Hi Andrew,

In fact, the answer to your question is included in... your question. What I mean is that building your downline at any MLM, and SFI is one of them, is a never ending process. So the best approach is the combination of both ways you mention in your question.

You should sponsor new affiliates all the time, spot the real movers and then work with them, while sponsoring more affiliates.

This way you may avoid one of the main problems connected with MLM, i.e.

It is far better to sponsor fewer PSAs and teach them how to build than to just to recruit 1000 affiliates per day. Out of a 1000 you can expect 2% of less to catch on. But if you recruit 20 then teach them how to recruit 20 then you are on your way to financial freedom. While it is only a matter of preference to how large of an organization any affiliate might hope to achieve, it rather a fact that without duplication your business is going to reach a certain level and stagnate.

Why?

Hi,

This is a very good question....
In my opinion, it is better to sponsor fewer affiliates who is very much interested and serious about SFI and give him full support to achieve success in the SFI rather sponsoring 1000 affiliates who is not showing interest at all.

Selective affiliates 10 members will give good support to their upper line. Everybody should have minimum 10 successful affiliates who is working in SFI with dedication and seriously.

Sponsoring

Sponsoring fewer PSAs is the BEST if you have a Quality PSAs. Meaning, they are active SFI affiliates.

Base on SFI Basics tips: Become an EA and remain EA every month, recruit 5 affiliates, then teach and help them on how to become an Awesome Sponsor.

So, you don’t need to continuously recruit hundreds or thousands affiliates that have no quality or value, because you’re wasting of time and effort with nothing. It is best to concentrate helping your active PSAs to build

Choose Between Few Affiliates Whom You can Teach or Sponsor New Ones
Your question refers to how you can become successful in this business by making choices between sponsoring fewer PSAs for training them in duplication or continuously sponsoring new affiliates until you find a few who has a high teachability index to follow what you do.

Before you make your choice, analyze your team. Go to your Genealogy and determine from your downline who are the best qualified PSAs for training

Sponsoring the serious worker will bring you success with SFI. Get the workers first.

I think the best way is to keep on sponsoring new affiliates until you find those diamonds that will stay with SFI. If 5 or more become EA or higher, then you can concentrate to work with them building a strong team and teach then to do the same.

You will then begin to increase your income with those that stay in the game. When you've done your job and they start to earn a recurring income,

I personally believe that SFI is built around the "smaller, but coaching" theory and I'll tell you why. The SFI model is simple enough that if you are to get a small group of PSA's and help them achieve greatness, they will continue to grow and "duplicate" themselves. While they are duplicating themselves, you are continually growing your level 1's, giving them EVERYTHING they need to succeed.

I am NOT suggesting for you to stop building your level 1's and increasing

It's not good to choose between the two because in reality we must be doing both. The reality of affiliate and internet marketing is only 2 to 10 percent of your recruited affiliates will pursue a business like SFI. We should accept this reality and should work according to this reality, otherwise we will be frustrated.

Continuous Sponsoring: Why it is important?

With only 2 to 10 percent of your recruited affiliates turning active, you should not think of stopping sponsoring

The simple fact of the matter is, people aren't perfect. Chances are some people that seem to have the best chance to succeed will eventually give up or get tired and leave. You can't control this, so you have to have a continuous influx of PSAs.

Of course you don't want to start your first month with 100 PSAs when you are still learning the ropes. Start off learning how to use SFI and learn how to be a good...no...a great sponsor. After you learn how to best assist a few, then you may

My opinion may vary from others, but having PSA's that are building their own downline (duplication) is a great way to go. I have went the route of sponsoring new affiliates and most of them are not active and I get discouraged.

Once you have an active affiliate, then concentrate on coaching and helping them build. Working with an active affiliate is the most motivating thing I've ever felt!

This said, I am not saying STOP sponsoring new affiliates, but keep the advertising
