Not easy to make business cards or flyers because SFI does not provide pictures with an higher resolution than 300dpi.
It is the minimum required for an acceptable print work.
SFI should have more benefits to share templates with their affiliates instead to charge exorbitant shipping fees, outside USA.
1- A must is a URL shortener because you save space on your BC but also the affiliate link is not mentioned. Some prospect are very allergic for affiliate programs
2- A phone number, preferentially a cell phone because you can get text messages inviting you to call back.
3- Why not to use Viber, an app allowing you to call and be called at no cost between Viber members.
4- A professional picture of you is still better than a photo with your mother in law or of yourself gardening.
5- And for the most shy of your prospects an email address is advised.

Hi there

When designing your card for SFI, you should include your contact info and website on the front of the card, as well as a teaser line to get them to your site...or instead of the url to your SFI site, the best thing to have is a QR code on the back of the card. People these days love to scan these.

Personally, I don't use an SFI business card. Instead, I have a business card with my name, contact info and a QR code on the back leading to my blog. This way they can read reviews and recommendations as well as banner ad leading to SFI.

Hi,

I would advise that the business card should contain the following information:

1. Name
2. SFI Independent Business Contractor(Designation)
3. Contact Information
(a) Telephone Number
(b) Email ID
4. SFI Logo with the caption, "Aiming High, Dreaming Big".

These would make the business card simple yet an effective one.

Designing a Business card should contain the following,

* Your full Name
* Your Designation with the Company
* Email ID and Phone (Work, Personal) and address
* Name of the Business with Logo
* Scope of the Business
* Discounts offering
* Brief description of business with links

This is enough for the business card what I hope so.

The front of the card should be able to provide the SFI logo and your respective gateway, and your contact information, very clearly standing out. It will thus need to have your telephone number (s) with a hint of which is best to use at which time if more than two (office, home etc); in the event of lack of a mobile one. A serious business owner will have a mobile one though. I would advise you have more than one of the popular network-numbers listed to provide variety. I would rather contact you on the same network. You should then have your website url and e-mail address too.

I know for sure physical addresses are a great boost to trust; the biggest pillar of business relationships! I’d advise inclusion of a verifiable physical address.

This already looks like a crowded card and yet you’ve not yet exposed your TripleClicks’ gateways. These can be shown on the reverse together with their respective short catch phrases for PRM and ECA.

When designing a business card, it must have a way to contact you. It should also include the website to go to for more information. You want to use the space on the business card wisely. Do not say too much about the SFI program you are advertising for. Leave the readers wanting to learn more about what you are trying to show them, and inspire them to visit your website to learn more.

You may also wish to give them something EXTRA. Offer a gift card if they visit your website daily or an entry into a contest for TCredits and include a description on your Leadership Blog of the prizes you offer and drawing dates, and rules to participate, etc. You may include the website to your blog page so they may learn all you have to offer at the website. People love to win FREE items. This may also set YOUR SFI website apart from someone else that does NOT reward its members.

Offer a free eBook, or newsletter, EVEN IF...they are NOT ready to become a member of the SFI opportunity, yet. Make sure the eBook has links to the SFI websites, and your newsletters do, too. Eventually, if they read your eBook enough, and see your newsletters...and they are advertising the cash and prizes others won, and they see many people advancing from EA to Bronze Leader to Silver Leader...they will eventually wish to become a member of SFI, and they will still have your business card, and a way to contact you...and eventually wish to come to your website, too.

So, you want your business card to offer them a way to request a FREE eBook, and newsletter, and the fact that they may win from YOU TCredits and other prizes, as well as additional ones from SFI...and just enough information for the recipient to want to go to the websites to learn more about what you do.

Also, some of the business cards are also online as well as in print form...did you ever see an electronic business card? They are even better than an eCard, I think. If you receive a printed card you need to manually type in the address to all the websites on the card...but, if you ALSO have an online version of the card...be sure you put on the printed version of the card a message that says "This business card is also available online at xyz.com...or your website" This would make it convenient because instead of typing the address to the website, the readers only need to click on the links. The online version of the card is even more animated. Places like VistaPrint.com are great for ALSO placing the business cards online, too. This also helps when you are ready to re-order your cards, because it is also saved online.

You want your business card, which is a form of off-line advertising, to inspire the reader to always want more...to be able to see an animated card that is more inspiring for them to wish to visit every link to all that SFI and YOU have to offer. Just as all your friends wish to learn more about YOU and your life...you want the business card reader to want to learn all about YOU and the company you represent.

If you meet a friend for the first time...you do not tell them everything about you...so, with a business card when a person sees the business for the first time, tell them just enough to inspire them to want them to learn more about the business. They are brand new to it, and the website will answer most their questions, as the LaunchPad Learning. You want your contact information to just be there in case they have difficulty accessing the information that SFI has left for them through the lessons, and everything they need to know is already available to them. So, mostly just very little information to make them want to know more about the business...do not ruin the surprises by telling them everything. Let them learn some things on their own. And be there for them to answer their questions.

I've been playing with the different screensavers
SFI recently offered, and use the appropriate one
as background on the front.
Add just your name, URL and personal contact
information there (phone, e-mail).

On the back outline the message you'd like to send.

Get yourself a personal domain name first, and use
that as your e-mail address as well. Don't do a you@YAHOO
and so on as a business card, not good.
[email protected]/net/biz/ws and so on.

Again, I really liked the idea with the screensaver -
came out real sharp looking.

In order not to reinvent the wheels so to speak when designing the SFI Business Card  I would look at what is available at the  SFI resources  to  look at  the Ecards sample texts, banners, flyers and  therafter come out withwords your own version incorporating the best from the available resources bearing in mind the KISS principle of keeping is simple and short  not too cluttered with info . Remember to add your referral link and a key code to enable you to later on track how your business cards are doing .I would personally invest in a better quality of card to give it a better impression and feel rather than just shooting for quantity
