PSA and CSA.

Honestly there's nothing as important as understanding what sfi and triple clicks is all about. And the best time is within the first 3 months.

Once any affiliate understands this right from their first month, then that's the time any plan given will sink in. Honestly I'd focus on them sponsoring as much affiliates as possible, being an ECA and advertising too , all these are necessary plans to keep.

Establish a 1500VP Standing order, do their daily due diligence.
Join a2a. Encourage you workers when you find them. Work with your workers.
Read something for personal growth every day. Listen to training mp3s for at least 30 minutes a day. Participate in Jr Auctions. Maintain a positive attitude.

I prefer to show them the getting started tab so that they can have an overview of how SFI operates. I also try to inform new PSA of mistakes I had made when getting started, especially getting unto the versapoints same day they registered to be able to get the fast track and maintain a good position on the E365 list.

The third month is in my opinion perhaps crucial for those who would like to work but for some reason not all properly managed until then ..
depending on the rank you can manage and advise our members ..
I personally do not mind if someone from upline send a message as I now began instead to tell me what do I do now .. so I usually manage to rank but of course that does not mean we discard those that are not very great success achieved ...
It is important to be there for any serious issue if you do not know, but the third month if someone is doing it already knows what and how to ...

From the very first day your PSA comes on board, I believe that he/she should be helped to understand one word, CONSISTENCY! Understanding this one word, and putting it to action each and every day, will enable them to stay on track from their very first day through their third month and beyond.

Being "consistent" means to be repetitious. REPETITION allows your PSA to build habit. And "habit" will force him or her to log into their individual Affiliate Homepage each and everyday, especially on those days when they may not "truly" feel up to it. I know, because I have developed such habit on my own.

BUILDING such habit by being CONSISTENT, means that each and everyday your PSA logs into his/her Affiliate Homepage, chances are they will learn something they didn't learn the day before. And when that happens, it is more likely to build in them a genuine confidence.

This Guide considers the fact that most of you have no idea of this important data from a very successful Internet Marketer, Bing Obaldo knows. Today, after many years, with millions of people who try to make money in the Internet, only 2.8 % are profitable.
Doing anything less than your best to land 5 or more of them is looking for excuses to keep dreaming or to blame someone else.

1. Become An Executive Affiliate In One Week Or Less, At No Cost To You.
A. Become a Fast Track Member and earn at least 500 VersaPoints during your first 24 hours in SFI. This is outlined in your SFI Welcome Page, shown upon registering
B. By doing that, you also receive a matching bonus 500 VP’s, as of 1-31-2013
C. Get your LaunchPad Points in 4 to 5 days for 450 VP’s
D. Read and click the RED tabs at your Homepage and other links to get much more than 1500 VP’s Total, needed to become an EA

2. Stay as an Executive Affiliate on your second month and be an EA2. Two consecutive months of being an EA means EA2
A. Clicking your Red tabs and your To-Do-List Daily is a MUST to allow you to learn vast amount of SFI information, to do your best in building a secure SFI financial future
B. Do your weekly and monthly To-Do-List. Keep doing your To-Do-Lists regularly, to keep accumulating VersaPoints.
C. Read links and posts repeatedly, as your time allows. but avoid information overload and possible discouragement
D. Start participating in Forums and Pricebender Auctions to allow MRP’s and VP’s to accumulate. Use SFI eMailer tool and regular email often.

3. Transfer-buy as many Items in your own SFI/TripleClick Store, that you are currently buying from outside SFI
A. More than 64,000 Products & Services to choose from
B. Prices at your own TC Store are often better than retail prices outside your Store.
C. Buy an Item that you like to buy from a local supplier anywhere in the world, after that local supplier becomes an ECA
D. Doing so earns you and your sponsor valuable VP’s while increasing the company wide TC Executive Pool

4. Immediately recruit as fast and as many affiliates and ECA’s as your budget, time and skills allow.
A. Buy as many shares as you can from our Master Team Co-op and/or from the SFI S-Builder Co-op.
B. Use the Marketing Aids of SFI to recruit affiliates and ECA’s
C. Learn how to get local businesses to become ECA’s
D. Do your best to find 5 to 10 Affiliates, or more, who are serious business builders

E. Participate in the E365 Challenge, Daily Grand Drawings. Pricebender Auctions and All the Leaderboard Races
F. SFIMG.com and SFITrainers.com are your sites to visit as often as you can
G. To expand your recruiting capabilities, keep acquiring new Internet Marketing knowledge. Applied knowledge then becomes expertise.

6. Decide to become a Perennial Team Leader, on your third month in SFI, or sooner,. Be a BTL, STL, GTL and PTL as fast as you can. You must decide to keep moving upwards the ladder of Success. Blame nobody but yourself if you slide backwards, at any time in your journey to build a secure financial future.
A. Transfer-buy as many Items in your own SFI/TripleClick Store, that you are currently buying from outside SFI. Earn at least 2000 VP’s every month, some of which should be on one or more Standing Orders.
B. Start using your SFI Reassignment tool to build a solid foundation of your business. Select your most productive five PSA’s and reassign the others to them to further energize them and help them advance.
C. Notify your chosen “Best 5? that if they keep building, you will keep reassigning new recruits to them

7. Teach your “Best 5? to duplicate you and help them stay excited and informed, aside from the help from SFITrainers.com and SFI. Keep using the Reassignment Tool to help them advance
A. Be a leader by showing the way to the Top, with massive actions. You are aiming for Financial Freedom, aren’t you?
B. Enjoy the journey.
C. Remember what Zig Ziglar said, “The more people you help to get what they want in life, the more you get back in return”
D. Remembering and paraphrasing John Kennedy, “Ask not what your downline can do for you but ask what you can do for them”
